daramolavo: @ Justwise
Thanks for the good work you guys are doing on this forum. I need you advice on my travel trip. I have been granted spouse visa with work permitted and will be travelling by end of the month.
My questions are:
1 I have booked a one way ticket, is there a problem with that?
2 Apart from my TB test that expired during the application process with me , do I still need any vaccination certificate?
Please bear in mind that i have not travelled to Lome not to talk of UK and I dont want to get caught up with any issue. One way ticket is perfectly ok. No you don't need any other vaccination certificate. |

Ebenezer777: Hello Justwise, Kudos to you and everyone contributing positively on uk visa success on this thread. Please a quick one Sir, I trade and introduce people to trade on the foreign exchange market,(FOREX) I applied for a training in the uk (training fee paid, hotel and flight) also I got an invitation from the institution that is training me in the uk and recommendation letter to uk from my institution here in Nigeria for the training and I use my own company as sponsoring company for the trip,as a trader i don't consistently run my bank account but keep generating more money in my forex account by way of earning commission on people referred so as a result of that,my company account doesnt have good balance currently and I dont want to lodge money from forex account of $5000 to my bank account so that they wont count it as a lodgement.. QUESTION IS - can I print out my forex account statement to support my bank balance to be use for the trip OR withdraw money from forex account and transfer it to bank and show evidence of transfer or lodgement?
N.B Im going to uk for further training as delegate member from institute here in Nigeria, all expense paid PLEASE would appreciate prompt response as my biometrics is tomorrow. No don't withdraw the money rather submit the two bank statements, moving money around now will not help your application |

veecee29: Yes I have both his naturalization certificate and copies of all the pages of his passport.I also have our NOA1 from USCIS.Please information on how to package my application will be highly appreciated. In addition to those documents you mention you also need to add your marriage certificate, leave letter, bank statement, payslips(6months), evidence of accommodation in Canada or IV. If you have property, car or any other investment in Nigeria you can add that. It will help your application if you mention the pending US immigration application hence the choice of Canada for the holiday while you wait for the outcome |

fazo14: Thanks alot@Justwise and girlfio, below are the list of documents submitted during the first application Bank account statements Company payslips Letter from sponsor Company Wedding certificates Pictures Emails Passport and Biometric card TB certificate Tenancy agreement You need to add a lot more to that list..... Marriage certificate Pictures..wedding pictures and pictures before wedding Means of communication between two of you....emails, phone call history, chats(bbm, whatsapp, viber,Facebook) whichever one you use. His payslips(6months), his bank statement and letter from his company. Tenancy agreement or mortgage paper Your degree certificate Any evidence of financial support (western union, money gram or bank transfer) A letter explaining your immigration records from 2012 when you were refused a visa to court cases and their outcomes(this is important) Don't forget to acknowledge previous immigration offences and apologies for it. He will be submitting his own documents from the UK while you submit yours from Nigeria. Like girlfio said you need to cover all aspects to avoid giving them any reason to deny you again. Don't forget NHS fees, you need to pay that...I think it's about £200 |

rochf10: Hello again. This is really a helpful forum. My question is, does the UK embassy consider personal bank loans as proof of fund? It is clear from the bank statement that said loan was approved ans deposited to my friend's current account. Partial amount was then transferred to her savings account. The initial deduction in March is also clear from the statement. Thanks You can take a loan to finance your study in the UK but not holiday. |

princenonny: justwise I agree with everything you said except the 6days stay. my first application I said I would stay 10 days bt my plans changed and I stayed 2 months. after which I returned to nigeria. I applied for a new visa and I got it too. so provided you dont exceed 6months u can stay as long as you want That is not entirely true, if you work in Nigeria and apply for visa to spend your leave in the UK, are you suggesting that you can travel and stay as long as you want? |

Thanks alot @girlio From the judge rule,I thought same that I am still under the ban. Is it possible that a spouse visa can release me from the ban? I can make application for a spouse visa, but need to know how to go about it and all it entails. What are my chances under a spouse visa? Is there hope for me? Thanks alot With his ILR your chances are higher, does he earn up to £18600 a year? |

rochf10: Thanks justwise for the input. One last question though, in your opinion, should I go with the immediate reapplication? Or is it better to wait another 6 months? But then again my friends are leaving mid July. Do I still need to submit signed letter from my friend? If that was the only reason for the refusal then you can correct the mistake and reapply anytime you are ready. I'm not sure if letter from your friend will make any difference but you can still give it a try. |

rochf10: Yes I did. I withdrew the amount last December and loaned it to my friend with a verbal agreement that she would return said amount once her personal bank loan was approved. She received her loan thru bank last March and thus, I deposited said cash amount in my savings account. It is clear from my friend's statement that she received her loan and only deposited half to her own account as the rest was as payment to me. How do we clearly explain this to the ECO? Many thanks. Then it's easy to explain. If you are reapplying submit the bank statement marking the date you withdrew the money and lend to your friend and the date the money was repaid back into your account. Do that with very brief explanation pointing out those two dates. |

dotfak: The card was physically swiped at the two store that the card was used and it was used to purchase gift cards. Funny enough, she never lost her card. She always had it with her all the time. This suggested that the card was cloned. I have always personally envisaged such thing happening understanding that you have to use your card to perform a whole lot of transactions and sometimes you have to call your card information to pay some bill over the phone. She might have used her card to withdraw money from cash a machine fitted with skimming device, it captures your card details and your pin number, fraudsters then transfer those details to any credit card -sized plastic and use it to withdraw money just like normal card. Doing simple thing like covering the keypad with your hand when putting your pin number will solve such problem. |

rochf10: Hello there. We were just refused entry to the UK due to an explained lump sum amount deposited one month prior to application. We want to immediately reapply with the explanation that said amount was through cash paid by a friend who borrowed money from me (this is true by the way). She is willing to sign a letter certifying such. Should this suffice and be accepted the EVO. Would highly appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks Did she withdrew the money from her account and lend to her friend? |

fazo14: Yes it was from UK bank,it wasnt Internet print out,it just wasn't signed, it is original bank statement from the bank in UK. The judge cleared the bank statement as original stating that the ECO ruled wrongly. But the judge upheld the refusal on 320 7a and 7b , and dismissed the case. So basically since your sponsor got ILR no application has been made? The first application was on Tie 1 visa? |

fazo14: Good evening all,I have been out of here a little while now but have followed the thread closely, celebrating with every1 who has succeded in getting visa and praying with all expecting the good news, I was waitING and hoping to come back and share my good news, but sadly I do not bring good news yet, I do pray n hope someday soon. I need advice on what next best step to take. I applied for visit visa severally and was refused, in 2013 used an agent ,however I accept responsiblity for it ,a falsified bank statement was used n I got refused on 320 (7a). In 2014 I got married,my spouse who is my sponsor was on point based, tier 1,so after marriage we applied, for dependent visa, got refused and the reason given was that my spouse bank statements are not originals but Internet print out, which wasn't true they were given by the bank, but it was signed, so we appealed the decision. After the appeal in march 2014, I got a call in may to submit my passport which I did, however upon collection,I wasnt issued visa, instead I was given another refusal note stating that I have been refused on 320 (7b). We then appealed this as well. We got 2 court dates for Feb 2015 for the first refusal about bank statement been Internet printout and April 2015 for the refusal on 320 (7b) we received. In Feb my sponsor went for the first court hearing, and the home office lawyer was particular about discussing the 320 (7b)my sponsor explained to the judge that we have 2 court dated and this was meant for the bank statement not been original, that the next hearing will deal with 320 (7b) more so becos we weren't prepared nor has our bundle been sent, so both hearing was adjorned to April 2015, in March 2015,my spouse applied and got Indefinite Leave to Remain. So we went to court in April, and the case was dealt with, the judge asked questions as well as d home office lawyer and he answered them all,The judge asked if it was started in d spouse application that we had initially been refused on 320(7a) he said yes and the judge asked to see the copy of the application which was given to him, from the court we had hoped to get good news about the decision, unfortunately we received the decision and the judge upheld the decision not to grant visa, and he dismissed the case. Now anyone please we need your advice, direction, knowledge what is the next best positive approach to this, because we are so confused right now and very unhappy. Please any1 who can advice, pls pls pls we are waiting,Justwise, girlio, any1 we will deeply me grateful. Thanks alot n God bless the good work going on here. There is something that need clearing up here...was the bank statement from the UK bank? |
