Oluwatisegun: 7.. i had intentions of traveling as tourist but my travel agent said since have not travel before i should go for student visa whice the chances would be highy than visit visa, i already have a woman age 61 years old im getting married to on getting there, the isuse is just to get in USA, and mt agent as started work base on my student visa ,, so i just want to know won't there be problem if i get married to this woman and i came in with student visa and never went to school?? Thanks This is all fraudulent and i don't see it working out, chances are that you are going to be refused a visa and banned by US embassy. I'm guessing that you are in your 20yrs or early 30s right? Don't be played by some fraudulent visa agents. |

kayluv21: Urgent please!!!!!!!
Hello house, please help me on these inquiries:
1. I made the last deposit, to complete the required amount for my visa, on 2nd June. And intend to print the statement of account on 3rd July since the 28th day is on a weekend. Question: Is printing account statement from 3rd June-3rd July OK? Since it will not include the last deposit, is that fine please?
2. Unfortunately, the Oando rate has got really bad in the last two days which has now taken the naira equivalent of the required fund above what I have in the account. Tomorrow is the day I initially intend to print account statement and submit my application. Question: Based on the latest development of rate fluctuation, please what can I do? Should I wait till the rate improves again (hopefully tomorrow) and then count 28 days backwards from that day. E.g. if it improves on Wed. 5th July for example, can I print my statement from 7th June - 5th July? This will still not include last deposit!
3. According to the statement, "the money in the account must not fall below required amount for a day over the 28 days period", based on this fluctuation, hope I have not violated this rule. Because, based on today's rate, it has fallen below (though 28th day is Friday 30th June)
Please I need all the gurus in the house to help me look into these issues and guide me as applicable........@Justwise and everyone in charge. Thanks 1. Your 28days counting starts from your last deposit which completes the required amount, so you need to consider that before printing the bank statement. 2. We have argued this far too many times here for years and i'm yet to see anybody who was refused a visa because of exchange rate fluctuation. You don't control exchange rate market and it will not be hold against you as long as you put the required amount of money from the very day you started counting the 28days. |

Oluwatisegun: ... i plan to travel to USA on student visa and on getting there to marry a woman, won't there be a problem with the immigration asking why im i not going to school but got married ? How about doing things the right way and apply for K-1 visa rather than abusing the student visa since you have no intention of studying in US? |

Observer25: Thanks!! I am a guy asking on behalf of a friend. Very nice idea! ..Very bad idea and a dangerous one, the VO is not interested in your marital status because its not part of F1 visa requirements. |
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 11 by justwise(mod): 11:00am On Jul 02, 2017 |
fairheart: Hey! Nice question. I am happy you asked for this. The issue of age and getting the student visa is a very important one. What you should know is that, the consular who will be interviewing you might be interested in your marital status, or might not. But if she/he ask, tell him you're engaged, and you can put on an engagement ring and plan for your wedding after your MS program. I am not sure this is the best answer for you, as the one of the students I participated in her admission had to use this style of showing home-ties. It worked and she is in Texas now. More so, saying you're engage is perhaps another way of showing that you have something waiting for you back home after your education. But let's hope whoever will interview you will not dive into your personal life or relationship status. Just prepare in case VO is interested in your status. Think about the engagement stuff if it is okay for you. Don't use this forum to coach people on how to lie, this is not what we do here. This is unacceptable. |

Emexnairaland: @ Justwise, Ekpotek and gurus in the house, please I need your advice on the consequences of withdrawal of my tier 4 application.
I applied for my visa application on 18th April 2017 and did my biometrics same day. I had my interview on 20th April 2017. On 8th May, I got a mail from UKVI that my application wasn't straightforward. On 19th June home office gave me an impromptu call for another phone interview and interviewed me that same day On 20th June, home office called me again but I missed their call and they have not called again. STILL NO DECISION YET I have tracked my application and decision have not been made even as i am typing this message. My school enrollment date have passed and from the look of things I have already missed out this June take. My school have told me to withdraw the application and re apply with the new CAS for September they will be proving me with. I think I have no option than to withdraw the visa application with the view that the time purpose for the application have passed (which is my enrollment day for studies) and then look forward for September intake. Withdraw the application as your school suggested and reapply next month OR get another CAS from your school and send it to the embassy, also call the embassy to tell them that your admission has been pushed up to Sept so that when the visa is issued it will reflect that. |

europe4sure: letter to JUSTWISE
please i need clarification on why the post of Drsleekqas was deleted was it deleted because it talk about reporting dubious agents to agencies that deals with dubai visa fraud cases in dubai or was it deleted because his language or manner of approach was poor.. It was deleted for advertising a whatsapp group dealing with fraudulent visa agents. Whatsapp group is anti-traffic.a selfish idea and using this forum to promote it is a bad idea. If you want to discuss procedures on how to deal with fraudulent visa agents in Dubai then open a thread and keep contributions open for the benefit of others in similar situation. This info will be available if googled unlike whatsapp group. |

abestine: I am not contradicting myself, it is very obvious that even when no punishment is attached to sin, people will still sin, it is in human nature to want to err for reasons known to them
And for the aspect of praying to God, God is not an author of confusion, yet he is a merciful God, He said he will have mercy on who he will have mercy on, not for the sake of being righteous or sinful, but because he chose to, nevertheless, we can continue to live in sin and ask for the grace of God to abide...
God does what he want, because he is God, so my brother don't be surprise when those people who have been misrepresented receive mercy from God and have their Visa granted...
God will favour us all Tell the dam truth in your visa application simple! |

abestine: This issue of misrepresentation is becoming too rampart, people everyone should just try as much as possible to double check their application before submitting, because I can't imagine the pain of receiving such mail after waiting for weeks expecting one's Visa.
Let's try to be sincere too , most of these countries they share information regarding immigrants to their countries, If you want to be smart, cover all your tracks, if you can't be truthful in your application and pray to God for favour...
Best of luck to all us awaiting good news Stop contradicting yourself and call a spade a spade, in one hand you are telling people to be honest and in other hand telling them to be smart to cover their tracks and pray to God. God has now become a partner in crime |

I also have a reasonable amount In my account. I am single. Please what are chances of getting the visa? Thanks Your chances are very low because you don't have a strong tie to Nigeria, this application will cost you at least 4months of your salary and your reason for spending that much of your salary in just 2-3weeks is not strong enough. |

Brightingsus: Am quite lost here and need to be found pls... You are over thinking this issue, bytheway.. if your mother inlaw is given 6months visa it doesn't means she can stay 6months in the UK, she is expected to stay for the number of days or months you stated in her visa application else renewing that visa will be tough. |

nairacountry: @Brightingsus, be sure you have adequate arrangements as per your accommodation enough to accommodate her, good credit rating etc. She is a plus for UK govt getting more tax from your income. Look at it from that angle.
You however need to state some info about the purpose of visiting and be in d middle as per duration of stay. All the best and regards to your wiffy He is not applying for mortgage or loan. |
