[/quote]If you have paid all the fees and accommodation, how about the maintenance fees? If ur school is in London then u need to have[b] £7200 in ur account for 28days but if ur school is outside London then u need £5400 for the same number of days. So it will be £7200 or £5400 minus the money u paid for accommodation (you have to attach the receipt as well)

You still need to present the bank account with ur maintenance money on it and it shouldn't be company's account. The woman is wrong

Both accounts should be 28days old. I'm not sure abt the age thing, u need to find that out from the court

You can print another one, they do keep copies of all documents submitted. They supposed to return original copies.

My wife got addmission to do an msc programme in the UK,prior to this I have been making savings for it(money in her A/c)we are making preparations to go to the embassy to apply for student VISA with me and the baby as dependant
the problem is that some people are saying that my wife will need so show proof of the source of the money in her A/c or else we might be denied VISA.

I want to know if it will be wise to get an adoption certificate to show the ECO my relationship with my uncle cos I plan 2 use his account statement and time is no more on my side to save money for 28days. My start date is 27th September

You need to do that, but you must keep the money for 28days, there is no two ways about it.

Thanks, so I go through the whole process again? Do I need to wait till the 28 days expires, or I can start on Monday (i.e 7 days)?
Also will I need to get another invitation letter or use the same one that got me mine?
Will I need to re-submit my passport and visa with their application?
Will I need to submit the notice of refusal and appeal forms
And will I need to pay full 19+ k per child again 
NB: I put in their birth certificates and my marriage cert before and was refused , what else do I put in apart from what you mentioned above and family pictures,

You don't need to wait till the 28days expires, you can apply anytime, you don't need to get another IV, use the same one.
You don't have to submit your passport(nothing wrong with submitting it though), but you have to write down the visa ref-number and also state it that u have been given a visa on that form (there is a blank space for all that info )

I don't think u need to pay 19k for each, you pay the rate for family visa, check their website for this as i'm not too sure.

You have to re-submit the birth certificates, family pictures and letter of consent from your husband AND a letter to remind the ECO that u submitted  their birth certificates b4 that it appears that it wasn't taken into consideration when the decision was made.

Now, a little issue. I was given, but my kids weren't.
The BHC provided me with an appeal form with 28 days to appeal. Grounds of appeal were :
1.Not enough evidence that na me born my pikin
2.Not enough evidence that them papa gree make them comot.
On a serious note, do I appeal or do I simply re-apply, (gbese).

If you appeal . .u will win but it will take ages, probably next yr, reapplying is ur best bet.
You need to submit their birth certificates, ur marriage certificate and letter of consent from ur husband.

That will be difficult, your flight alone will take half of that N310, u don't have anything to fall-back on after your visit to the UK. That is my opinion though.

If the oct 10th late arrival date is stated in ur CAS then u don't need to request for an extension.

My recent post i said,i was refused a visa because i didnt use my acct or parent's acct to apply,so i was advise to pay d money 4 my maintainance and remaining tution fees into my acct and leave it for 28days which i did on the 24th of august and it completes 28days on the 20th of sept,i was also advised by justwise to get an extention but was told i only have till the end of my enrolment date which is one the 14 of oct.,so my questions now are:
1. Do i need a letter of extension to go to the embassy, because they said i cant have a letter of extension,obviously they have a strict policy
2.Is it possible for them to give me the visa in less than 3weeks because of there is no more time since my enrolment deadline is oct. 14th

3. Will it make any difference if i used an agency firm

Its possible to be given a visa under two wks, i don't know about the use of agent, i don't use one and i don't encourage pple to use one either.

What is the last date written on ur CAS?
