Education is not only about the paper qualification, its the whole 'you', that include the way you treat others and ur view on things. Yes mistakes are bound to be made but i don't think he is the best person to teach the gf English language.

This is a path i av tred and av gotten my 2yrs visa after twice refusal on no basis. When I first met my contact i asked many questions you can ever imagined and some of the answer I got gave me the confidence that its GOD at work cos i was frustrated after submitting al required from me and i av an important conference to attend. Your response were so confrontational. ow sure are you that i dont av a genuine contact in BE. even if its a gateman i kno don't you think a gateman could have the priviledge you MD dont av? the so called ECO are they not human beings or why have you so much elevated them as someone who doesnt av closed pals they hang around wit after their daily activities at the embassy? ECO is a human being and he is the only one who decides on your visa, u don't have any genuie contact in British embassy, this is what so many of u visa agents do,you ly to pple about your connections in the embassy just to get their money, its wrong, its not fair.

Lets be honest in our dealings with pple. Nobody need to 'contact' for UK visa, millions of pple have done it WITHOUT any contact, your 'contact wouldn't issue visa or influence the outcome of any visa application. I'm not insultng u, i'm basically telling u stop this misleading pple for your own financial gain

@Justwise, we are not selling IV but we help people to get an IV and other traveling documents. You should know that issuing of IV depends on the country, for UK, it is possible for anybody to issue but for some countries it is not like that. Also that Hotel Reservation carried more weight, that has to do with what type of Visa you are applying for. E.g for Tourist Visa Hotel Reservation is most important while for Visiting than you should know that your IV is most important.

So ur contact in British embassy in Nigeria is God? Why do some of us Nigerians call the name of God so quickly even when we are lying through our backside? You don't have any genuine contact in British embassy in Nigeria who will influence visa outcome. You may know a gateman, driver or one Nigerian working in British embassy but Nigerians working in British embassy got no say in visa matters. its the decison of the ECO and he is not a Nigerian.

@justwise I am sorry, but I feel you should know that the most vital document which any Embassy will first look into is your invitation letter showing that truly you are coming to the country for a good purpose or otherwise. How do I get it? Well I am the CEO of a company that is registered in Nigeria that is Ofemco International Services Ltd and we work hand in hand with different organizations and people that we have migrate in the time past. Thats worthless, hotel booking carries more weight than an IV just anybody can issue. U 'maybe' the CEO of a company but u are not doing that 'company any good. A CEO of an international company coming online to sale invitation letter?

When you poccess all their requirement nothing stops your visa from being refused but have u for once wondered why people were still refused? Thats not true, u can still be refused a visa even when u submitted ALL original documents. There is nothing like 100% guarantee when it comes to visa issues.

No its not all u need to do is prove that u can afford it and show ties to Naija. Include your share certs, property documents, gd bank statement and most importantly your prove of employment. Appying 1 by 1 could even raise an eyebrow to me. My uncle and his wife and four kids applied same time and were granted and a lot of other pple I know as well.

well she did phoned them but she didnt get to the appropriate authority.then she said she has written out a letter to get reference number as she is still waiitng for to send decree absolute.with out reference number its like you cant send decree absolute it can easily be miss placed i guess.

Well i don't know about that, but ur lawyer have to keep calling, sometimes it takes ages to get through to them, HomeOffice is like that, they work on their own time. You or ur wife can try calling them as well, not just ur lawyer.

well i did state my problem but no one seems to be helping me here. but still would say tht at 8th of march i got my wife's decree absolute.
my case for approval letter was submitted by my lawyer 3 weeks ago but i still not got any reciept of acknowledgement yet , as far i know they send u reciept by latter within 7 days whats wrong wid my case then? why no reciept yet its been a month atleast now.and i got my decree absolute late so didnt send it yet cuz of no reference number to send it along with.she contacted home office by phone no response and then she has written out a latter requiring my reference number so she can send decree absolute,

Not in all cases they send a letter acknowledging the recipient of an application within a week, it could take more than 28 working days sometimes. Ur lawyer should keep calling them to find out.
