They do not have the full payment in the accounts just £7500 each, they intend to live together to cut bills and the likes but they obviously can't say that. Are you suggesting they need the balance of the tuition fees plus the £7200? What if they can get the balance all paid up and have just exactly £7200 left is that any good?

If they can do that then no prob, but they will struggle to see a landlord who will allow 2 adults to share one room.

suxes2005, they will be paying a deposit definitely there is no way around that. They cannot get a visa letter without it. The question was if after the deposit paid to the university, do they need to reflect the balance in their accounts + the £7200 for maintenance.

Yes definitely, both of them need to show the proof of the balance AND the maintenace fees(x2)

You can receive financial sponsorship from the UK government, your home government, the British Council or any international organisation, international company, university or independent school. If you have financial sponsorship, you can use this in your application as evidence that you have enough money to pay your course fees and living costs . If your financial sponsor is only covering some of your fees or costs, you must show that you have the rest of the money needed. Thanks

The question now is. . how will you proof to the BHC that a private company wants to sponsor u without any financial evidence?

I don't understand the Naira system, and don't really know if that is the case.
He also says that he has malaria and need medicines and food.
I had months ago stop sending him money every month, he didn't complain but later came with the suggestion of two big monies for him to come here to me in the U.S.

Don't send him any money, if you have time and money to waste then visit him in Nigeria, don't add to the list of pple who have been scammed by SOME shameless Nigerians

The account they will give u should have enough money to cover the remaining school fees and maintenace fees(£7200 for London and £5400 for outside london)

I thot d whole idea of the Company sponsoring me excludes me putting the money in my account e.g PTDF candidates don't give proof of fund for 28days in their,they get the visa with their sponsorship letter.

PTDF is known for their scholarship program, probably registered with British embassy and its a govt parastatal.

How will the British embassy know that ur company is capable of sponsoring u? I guess ur company is a private company, its not an NGO that is known for its charities.

Let me not discourage you but if u think that only sponsor letter and CAS will do it then give it a try.

You can't get a visa without showing all the remaining school fees and maintenace fees.

You have to put the remaining school fees and maintenace fees in ur account for 28days b4 sending ur visa application

The issue of finance comes in when u have to show the proof of maintenace fees and the remaining school fees, now, are u going to use ur own bank statement or that of ur company? Did they give u cash or did they pay that money into ur account?

Yes,I kept the money for a continuous period of 28 days and also the statement was dated 16th of feb and I applied 18th of Feb. What do you think?

That makes ur chances of getting a visa higher, its up2 the ECO to decide on ur case.

Those doc are ok, did u keep the maintenace fees for 28days and not more than a month after that 28days b4 u send ur visa application?

Hi justwise,I have few questions please.
Two of my mates are planning to come to the U.K. They are brothers and applying to the same university in london. They can proof 7500£ separately in their accounts but will only have paid a deposit to the University not the full amount.
My questions are :Is there any risk involved in them going to the same university ( submitting almost the same documents etc ) .Secondly, even though they have £300 more than the required maintenance fee they have not paid the full school fees, how will this affect their chances and is £300 over the required amount any good or do they have to have more considering it is a 3 yr degree course.

Having more than required amount is not a bad thing and there is nothing wrong with them going to the same university.

If they have paid some part of the fees, the question is, do they have the remaining fees in their account plus the maintenace fees?

Surely if your company is an international registered company, then they can sponsor u, all u need to do is to get the sponsor letter from them and financial proof.

If you want u can show the money for the whole 2yrs but the first yr is required.
The student immigration rule may change this April, so u may need to wait and see the changes that will be made, since ur course is starting this Nov, u still have enough time to plan well, the changes is going to affect all foreign students.

Please go through that link, it tells u what u need to do as regard to anybody accompanying u

Yes you need to have all the maintenace fees AND even more money since u are going with ur nanny.

I m not into those stuff, but the easiest way to enter Angola without visa is to find your way to a neighbouring country and patiently find your way in there. Aside this, i dont think there is an easier way.
