Moana: the law only does whats just and equitable which is why it makes a person choose to either marry in community of property or out of community of property, if you decide to voluntarily marry in community of property to a woman has no ambitions in fly you cant cry foul when u divorce. Again lets use logic and stop playing the blame game simply because we choose to let a seexxual organ make a decision for us instead of using our heads.
The law is not fair in every man's eyes so long its doesnt protect him after making a foolish decision. How about you make a wise decision the first time so you would have with the consequences of your ignorance? You are getting this wrong, the law does not protect the man even when the wife cheated. Being a good husband is not good enough..if she tired of the marriage for whatever reason...the man will still end up at the wrong end of the law. Whether you married a jobless women or working class one she got the knife and the yarm. |

mykeloops: @justwise What abt here in nigeria. Can one get a lender for visa application purposes? I don't think any bank or lender can loan that huge amount of money. Personally I don't think it worth only if you are absolutely sure of paying back by other means apart working in the UK as a student |

Moana: listen you are not in bondage when you are having unprotected sex with that woman now are you? So why play victim when you already know the possible consequences of your actions before you even do anything? Im sure everyone who went to school got to know how a woman gets pregnant from grade 5 science classes. Lets not be ignorant! You can play the blame game all you like but that will not stop you from taking responsibility and paying child support until that child is a major.
Where was your brain when u were having unprotected sex with a jobless woman? Lets talk about the facts now who told you you will die if you abstain until you find the right woman? This is not about marriage, the truth is that she can decide to end the marriage and use the man as her cash machine, the law is on her side. This is exactly why rich men go for nuptial. |

hodus: Good Evening Bro Justwise and my people in this house, please can someone banned for 10 years by British High Commission in Abuja apply for Republic of Ireland Visa with the same passport that has UK refusal stamp on it? Though the stamp didn't show any indication that he was banned. It only show the visa refusal number ''80*6*28'' and ''UK Abuja'' on the stamped surface. Chances of refusal is high as both countries share data |

Preciousstones: Which credit?do you know how many people died during this election?do know journalists were beaten too?I don't know why Nigerians like lying to themselves. People lost their lives and properties during this recent election and a govt-elect went ahead to do thanksgiving after blood-shed in his state. Do you know how much diasporans send everyday to nigeria?do you think they are happy?Nigerian govt will travel abroad for medical care and most of the docs that look after them are Nigerians.so why can't they fix things here?let's accept things are not working period. That has been the case for ages, billions wasted on bribing people to vote for them, because of violence many polling booths never opened, ballot boxes going missing. To him that is a change and he is very happy with the development. |

henrychubayo: In as much as i agree with you, i also have to give credit to Nigeria and Nigerians for the conduct of this Election that just passed. British Election has been like that for decades, No changes noticed. Nigeria Election has a lot of changes to it. Imagine an incumbent President lost an election in Nigeria, and so what many Senators, Governors etc. it was an unbelievable thing. Nigeria has really developed to that extent and i must applaud the good job the home based did. Why i quote you justwise is that no comparison should be made b/t Nigeria election and British election. If there is any credit that should go to any of the two, it should be Nigeria. Just look at what is happening in other African nations eg. Burundi. Nigeria did wonderfully well and am very happy with the developments. What exactly do you mean by that? What change do you expect? |

acadollar: I also deal on used stuffs, both Korean used cars so i do get IV from companies i have business relationship with for people that are really coming to Korea for business though some violates it. But pls let me know if it violates the rule of nairaland as i have responded to what your mail says. Thank you I do understand that but you can't guarantee that people you are selling the IV to are coming to Korea for business. If you have direct business dealing with a company yes they will send you an IV but you can't go around sending IV for money to strangers...that will not help you or those you are selling it to because it is illegal. |
Travel › Re: Thread for South Korea prospective students by justwise(mod): 5:44pm On May 10, 2015 |
acadollar: I see but i thought it wise to get IV for people even when they have to pay for it.. because i found out that getting iv to Korea is a difficult thing because of the language problem here but all the same, i understand your point. Thanks There is no company that sales IV, no legitimate company like that, so you can only get IV from a company you have business relationship with. Companies don't issue IV to complete strangers. So this is my concern about the whole arrangement |

acadollar: Yeah right, apart from IV, Visa fees and then flight fee This is my idea of this thread, initially i thought that you are offering advice here for free but it does appear that you have started charging people for IV and other stuff. Nobody get paid to help others here in travel section however if this is your line of business then fine but you have to contact nairaland admin to pay for a space for ad. Its not fair that you are indirectly collecting money from people for IV and other items. Please this has to stop. Please note that i'm not accusing you of defrauding anybody but i just want to be fair to everybody. Thank you. |

refreshrate: The supermarkets? Dont even mention that please...not that im disputing what you said its just by the time you enter take Tescos in Manchester for example the size of the place...fully stocked with so much variety and such ridiculous prices. I saw Kelloggs cornflakes the really obscene size i think its 1kg for £2.90 theyre own family size soft drinks comes in 2litre bottles less than £2 Fanta orange, fanta cherry, fanta mixed something. Then coke classic, coke cherry, coke this, coke that, i think its indirect family planning sha cos men afterall this much variety and pricing omo jedi jedi must set in. Me that i thought i liked sausages...hmm i saw a whole aisle labelled sausages, that was were i almost blew a fuse. chicken suusages, beef sausages. this sausages that sausages all at stupid cheap prices, how do i see this and remember i actually came in to use the bathroom ehn? its a requirement by law for supermarket like Tesco, Sainsbury's , Asda. Morrison etc to have restrooms, so you don't even need to buy stuff to be able to use them. Shopping malls also have free restrooms. There are other budget supper markets you could shop in..pounds land. 99p shop. pound stretcher, lidl etc...these shops are pretty much within anybody's budget |

The only thing they have been able to come up with is the description of the person that used the car at the register " a black guy that uses glasses" They are still trying to track him down. She can also help the corps by telling them the exact cash machine she used then the corps can go through the cctv around that cash machine to see when the skimming device was fitted, removed and who carried that out. The location and name of the cash machine will be in her bank statement |

Georgiana12: Why are you all applauding this man, you really need to watch the video and see the way he was handling the food, the soup was dripping on his jacket and the floor was messed up, it was annoyingly dirty. How can you put your meal on the floor, so many pets have urinated on that floor. I can't even put my water on the floor on a public transport.
I don't av a problem with the man eating pounded Yam on the train but why can't he put the food in same plate and what happened to using cutlery. His he going to wash his hands inside the plate or lick it till its clean.
With this poor etiquette no foreigner would want to come near our meal cos it looks dirty. If the Chinese pot ray their meals this way , no one would consider eating their food. I can't see the video, do you have a link? That link up there got no video on it |
