Don’t get this wrong Justwise, trump or the republicans are not against medical emergency abortion. However, what they are against is selective abortion where other than for medical reasons a lady may want to terminate a pregnancy which is very common.
Republicans can not be pro life and pro gun at the same time, it makes no sense considering the fact that they claimed to care about human lives. Trump’s stand on abortion is as good as British weather.

Hi Justwise,
If you read the previous thread ,most people left and stopped commenting because of how oya tunji operates and the kind of misinformation he
gives out to prospective candidates. Most of the time he creates fake accounts whenever someone calls him out for those misinformation. Again, he usually ask people to dm him ,ask them for money and block them too. He is an agent using gullible nairalanders.
I am writing this because i benefited from this usa thread last year . Please block =OyoTunjiUSA the information he's giving out is not genuine.
Let’s leave this for now, I will make sure that this thread will not be used for anything other than helping people for free

Who accused you of scamming anyone? Where did I mention scam in my post?

Listen this is my last post regarding your case, next time you repeat the same thing again you will hear from me.

Good day.

Unfortunately I changed my phone since then, and so don’t have a screenshot of the conversations we had. And, to be specific, he had asked for payment over a phone call.

However, here’s a screenshot of my reaching out to him on March 1. As you can see, it’s close to the time that I first learned about my admission, as the second image shows, and so I knew next to nothing about the process and was desperate for accurate information.
No pro.

Do you have evidence to back up this allegation?

Hey 🤠

1. You did not state all these in your first question, therefore i answered you naturally . You also asked question based on your personal application and not about family applications. I do hope all posters usually come out straight in order to have accurate directions.

2. I cannot advise you further without knowing your accompanying family members individual ages, and what you are going for exactly. You can email it if you don't want to disclose it . Minors are usually exempted from physical interview and if you are a UK resident that is even another scenario. Therefore , i cannot give you a generalise answer.

Best Wishes 🙏
Lets not start this here, people need not to disclose their personal details in order to get their question answered.

Don't ask people to email you their personal details as you are not the embassy or a registered travel agent.

I have been on Nairaland long enough to know not to engage in high level debate with you.

You asked a question. I provided an answer. I believe your question has been fully answered.

Any other long grammar is your opinion. But yes, it is perfectly legitimate for a BLACK person to vote Donald Trump or Nigel Farrage.

Reason: Blackness or ‘Christianness’ is not the only parameter for consideration.

A Bible-believing Christian can vote for Trump because the Bible says Love your Neighbour. And that person could be Trump’s neighbour.
You need to be more nuanced in these things.
Have a great day.
I know, very difficult for you to level up.

He has that reputation for years and have paid the price, his own version of racism is specific to certain ethnic group.

That I don't know...
Many legal abortion clinics are forced to close down either by the politicians or ant-abortion groups in a way to go round the abortion exemptions. This is why a lot of women travel to democrat run states for abortion.

Zahra29:
American women are not a monolith. There is a sizeable number that think that abortion is immoral, for example many would disagree with the freedom to terminate a healthy pregnancy at the stage when the baby would have been able to survive outside the womb. A woman has rights, but so also does an innocent baby who can feel, hear, move. It's not a black and white issue.

If a women is raped do you think she has the right to terminate that pregnancy after 6wks?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by justwise(mod): 12:49pm On Jul 06, 2024
Zahra29:
Perhaps I misunderstood your post. I thought you were inferring that some states were pushing for an abortion ban even earlier than 6 weeks, Ie a "complete ban"
What i meant was that some republicans want even a complete ban, i'm not saying that such law has been implemented in any state.
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by justwise(mod): 12:45pm On Jul 06, 2024

Abolishing roe v wade left it up to each individual state to make their own laws on abortion.

Progressive states like carlifornia, ny , Washington dc have kept the right to abortion.
Some rabid states like alabama, florida have essentially banned abortion.
American women are very angry about this and are gearing up to vote against the republicans. Democrats need to find a good candidate.
Yes that is correct and my question to pro life is..if after 6wks a doctor suggested termination to save the life of the mother then what happens?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by justwise(mod): 12:38pm On Jul 06, 2024
Zahra29:
Not quite correct.

The 6 week ban is the strictest form of abortion ban (6 weeks, which is 2 weeks after a missed period, is the earliest a heartbeat can be detected and when a foetus is deemed to be viable ) and applies in a number of Republican states. Other non republican states have much more liberal abortion rules, which is why some women travel there to have their procedures done.
I'm not sure i get your disagreement with my post, is abortion not banned in some states after 6wks?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by justwise(mod): 12:13pm On Jul 06, 2024
missjekyll:
Is that true of rabid states like florida though? Why am I hearing about women travelling to abort babies who do not have brains and would suffer and eventually die soon after birth?

This is not a gotcha question. I haven't been paying attention to the US for a while
You are hearing right, in many states in US abortion is banned in almost all circumstances, some abortion is ban after 6wks, republicans run states are pushing for a complete ban on abortion hence my unanswered question

As long as you have all your papers and get the airport on time, nobody will stop you from boarding and nobody will force you to drop a penny.

Don't get intimated by anyone.

Your expectations are yours alone and not reality.
Just because other Christians don’t think or move like you doesn’t make them not good Christians. Besides who has the benchmark for being a bible believing Christian?…
On your “point” about drawing a line on racism. Are you suggesting people should vote based on racial stance ?. Please make it make sense.

Come on Justwise. You are more than this. I honestly think you are capable of a more nuanced assumption/thinking/point of view.

Your thought (on this matter) assumes that ALL Christians think the same (or should think the same).
Your submission seem to suggest that ALL Blaxk people think the same, or should think the same.

Your argument on this issue assumes that exactly the same thing matters to All Black people.

Even your own blood brother or sister, heck even your own identical twin does not like or dislike exactly 100% of the things you like or dislike.

I am a black woman, I will vote for Trump because I like position on abortion.

I am a Christian, I voted for Nigel Farage because I like his idea of increased threshold for taxation.

Those things matter to me, because I am me. Not because I am a Christian or a black woman.
Yes i expect all bible believing christian to think the same when it come to those two individuals, especially Trump, i did not expect any Christians to make excuses for him.

I do not expect all black people to think the same but i do expect them to draw a line when it comes to racism.

You claimed that you will vote for Trump because of his stand on abortion and my question to you is this... if you are pregnant and during one of your check-ups your doctor found out that your pregnancy is a high risk one and a result he suggested that you terminate the pregnancy so as to save your life, what will you do?
