You will be banned from travelling to any EU country if you are not careful, there is nothing like ''connection'', if you met the requirements then you will be given a visa. You don't have a strong tie to Ukraine that was why you were denied a visa. If you have registered for another one yr in school and studying full time then try again.

You will get a visa by applying to the embassy of the country you want to visit.

Am sorry for my late post,@Justwise l think u're just wise but u're a Thomas in the Bible.Well the Bank has already apologised to us and beg us not to take legal actions against them that they will send delegates to the embassy with letters. Our lawyer had prepared our reviews with legal back up. NOTE: Our passports was not stamped for refusal and my bank statement was returned,even the letter that the Bank sent to the Embassy. I'm quite happy to remain a doubting Thomas in this case, there are a lot of red-flags in your story.

As for not stamping your passport, that is not uncommon, refusal letter is what they usually give these days.

Check the number of days you are given to appeal, i think its 14days or less. Good luck with that.

i don't know what the UKBA wants. it was declared that i am 20yrs, submitted both my IDcard and also letter from my school. and please would i have to get married to show enough ties. i submitted my sisters bankstatement, pictures and even idcards, booked a hotel and paid for three nights and even showed credicard bankstatement showing i paid for the hotel accommodation. i also submitted her company cerficate and aname and allso her income clearance. What i understand is that they didnt just look at my document and delayed my application for almost 6weeks.

Anybody in your situation will be refused a visa, you are a student, all your travelling expenses will be paid by your sister, you did not provide enough proof to show that your sister can afford to pay for the whole 25days trip to the UK, accommodation, feeding, flight and places you want to visit in the UK. You are staying for 25days but you only paid for 3days hotel accommodation, it doesn't look good at all.

the suggestion is a very good one and am subscribing to the process,but what about the agents who can not provide IATA certificate.because as for me i work presently in an IATA certified travel agent as a ticketing and reservation officer. and from there i operate my visa processing services independently,

but in addition to the criteria above,each agent should try and provide a list of countries he can offer assistance to.

and any one who have done any deal with the agent before should comment on the agent services.

I must say that i'm not a fan of donating to ''charities'', ( i do charity as much as i can) but i can perfectly understand where you are going with this and one must give you credit for this.

I want to apply for the french language intensive course in one of canadian universities in Quebec region, the total tuition fee for international student including health insurance is about $2000 in Canadian dollars.

The application process is a one time procedure; i.e. you will forward the application fee+documents+tuition fee to the school at a go and they will send letter of acceptance which I will forward to Canadian visa office here in Nigeria for study permit/visa.

My doubt is that, wont the embassy reject application based on the fact that I can study french here in Nigeria? or because the tuition fee is cheap.

The school said, they cant influence admission and refund is not guaranteed

Please someone more experienced in this field should advise if I should go ahead with the application of what?

You are right, those two issues could be a problem, $2000 for a fee and insurance is too cheep, and the school may not be a good one. They may doubt your motive of going to Canada.

4. When you talk of hacking people's accounts and stealing IDs, Nigerians are far behind Eastern Europeans and Western Europeans in such crime. Yes, Nigerians still lack the technological know-how. When you go to phishing websites that look exactly like that of Barclays Bank, Natwest, Llyods bank etc, they aren't designed by Nigerians. How many Nigerians know how to design good-looking websites?

5. What is racist when Nigeria steal from Nigerians and it's published in Nigerian newspaper? I provided a link in my previous post to BBC website where Britons  steal from Britons. My point is, most countries share the same problem when it comes to such crime, it is not peculiar to any country. What is racist in it is someone posted that gmail and Paypal are denying Nigerians access to their services. I do not live in Nigeria so I can't confirm, but if it's true, then that is racism.

6. Please get my point and get it clearly, I'm not saying "the white man stole from us", as most people would say. No! What my previous post is saying is that most of the emails sent out from Nigeria are genuine, and those who send it actually get to pay more to the beneficiaries' accounts abroad. That is the way Nigerians transfer money abroad. That is why the roads are bad, universities have to libraries and laboratories, doctors are on strike and children are dying from minor illnesses. Yes, the money is sitting in someone's bank account abroad

7. I do to write to justify internet scam and related crimes, in as much as I also condemn those greedy people who willingly fall for it. ABC News of America has made it a point to call every nameable crime a Nigerian crime. Those who they have caught and interviwed on their websites are either Malian, Guineaneans or Ghananians yet they always titled their news Nigerian scam. 8. I really hope you are responsible and hardworking, and I encourage you to point out to whoever tells you that because you are black or Nigeria, you are a criminal. Listen, don't bore me with more excuses, its immaterial, we are not comparing crime here, i don't care if US or the UK ranked higher than Nigeria crime wise, i'm a Nigerian ,holding Nigerian passport, crimes committed by Nigerian criminals is affecting me and that is my problem. Telling me that Nigeria is not the only country in the world doing it is basically bonkers. We all receive relentless emails from those criminals, we can not explain it away by saying: ''others does it too'', that is not the point, the point is people are sick and tired of it.

Google or Paypal have every right to ban Nigerians from using their services, we called it upon ourselves, its a business decision and they have to protect their image, if you don't like it then have your day in court.
