Ijeshalomo: Hi Justwise,
Thank you for the response. She is a student in the boarding house in Togo. Parent in Senegal as resident. They all wish to do family visa but the daughter schooling in Togo is the hindrance because she schools away. She can apply from there and they all need to state clearly that it's a family trip but applying from different countries |

sirgigs: How about someone that earns #120,000 monthly
Has Account Balance of #1,400,000 and budgets #500,000 for 7 days in the UK.
Does such fellow stand a chance of getting a Visa? I will be surprised if you get a visa, it takes you 4months plus to earn N500,000 and you want to spend that in just 7days |

Please I need gurus in the house to enlighten me on this:
A colleague of mine is a Local Government Chairman in Kwara State and he intends to visit the UK for a period of 2 weeks. He has never traveled out of the country before and he is holding an OFFICIAL PASSPORT.
Do official passport holders apply online the same as Ordinary passport holders? What is official passport? |

Belovedolu: Thank you so much. Can she use account statements of two of her children or funds should be moved into one account?
What other documents will I provide asides invitation letter, proof of address, account statement/payslips as I will be responsible for accommodation and feeding while she's here
Do I need to transfer money for flight ticket into her account and explain in the coverletter as my own contribution towards the trip?
I'm very sorry for all these questions if they are annoying, I'm just confused The only money you people will be spending here is her ticket and maybe £200-300 for her shopping nothing more, so there is no need moving money into her account. In addition to all the documents you listed you also have to add proof of accommodation e.g tenancy agreement or mortgage papers. Let your siblings sponsoring write a joint letter stating that they will be sponsoring her to the UK and that they will be paying for her ticket while you takes care of her accommodation and feeding. That they will also give her £200 or so amount for her shopping. Then they will submit their bank statements, payment slips and employment letter just to support their source of income. |

fairfora: Our people must learn to keep secret at times especially in Nigeria where bad belle full ground. If you have good intentions, don't share with everybody until you're done. Rather pray to God for the success of it whilst you carry out your plans. I have a close relation who was deported from USA at the port of entry on the account wrong of identity. He went to the embassy himself for his interview , leading to approval of his Visa. The guy was jubilating up and down, showing his Visa to every Tom, dick and harry. When he got to the USA port of entry, the CBP said the pictures on the bio data page and Visa page in his passport didn't resemble his real look. He was asked to thumb print which he did and the fingerprints were all his.
Eventually, they deported this guy on account of fraud with a ban. When he got back home, his aunt took him to their pastor who prayed for him this pastor asked him, who is so, and so( mentioning the person's name) and the guy said she's just a friend and the man said she took photograph of the Visa with her eyes and cancelled it in the spirit realm. He told the guy not to worry but would need to pray very hard to get another one. A few years later, he got a renewed Visa and his wife sef no know when im reach yankee. He came back after his programme and settled the scores with her and siblings whom he didn't inform before travelling. How can people believe this sort of nonsense? |

Belovedolu: Thank you for your timely response. Please, what do you suggest I do as I can't get any salary or payslip while on maternity leave.
What if my siblings and I run her account so that she could use her account statement?
OR
What if my elder sister gives her the amount needed for the trip and raises a gift deed?
I just need suggestions pleaseeeeeee There's no need running her account, her kids can sponsor the trip and submit their financial documents with evidence of sources of their income..e.g employment letter or business documents. |

I'm a Nigerian & based in Nigeria, I want to process UK spouse VISA to join my husband but I'm confused. I don't know if I'm to write IELTS (English test) or not because I have degree in English (B. A English). Thanks Yes you have to write IELTS for spouse visa or evaluate your degree certificate through NARIC UK else your application is likely to be refused |
