Automatic work permit doesn't make it easier to get jobs, it just gives you more time to look for graduate jobs while working menial jobs. Most people do not look for graduate jobs with that opportunity and just settle for menial jobs.

What exactly is the stringent work visa requirements?
To get a graduate job within 4 months after graduation? Which most people get before even graduating.

The truth is that, psw does not determine whether you get a graduate job or not. Your experiences and result does.

I guess the mistake was leaving at all people do what u do but dont leave till they get their study visa

Pick it up with a lawyer to clear your name in USA at least. Contact a lawyer in USA . Ill speak to a friend who is using a lawyer also ill drop the name when iv gotten it most of these lawyers say no pay till they won the case.

@Justwise, no university will admit on a B1 visa. Its only colleges but you will not be given a sevis number. So how will you be in school without sevis. The lawyers will just eat your money and will not do anything.
Its a system I understand how it works.

It's called the surinder singh route. It's not as easy to just pack up and start living in another country that's why this is difficult for most peeps.
