Mamatukwas:

Not sure about your location but most nurseries here won’t want you to come in with hot food. So it needs to be cold- Sandwiches, Fruit, Juice box, Croissants and/or biscuits.

As someone mentioned, also find out if the nursery will feed your child. You might not even need to pack anything if he’s not a picky eater.
Hi Mamatukwas , I need pounds.

Good day folks. Anyone available to accommodate a male for a week in Glasgow at a cheaper fee? My husband is coming to Glasgow from Aberdeen on Saturday and we need a cheaper accommodation. I would appreciate if anyone is available to help.

Yep. I know a lot of people with just Nigerian credentials working in big4 recruited directly from Nigeria.
Yes. I got a job with barclays bank. They are less concerned with my 9ja certificate. The experience was the koko. I aced the interview and I was pleased with my self. Not only barclays I've got employment. I had with Sky, Virgin Money, Freeview and Virgin media.
Key Note: Don't panic and don't leave any details out during your interview. Support every question with a case scenario. PRAY WELL.
I kept on applying to build my self esteem and communication skills.

Orazly:
Need an advice: Got to the UK three days back and ordered a Covid-19 day2 and 8 test kits from Dante’s Lab, was told I should expect the kits the following day from a mailing company in the UK. The mailing company arrived and was unable to locate my address and had to return the item to the sender(Dante lab) since they couldn’t locate my exact flat. I got to know later that day that an attempt was made to deliver the kits to me but they couldn’t get to me and it will be sent back to Dante.
I have emailed Dante several times and no response from them, I had to purchase day5 test to release kits hoping that If the previous parcel is sent back I will do my day 2 and day 5 (test to release) then leave isolation, but up till this moment no response or mails from Dante and today is my 4th day in the UK.
My Question is:, can I carry out the day 5 Covid 19 (test to release) on the 5th day and if the result comes out and it’s fine, can I start coming out and live my normal life? Or are there implications for not doing the day 2 test.
Call Dante to cancel and request for a refund. Then call NHS to request for test kit. It's free of charge but expect their visit any time and also, your quarantine starts from the day they deliver the test kits. Good luck.

My friend who just came in last month and has gotten a job got veterans in the UK to work on her CV. Apparently they removed everything that made her look over qualified for beginner roles (she’s also on a student visa); and simplified the cv

Then she applied to very many places. So far she has gotten 3 offers, started an agency role and has been offered permanent weekends in the same place so it’s definitely doable.

I think the key is your CV. Get it right and if you can’t do it get help. Then apply to a lot of places.

FYI she mentioned that there’s something called Royal Mail sorter that apparently they hire for everywhere and frequently. So check that out as well. All the best.
Please can you assist with the name of the company that assisted her in writing her cv? The ones I see online happens to be on the very expensive side.

Please, someone said it's not possible to isolate in your apartment if you pay for a shared apartment in the UK from Nigeria. That agents do not allow isolating in their properties if it's a shared apartment. That the person must get a hotel or Airbnb to isolate in. Is this true?
it's a lie

Can anybody help please?
There is a pin written on the envelope used to deliver the visa card. After that , go to first bank atm machine to change the previous pin to your desired new pin.
Thank you.

What a family!

I don't think they have succeeded getting any meaningful ransom before from their victims, giving to the fact that they still looked dirty and malnourished. And it's obvious that hunger pushes this useless lots to this.

All the victims are people I know personally and they didn't realize nothing less than 20million naira in total from the victims identified above. It was actually torture that made them look unkempt.
