At the end of the meeting everyone disparsed and we kinda paired up and started a chit chat about everything from my passion sports and fast cars and all that. Most of which i did only to impress her as being sophisticated contrary to the opinion she might have had about Africans as being backward. She then talked about situation where guys in the market were touching her trying to see if she was real or a Ghost. Dayum! That i took as an invitation for me to take a bite. maryjames9: Why do people so detest americans. I watch some stations on tv and stuffs and all i hear is so much impunity for americans. You blame america for every atrocities commited by these blood thirsty indivudual for power. Ghadaffi killed thousands of his people. In Libya americans do not want to participate in this war but had to and now some idiots are blaming america for NATO killings. My point is why do you people hate americans so much? I am not a fan of america but i dont know exactly what wrong they committed in trying to bring the terrorists to book.Change your ways OSAMA SONS AND DAUGHTERS Many who hate America can't do without American donations, they never say no to charities working around the world sponsored by America. Hypocrisy at its best |

atakiti: @justwise, what are you trying to say? That the school is not real or what? What about the ones in countries like USA, Singapore, Cyprus, China, Guyana, Philipineetc If u have being following my arguments on this topic, u would have noticed that i checked out the school and stated here that they are registered with UKBA and the fees the poster stated is true. My point is this: £5700 for masters degree in the UK is unheard of, Masters degree courses in the UK for foreign students start from £9000 up to £20,000, for the school to charge that low says alot about the school it self, there are websites that ranks all the universities in the UK but that school is not even listed let alone ranked. I don't know about their branches in other countries, i'm talking about the UK. |

Ifebazz: atimes i wonder how ppl tink. Goin tru all wat guys hv been writin i still wonder if des same guys hv been aware dat ghadafi has been killin ppl, innocent or not. Now why is it a big deal if his own son & grandsons die? So his children & grandchildren ar worthy of life while others can be sacrificed? Where did i hear dat wats source for de geese is source for de gander. Let him hv a taste of his own medicine. @cap28 get a life & stop hatin US dat did not cause dis crisis or is not currently involved in it, at least in toto. U're just anoda deprived muslim dat'll celebrate killin of US or nigerians cos of cartoon drawn millions of miles away. Yes. his own family deserved to live while his army are out on the street shelling house to house. Don't even take cap28 seriously, he lives in the UK enjoying freedom of speech and movement while his friend Gaddfi is denying his own pple even right to live. Ask him when he will be moving back to one of those great countries he supports. If u sees the west as evil then the last place u would want to live is the UK. Move to Libya, Iraq, Pakistan, Iran or Afghanistan and start ur war against the west from there, that is what the likes of Osama did. |

coldhearts: pls don't alter my words. libya is a sovereign nation and its up to Qaddaffi and a responsible international community to negotiate for peace.
I am not a judge and it's difficult to find people that believe the western media these days but show me one western nation that is not guilty or accomplice in the killing of innocent people - pak, iraq afghan, hiroshima, even the fact that EU sends its people to these war is equivalent to killing their own people.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A man who destroys another man's home should be prepared to receive visitors when it gets too cold outside for his victims, if not, his house can get broken into. Actually millions of pple preferred listening to 'Western media' than Gaddafi national TV, Gaddfi can't be trusted, now he knows how families who lost their loved ones in the hands of his brutal army feel, NATO is there to protect civilains that Gaddafi has being kiiling with impunity. Being a sovereign nation is not a licence to muder ur own pple cos they dare to speak out. How many of u are condeming Syria as the govt is busy killing his own pple? Its easy to defend these evil leaders when nobody close to u is killed by them. |

coldhearts: i really don't care who started what, at the end of the day most won't remember what started it, they only remember the role westerners played. If they didn't start this things, why get involved in it and endanger the whole society. To what good is that?. Is it that they are incapable of peaceful negotiations with that much inflated iq of theirs?. You don't care who started it but u are quite happy to watch Gaddafi slaughter his own pple? |

atakiti: @justwise, i actually understand what you are trying to figure out. But you have to understand that the school is just rendering opportunity for the fact that they are celebrating the years of their existence. So why not visit the web sites given above to see for your self? I have friends that studied there, and some are still there studying. So try to confirm before you criticise. You think i have not visited the site? Do u have an idea wat it means to spend millions to study in the UK only to come out with qualification no company will recognise in the UK? I have a friend who lives in Kent and never heard of that school. Lets be careful how we try to 'help' Nigerians. |

coldhearts: whoever gave you people the idea that nigerians agree in favor of US and their western counterpart ?? Majority of us just ignore the west and their foreign stooges on nl knowing that what goes around eventually comes around. If Asia or Russia stands up tomorrow and says it needs African's help against west, i can bet you that many will rise up bypassing our puppet leaders. The west keeps creating too much chaos in the world, sooner or later someone might decide to stop it at all cost . A bully has no real friends to tell him the truth so he can't change as necessary. Did the West start the war in Libya, Egypt or Tunisia? |

cdoffx: In every issue, there is the sentimental part and the factual part. True,Gadhafi had stayed too long in power let this not only appeal to our sentiment but really he's done so much improvement to his Nation and the people than any Nigerian president or head of state that i know about,it could even be argued that if that nation had been a democratic nation like Nigeria the man made river project might not have been a success. In other words at least he has somethings to show for his long stay in office but the fact remain he stayed long enough. But its also a fact that any armed opposition against any government whatsoever is treason. When the crisis started as a peaceful protest, fine Gadhafi suppressed it which any government will do in the first place even if later the protest will be considered, but when it later re-surface as a armed insurrection it nothing but treason which has to be suppressed with necessary forces before the nation is plunged into unrest but unfortunately its not just an armed insurrection but full scale rebellious army. For year US had alway meddle in other nation affairs rightly or not but on the basis of this crisis there intervention on the side of the rebels who're committing treason against a nation is unjust. Now i believe an objective, unbias observer will be able to say that this crisis is not Gadhafi shooting at civilians because anybody knows civilians can't be well armed and organised as the rebels. In conclusion if at all UN or whoever will enter into this matter they should first clear and seperate a rebellious anti-govt forces who want to overthrow govt for their selfish reasons from the true pro-democracy protesters. But because the selfish reasons of the rebels is in accordance with the world powers who actually made up the security council of the UN this is the best they could do. But its a pity our people can't seperate sentiment from fact, but i hope the enlighten among us will use the education we got from then which they are using to divide and rule us to counter there slots before Africa is doomed. Suppressed it with what? Tear-gas or water? Rubber bullet? Word of mouth? When did ordinary citizen turned to rebel? |

atakiti: thas is how you people(so called critics) often post to discourage some willing people from getting their ambitions realised, i have confirmed the post, the post is real, i have people studying there and they are doing just fine, so stop discouraging pple. You confirm the post or the school? What do u know abt that school? Do u still wonder they charge £5500 for a course that goes for £9000 up in almost all the universities in the UK, that school is not EVEN ranked by any organisation in the UK. Its easy to collect money and send Nigerians to school thats basically worthless in the name of studying abroad. Stop being greedy and be honest with pple u are sending there. |
