Simple English. Aim was attacking illegal immigrants but the end result was even those who do not belong to that category were adversely affected

Living in a country without proper papers is illegal and most of the attacks happened to be targeted at most of those in that catergory. That is not to say others who are not part of that category did not fall victim.
And yes some where engaging in unlawful activities including trading without appropriate licences.

There is a place in the biodata page of his passport with Authority/Autorite. Whatever that is writen under it should be what he fills in his form.

Please My brother Nigerian passport was issued at Nigerian Embassy in Abu Dahbi, UAE,
he is filling US Visa form, he just called me now, that he was asked for the Authority/Country that issued his passport in DS-160.

please what should he fill there.

is it Nigeria for Authority or UAE?

I know the city will be Abu Dhabi,

Please assist oooo, is very urgent, I had just told him to hold on a little.

I have lived in SA for over a decade and i can say that if you live in surburbs and make your money legally you will not be victim to some of these things.

You cannot claim to know a whole lot more about a place you have never been to. Let me guess you get you info from selected websites on the net? And you always assume all you read is 100% true?

In that case we can all read a few websites on violence and gang wars in brooklyn and conclude that the whole of USA is filled with gangs and drug dealers

I am back again O. No vex. I earn about 162,000 monthly, I would just recalculate part 4 which is my income and expenditure to fit into my disposal income. I mistakenly included cost of flight and hotel when asked how much I will be spending personally on my trip to the UK, so that inflated my expenses. I will also indicate that I just renewed my rent and also currently taking ACCA classes with documents to back my ties even though I know it doesn't really count. If all that doesnt work. I will just rest mbok.

Leave allowance for the trip is 250k excluding accomodation since she is staying at her sisters!
The money has been paid into her account and its showing as leave allowance.

She has a total of 600k+ and she said she wants to spend 300k for trip!
She wants to print her statement immediately and submit application immediately!

Please will this fly A letter from human resourses to state she has been paid the trip allowance already..

Person has travelled twice to uk, blood sister with same surname a citizen!

A letter from the other signatory stating explicitly how much of my savings I was entitled to and her bio data page. I went through their immigration guide and using a joint statement has never been a prerequisite for refusal. My spending is restricted on that account hence my decision to still maintain it as opposed to just opening another account and transfering money just for the purpose of visa application.

For the joint account. I have runned that account since 2011. The same account I used for my tier 4 visa application in 2011 and it has been functional since then. I put my savings in that account because it is not easily accessible and I find that I spend less on that account. I submitted two account statements. One that had my salary with a balance of 99,000 and the this joint account. Am I not allowed to hold my savings anywhere I please? They also spoke on assets and no dependant, can I show them my car documents and my newly renewed tenancy agreement. If that can convince them that I ain't going nowhere. It's quite frustrating. 'About the person you are joining in the UK'.

The partner is a UK National, applicant based in Lagos but the link is asking for the 'expiration date of the visa' of the UK National.

Could you please check and advise which option to choose?
