afoxunlimited: @justwise thanks for your response, what i meant is this that since i worked for a law firm, they wrote a pettion or rewiew to the embassy so they acted as a laywer to me, they nw refer them to my employment letter which that is stated that i recive 25percent of money of any work that came tru me to the firm, we nw attached d recipts the firm gave to the client i brought to the firm. What is the outcome of the petition? |

MduZA: hence those foreigners in the US are in that country legally, are not doing criminal activities and for doing those jobs they don't call Americans lazy...the people we are talking about are not bringing anything to our economy,in stead we are sharing our limited resources with them,can you tell me one country having over 6 illegal immigrants?only SA...here is something to digest
our former heavy weight boxer was shot and killed by illegal immigrants in Pretoria 2 yrs ago
our well known reggae musician was shot and killed by foreigners
1 month ago foreigners were caught on the National television camera robbing a presenter
killers of our senior national foot team are untraceable....
i know you and your fellow country men dont want to hear this,xenophobia in SA does nt come out from the blues,you must be grateful that majority of south Africans are against these attacks.. Of course there are far more illegal immigrants in US, the UK, Canada and other western countries than you have in SA, yes they work illegally. You are counting number of crimes allegedly committed by foreigners in SA, how about South Africans committing crimes in foreign countries? You were and still living as a second class citizens in your own country but were helpless until the rest of the world intervened to give you independent including those Africans you now see as 'foreigners'. You accepted the white and made peace with them, the same people who killed and slaved you, were they not taking your jobs, land and freedom then? Now you turned against people who fought and die with you to give you freedom and sense of identity. I lived and studied in Zimbabwe and then many of us faced the same hatred, Zimbabweans blamed Nigerians for all sorts of crimes, forced many Nigerians to close their businesses and relocate to SA, now where is Zimbabwe? |

MduZA: employers are employing foreigners because 1.they are cheap laborers 2.labour relations act does not apply That is the case everywhere including the UK, US, Canada, China etc, but you don't see them going after foreigners...killing and looting their properties. Those cheap foreign labourers are contributing to your system and reducing the cost of goods, many create their own employment and invest into South African system. Funny enough Mugabe and some Zimbawean crying out now were doing the same to white farmers and other foreign owned businesses some years ago, then white farmers who were the driving force behind ZImbabwean economy left and the economy collapsed, ZImbabweans were jumping fences to claim asylum in SA. The land they were fighting for is there now wasting. Commercial white farmers are gone but Zimbawean can't use the same land to produce their own food. Those uneducated barbaric South Africans have a very short memories. |

MduZA: you are ill informed,if immigrants who are been attacked are doctors,what are they doing on the streets?are they not supposed to be in the hospitals treating patients? here is my list of jobs our lazy people are crying for 1.grass cutters 2.security guards 3.petrol attendents 4.cleaners 5.shoe repairers 6.barbers 7.barkers 8.drivers 9.waitress 10.sewers...etc etc
the very mentality about black south African you are showing here is one of the factors fueling xenophobia...you know nothing about south Africans,so according to you only foreigners are studying in the south African universities? why are they not taking those jobs? Why do you think that employers are giving those jobs to foreigners and not indigenous South Africans? |

gigi24: They will ask you to submit your passport for visa @justwise..tank u very much for your response but pls i would like a more detailed information on how judicial review works....starting from when the review has been granted but a date hasnt been picked yet for the hearing of the case in court...tanks so much.i hope am not asking for too much. i await your prompt response.. Administrative review does not involve tribunal hearing, an appeal does. AR is handled by Entrance Clearance Manager(ECM), the ECO basically go through the ECO's refusal points and your AR statement to see if you have been unfairly denied a visa. If the ECM's decision favours you then ou will be asked to submit your passport for visa. |

If you have any knowledge about it and want to help people then do it here, no point asking people to contact you or contact an agent you know. We all help people here openly and free |

Setaje: Just listen to yourself. Did seun tell u that we could not advertise here. How many people do it for free. U think it's easy for someone to just get admission abroad wivout prior knowledge. It's more than just knowing the school. You need in house knowledge of certain priviledge and constraints which most times are not explicit on your admission letter till u get there. This is when u need an agent. It's not just about posting schools. You can decide to remove this one too. Yes many do it for free and many have been helping people do it here for years for free. Any serious prospective student can get admission to any school easily without agent. You don't need to know anybody inside or outside the school to get that done. Only the lazy ones use agent and get scammed or ripped off. |

PunkyOh: I do the same thing sometimes because the kak gets too much. As if there would still be foreigners living in South Africa if all South Africans were Xenophobic. South Africans can be really crazy & when they stand up against something, die poppe sal dans. We ain't afraid to kill or be killed when we're fed up. We come guns blazing & won't back down. Ever. That is not comment from somebody who is condemning the killing^^ PunkyOh: Excuse me? Where did you see me condoning the killing of foreign nationals? Matter of fact, in my reply to Mikron, I clearly stated that I am against these Xenophobic attacks. What is it that you want me to say instead? Apologise & say how ashamed I am of being South African? NO. |

@BluIvy & PunkyOh
I'm trying to be fair to everybody in moderating this thread but please don't use this thread to justify or give excuses for the barbaric killings of foreign nationals in SA.
There is no justification, there is no excuse good enough to explain the killings. |

nma01: @justwise, morning and sorry for asking further in regards to d spouse visa. Gone through the threads and and am quite confuse cuz on different sections, different people seemed to submit different docs at teleperformance. One submitted online application form, tb test, eng test and passport. Another submitted appendix 2 form, online application form, passport, birth certificate and tb test. I want to know what docs exactly i will take along with me to teleperformance aside my online application form and passport as i intend posting docs to my spouse before going to teleperformance. Thanks and i appreciate . If i remember clearly reading from people who submitted recently at teleperformance you only submit TB test and the application form and post the rest to the UK. But don't worry about this because when you get there they will tell you what to submit with them and those to post to the UK. |

Please will appreciate some advice. Yes that is true. |
