I doubt any of them will encourage illegal activities the way you did here today. |

saintandsinnerz: So if I come to the UK with a six months visa and fall in love with a Briton and she birth my child, they will deport me irrespective of having a child with a Briton? Just needs to be educated Yes and many have faced such cases, you will be told to return back to Nigeria to get married to her then apply for spouse visa to renter. Having a baby with a British citizen doesn't give one a right to stay in the UK when you have abused your visa, a woman in similar situation will have a different case because of the child |

erico2k2: This OP never asked about living abroad Illegally I dont know where living illegally hijacked the original question,I hate it when people come here to form holy holy, let me ask you this question, when you applied for your own student visa to sturdy here did you not fill in the FORM that you will return to Nigeria when you finished? You are so clueless, you haven't seen student form before because there is no such question in the form. Yes the op did not ask about living illegally but you brought that up and was talking as if its normal way of life here. |

erico2k2: Thank you,I say it as it is, I dont have time to sugercoat shyte, the way I see it there are two groups of people here, Those who came to make things happen and those who watch things happen, one has to chose sides. No you don't come here to tell people the truth, only telling them about illegal stuff. If you come to the uk with 6 months visiting visa at the end of that 6 months you are an illegal immigration simply. Can't work, rent a house or marry even when your visa is still valid. |

erico2k2: This is true, But Lets start, who is an illegal immigrant? everyone who do not have the right to B here right? and that includes those with VISA for 6 months. It wont take you 10 years to get some legal stay in the UK men don device quick ways round the law, aas U kno, I nor go fit write everything here, E nor take me 10 years to get stay in the Uk that was then even as we dey talk, one of my guy wife jst get 2.5 years she and her guy came 2011, she has a 1 year old son just now.As per Agency E easy like ABC, all I get 2 do nah to waka go Agency go register say I wan work, they get contract ring me up to go certain location go wrk, I hit my boy send him there instead, men don develop levels to survive.Different levels dey All you talk about about here is how to live here illegally breaking every possible law but you don't tell them number of Nigerians in prison and detention camps. Its not nice to deliberately deceive people |

erico2k2: Mr Justwise, you should know me from long on here,I wont do that, life is stage by stage, how do you think people exist for 6 to 7 years b4 they get thier own paper? live on street? there is such word as black market, everyone who never has a legla permit to stay goes fru that even now.It depends on your packaging.need I say more?I cant write everything here nah sharp man need just fill in the missing digits Bro you are painting unrealistic situation here, it takes you 20yrs to qualify for a stay here as an illegal immigration. You can't marry in the UK as an illegal immigration Working illegal is extremely difficult because any company that employs such individual get in trouble with UKBA with £20,000 penalty for each person. |

erico2k2: Im talking about the Uk thats all I know, I cant talk about those living in Asia.I will let our Asian brothers do that. its better to restructure your question as knowledge seeking rather than an argument, you do not need me to answer that question you can google for howmuch a room cost to rent its there black and white. Rent wise can cost as small as £10 a day if you do your maths well.I already gave a brief on over head, I summed up ones overhead to be £500 if you plan well and into that circle . In PH my tenants pay me N450/year for 2 bed flat. The society in London is structured in a way that you only pay for waht you want not what you dont need,ie you do not need a car if you cant drive and park at work you do not need a big house if you live by yourself you cna just rent a room .No one cares, you dont need to show off to anyone but in Nigeria its a different case, you manner of talking thinking the way you live is IT not at all And yes illegal get jobs fru Agencies, its very easy as ABC. Bro I don't think you are telling people the real truth. Life of an illegal immigration in the U.K is hellish. No decent job agency touches you and those crooks who do pay you far less than minimum wage and over worked you. |

giftwalter: God bless you, actually I have been keeping the transfer slips and bank deposits slips just in case ofor anything. On what column on the visa application can I explain the funds from the cooperative daddysgal2015: when you start filling the form, you will know where to write about it. You can even write a letter to explain(address it to british commission) and attach to your documents You got your answer there^^ |

giftwalter: Thanks boss for your response, my the end of this month I will receive my salary so when I apply there will be upto 100k as balance even after I pay the visa fee. Will this be enough? Or should I wait till when I collect the money for the cooperative? You need to build your salary account for at least 6months before using it for visa application. If you can show evidence of that cooperate contribution then good it could be used as part of your account history. All you have to do is to explain it in your visa application form..that you do cooperate contrition from your salary. |

segunojo866: interview is about God. If it's your time to travel location of interview those not matter. But Abuja is a difficult nut to crack. This is because there have enough time to ask you all the questions in the world and denied a person because of one small mistake but Lagos consulate don't have time to verify document or ask a lot of questions because of too much population. It's an embassy of opportunity and any body can get a visa if you are prepared. Lagos embassy is mainly how good your response is but Abuja you may answer all questions perfectly but the consular is not convinced. Another thing, there re three consular that normally interviewed in Abuja and all three are not so easy to get through. Lagos on the other hand have up to five and only one skinny old looking lady that everyone is complaining about. How do you know that? |

giftwalter: Hello gurus in the house,
I intend traveling to the UK with an aunt of mine whose son will start his university programme in September, I'm currently working in a well known company here in Nigeria and my pay is around 130k presently to be increased by the end of this month to 180k. The problem now is there's no money in my account as a result of the cooperative I'm in. I pay part of my salary to the cooperative and use the rest for my upkeep. I'm suppose to withdraw my contribution my the end of September.
I'm thinking of making my aunt my sponsor, she has an oil and gas company so her account is tight.
I want you guys to please give me advice on how best to go about this. please I need your help As a working adult you will have problem with that. |

LaEvilIMiss: Thanks, it is not a premiership club trial. it is an event hosted for scouts and player managers to scout talent. Clubs rarely host trials these days.. they just scout players and move in when they have an interest. Thanks for the advice, i have already made losses on several fraudulent trials and i have learned my hard lessons. this one is legit Count this one too because you are about to waste your money on that application. |

LaEvilIMiss: TIPS on sponsored UK visa application visit for a sporting event
Hello Experts
1: I am sponsoring a good friend to London for soccer trials 2: I have consistently paid her training and upkeep allowances since October 2016 till date N140,000 per month all in the narration of her bank statement 3: I have specified on her application forms that I will be sponsoring the trip, accommodation and upkeep. 4: before the application, I want to transfer at least N1million into his account being costs of travel tickets and other medical screening fees.
The event is for 5 days, please advise on anything I may be missing or would be good to do at this time. This is a first time traveler to the UK but has been to other European Countries If that trial is genuine the UK club will pay for everything, before you waste the visa application money do a research on this. |
