Has the Nigerian embassy replied your email?
I just spoken to somebody who Served as a diplomat and he said such permit exist but you need to contact Nigerian embassy in London for requirements. He also said you can apply from Nigeria anytime you visit Nigeria through ministry of interior affairs. |

ssemire: Justwise, be calm already. You conveniently ignored the part where he categorically stated that he was also added to the whatsapp group.
I am yet to see you answer queries in recent times, so it won't do this group any favours if jesusdway withdraws. Zandora has been MIA so it's just this guy taking the time to answer virtually all questions. DO NOT KILL HIS SPIRIT He was the one who brought the issue of whatsapp group here, whether he was added or not is not the issue. You don't see me answering questions here because my knowledge as far as this topic is concerned is limited and I wouldn't come here to give half baked answers. Lastly nobody is indispensable here including myself, so if he goes so be it, somebody else will step in. |

erimmy: I am an immigration officer and I want to say this, and quote me.No immigration officer,no matter how greedy he/she is, can conveniently seize a passport belonging to a Nigerian without the said Nigerian committing an immigration offence. Sometimes, some Nigerians are funny, they don't have the requisite valid travel documents which can enable them to travel abroad, yet, they would want to travel at all cost.To the ignorant folks, the passport you claim that's its yours, isn't yours. You are only a holder. The passport is an exclusive property of the Federal government of Nigeria and can be withdrawn from you at any point without prior notice if you violate it usage, and the government agency responsible for both the issuance and withdrawal is NIS.I know many Nigerians just hold passports without reading the caution note on the inside back page of it. So my dear op,kindly ask the concerned Nigerian if her travel documents were valid at that time.As a matter of fact people beg immigration officials to collect bribe from them once they are told that they don't have valid travel documents, so in this case, might be that the passenger involved didn't have valid travel documents, yet she still wanted to travel by all means. Is the immigration staff a father Christmas? lol, LAST DAYS PASSENGER. ...but you people will ask for bribe to allow the offender travel? |

JesusDWay: I've hardly seen any question or query being asked here that does not get answered, the whatsapp group is for those who have already applied to SINP so they can get to update each other on their already existing application which is a common goa l, anyone who needs to know anything here still get answers. All they discuss there is how their application is being treated. Besides, I was added to the group, I don't have any private group neither did I encourage anyone to leave this forum. Even the latest update on the SINP which just opened was posted by me, what else is being kept away from people?
I find your comment very needless, discouraging and very unfair. As a matter of fact, you are the one killing someone's spirit here. I've kept on being active on this subject even when the old thread of over 200pages was closed and this has gotten to over 30pages, answering questions and responding to people's private queries with my time and data and this what someone like you who should know better will spurt out? It's very unfortunate... That can be discussed here openly and people have always done that here. Inviting people to that whatsapp group is ant-traffic and nairaland survives on traffic, if people don't visit nairaland and preferred whatsapp group nobody will place an ad here. Accusing me of killing this thread is nonsense because i have done the opposite for the past 6yrs free with my time and data as well. Good search will not lead anybody to whatsapp group material, please enough of that. |

Do not kill the open sharing spirit that has existed here for years. You have been helpful here to many but if your current action will kill this thread then I have to do something.
Whatsapp chat will not be available to google search and many people get to know about this thread through Google search.
This is a selfish act. |

TheCongo2: Hey Justwise, I was on a topic with this guy who was looking for a travel agent for Canada. I told him he didn't need a travel agent and I refer him to the Canadian immigration website. All of the sudden, the thread has disappeared. Did you delete or remove the topic by any chance? Yes I removed the topic because he is not genuinely looking for a way to do it himself rather he is looking for an agent to get him visa to work and live in Canada. Even as you gave him links he doesn't seem to be willing. That thread will only attract dubious visa agents. |

xp17: i think otherwise. If you met up to the visa requirement, the VO has no right to deny you . If you met the requirement, even if you are not eloquent or able to articulate the questions with boldness or make few mistakes, you will still get your visa. If you Like wear very expensive suit with briefcase but no proper documents presented, the guy wearing short and T-shirt with proper documentation will get his visa and you being denied. FYI, before the actual interview, they've already gone through your file to see if you meet up to the requirement or not. The interview is just to show you are not a robot. Sometimes they tell you to come back again, probably because some paperwork is missing, but they won't deny you, that's because you meet up to the requirement. That is not true, nobody is entitled to be issued a visa even if you 'met' all requirements. Visa is a privilege and not a right |

Nosyke: Dear Just wise and co,
Many thanks for your help all these while. I just got an invite this afternoon from my office to attend a company meeting in Bath, Uk from 12-18th of December 2015. My office is fully funding this trip from flight to hotels and even per diem.
I had to rush to the visa website to apply, so far so good especially from the information I got on this forum. However, after confirming application, I am unable to sign the declaration link. I have put my name and today's dates came up. Nothing else, and I cant move to the pay visa fee section.
Looking Standard visa group, it seems the a decision should be made within 10 days. My questions are as follows: a. Is there a way I could fast track my visa application to be able to come out fast being that I need to be in for that meeting( I know this is too impromptu), maybe is there a possibility to pay higher fees?
b. What should I do from my end c How do I sign the 'sign declaration page/form' before I am able to make payment.?
Grateful for urgent replies as I am really freaking out in confusion here.
Many thanks About signing the declaration page....some people here can help you answe that because they have gone through that process. Fast tracking your application....consider pay for priority service |

Demi007: Hello everyone. I follow these threads onve in a while, but frustration has led to my commenting for the first time. I applied for a vsiting visa to the uk and stated that my dad will be sponsoring me.
I provided a letter from my dad, his bank details and his passport page (he currently resides in the us).
I also provided letter of employment from my office, leave letter stating when id be gone and when im to return and bank statements. I have 2 statements, 1 i use for salary and the other one i save my salary into. ( i transfer from my salary account to my other savings account to curb tbe way i spend) and also my mum sometimes gives me stipend in the personal savings account. I do a little bit of business (interior decorating) on the side and some of the funds go to my salary account while some go to my personal savings account. I provided the embassy with both bank statements as well. But i was still refused a visa. Their reason:
No evidence to comfirm you have any family in Nigeria.
A number of unexplainable deposits shown in one of the accounts (my personal savings account) they say the deposits are inconsistent. Which means they confused my salary account with my personal savings account.
No evidence to confirm my fathers employment status in the us.
I want to reapply immediately. I will appreciate if i am assisted please. Thank you. Also can i have anyones personal email or @justwise please your email so i can take a picture of the refusal nlte and send to you. Thank you. You made a mistake by not explaining where the money came from since you have other source of income other than your employment. Now the problem is what kind of story can she create to free herself... Unbelievable! A bank is ready to do that? Their credibility is on the line here, extended 3 months leave to visit the UK? Not on medical ground or study leave? Do you really expect the embassy to believe that? So what were she doing during that 3 months in the UK? That is what she needs to explain and not cooking up stories. I can't coach somebody how to tell such porkies. |

WestOfAfrica: At least you understand that there should be the building of powerful African nations, but you are being unrealistic when you hope for the hate to disappear, we live in the real world, people are gonna hate each other for whatever reason,it's not about whether someone hates you or not it's the power you have over them. Notice around the world the majority of people don't like Israel for one reason or another but you know you cant go mess with them their country or citizens they is too powerful there is consequences for acting upon that hatred, until Africans build something and own it completely and are able to force other people to pay to use our land, people, resources, ports ect. we will never be able to punish anyone for hating Africans.
We are too busy trying to make friends with former slave traders and anti-Africans instead of building our own stuff, look at how them Arabs built cities out of the sand, don't even have water to drink but they can build something, until our country's leadership is serious about owning stuff an kicking out these Arabs, Jews, whites and Chinese we ain't going nowhere, all our best human capital (skilled labourers and white collar professionals) love fi leave every year, we send out university students and they hate Africa itself too much to build up anything, we need to stop brainwashing our own children to believe that white or Arab is good, all these white American Christian churches and wannabe American names like Nollywood and European and Arab names (actual names for people) is just gonna make people want the real thing and stay where they study. ..with the amount of hatred and bad blood in this world we don't need people like you. This is the type of mind set that make children grow up hating people with no reason other than what they were taught. |

I am disturbed by this post. OP, as I indicated to you earlier, this forum is full of GURU and Genius when it comes to immigration and visas issues. Beware of contacting people in private given that you will be running the risk of putting your girl under the cloud of a ban. IF someone wants to assist you, let them do so on this open forum. This will allows the GURUs on the forum to asses each piece of information that is been given to you. Beware of seeking help in private. You may end up coming back with a new thread "Please help me!!!!!!!!!!"
We have geniuses on Naraland. You don't have to follow someone outside. The visa and immigration things are designed to do it by yourself if you have the right info. My apologies i have to edit your post to remove the quote |

the cost of airplane, boat or train- 705 the cost of your accommodation- 487 the cost of living expense- 600
note the above expense is for myself and my daughter, my major problem now is how to fill my daughters form. her air fare is part of the amount i stated but when its broken down its like 61 pounds, my daughter will stay in same room with me and the 600 living expense is for the two of us. how do i fill the income and expenditure section for both of us. fast response will be appreciated You don't put any financial detail in your daughter's form only your form contains all that while you use the blank space to explain that |
