Yes he says so and that was the reason for the two days fasting on Thursday and Monday before the election. God still answer prayers. He will only replay the video after the prophesy has been fulfilled. Stay close to Emmanuel TV expecially his Sundays service from 2pm up by then he is already at the pulpit. God is still saying something
How come he did not see the collapse of his own church?

Hello Gurus in the house,
Thanks for your efforts so far well appreciated, i need urgent advice from you guys i have filled my visa application form and scheduled for biometrics on tuesday, now the problem is that i am using 3 banks statements, first is my salary account which shows influx and eflux of money with balance of about 200k and a treasury bill of 1million in same account, the next account is zenith bank where i have an account of about 1.2 million but had treasury bills which was liquidated and paid into my account than was what added up to the 200k in the zenith to make it 1.2million, lastly is my uba which has about 1.5million but then my father has paid in money into the account 300k on 3 occasions but when i filled the form i didnt state that i receive money from my parents.
my question is this should i keep aside my uba account on the fact of the monies been paid in by my dad
the next is will the liquidation of my treasury bills into the zenith account be seen as lump payment of money and lastly if i am to put aside my uba with my zenith account and union salary account be sufficient.
thanks in advance for your advice as i know the commonest cause of visa refusal is when the statements are not in order. thanks
You can submit as many bank accounts as you want as long as you can explain with paper evidences the source of money in those accounts.

good day house, vic justice thanks for the good work, justwise you too,
please what is the difference between a letter addressed to the ECO, BHC Lagos, and Entry Clearance Manager, Abuja. Asking because i included a letter addressed to the ECO, but i read somewhere on this thread, where someone mentioned that a letter should be addressed to the ECM. please i'm a bit confused oh, yet to submit my application so i can still adjust it if need be, waiting for ypur responses please. thank you..
You can address its to ECO or BHC but not to ECM, You address a letter to ECM when you are submitting an appeal or review

Hello house,i am about to submit my passport for canada visa on monday.my passport already has a tanzania visa on it but I am yet to utilize the visa.
I don't know how the unutilized tanzania visa will affect my chances of getting canada visa since I am yet to have a travel experience .some advised me to stamp the visa (departure n arrival) from the immigration at the airport.

Travel experts pls advice
If you do that your passport will likely be seized and you will still be banned. If they stamped it at the airport for you how about entry and exit stamp at Tanzania airport? Are they going to forge that as well?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having unused visa in your passport but make sure that the visa is genuine.

Africans are animals, stupid and crazy. Right now as we speak a massive xenophobic attack is going on South Africa, a lot of black people has been killed by black South Africans. Black South-Africans are claiming that the black migrants from other African countries are taking over their jobs, that is why they are burning and killing them. Already a group of South African students killed 5 Congolese students, 10 Nigerians, 5 Gabonese and 10 Somalis yesterday around 10:00 am in Johannesburg. The police is advising foreigners to avoid using public transport specially train, taxi etc. Please share this warning with friends and families leaving in South Africa especially in Johannesburg. We urge everyone to pass this message on until it gets to international media because the local media are not broadcasting it in South Africa. Yesterday too the locals attacked an area called POINT Johannesburg and a lot of black were displaced from their flat. Massive xenophobic attack is going on in South Africa right now. Please Biafrans in South Africa take note!

Gud day everyone.
Am new here and really hope to get gud advise on here.

i applied for a student visa to do a masters programme in the uk last yera but got a refusal after 2weeks.stating that i didnt say what i have been doin since i graduated since 2008.secondly that i failed to explain where thefunds for my proposed studie came from.bearing in mind that i had paid my tuition in full and had d required maintenance in my bank account as well.i also attached a letter on the companies letter headed paper from my company wher i work stating i work with them .when aske d what i would do upon completion of my course at interview i said i would come baq to the country to get employment or go to my family business cause the skills i acquire will enable me that.WEN ASKED AT .they also stated in the refusal notice that i have no clear indication of what i want to do upon completion of my course.
i got a lawyer after gettin the refusal notice who advised me that he would file my case in the upper tribunal9judicial review).i just got a decision from court stating my my review has been granted on the basis that the reason for the refusal was unreasonable because they never asked me those questions at interview he also pointed out the fact that there was no specific place in the application form that dealt or asked those questions yet i was refused on those basis....my question goes thus....now that my review has been granted, what is the next step and what are my chances on this case....

not forgetting to mention that i scored 40points tho both for cas and maintenance.

looking forward to have answers ...@justwise and everybody else in the house.

Not a good idea, you don't take a loan to fund foreign holiday, you can take a loan to fund studies or medical treatment but not holiday. Budget within your earned salary.

Sir, as a follow up to ur post, what if someone is visiting Canada with the aim to stay permanently while on a visit/business visa, what are the option for someone that did not have anytin doing back home.pls throw more light. I want to know if it not possible to stay and change status while in Canada. Thank you
That is almost impossible, i know people will talk about getting married to Canadian woman but that is easier said than done, How will you survive while waiting to meet that woman who will agree to marry you? Who will accommodate you throughout that period? I wouldn't encourage anybody to do that, forget about asylum because you are not qualify for one, no war going on in Nigeria, no natural disaster etc.

Are you kidding me? That is CAD 2,799.04, if you want to apply for Canadian visa then this is the website you need http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/tourist.asp

Requirements: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/apply-who.asp

If you are going with the hope of converting the visiting visa to resident permit then please keep your job in Nigeria because its going to be almost impossible.

I think PLAB 1 exam can be done in Nigeria, you can only get a visa for PLAB 2 exam. Though somebody here asked the same question about two weeks ago, read about two pages back...if i see the post i will paste it here, the person was able to get a visa.

@justwise, goodday. Please I wouldike to know what route to take. I intend to write the PLAB 1 exam in Manchester in June 2015 but I learnt that visas are not issued for that purpose cos it is not recognised as a professional exam. Someone suggested i take the guise of attending a medical conference in order to secure the visa while someone else suggested I apply as a visitor going on vacation. My question now is wouldn't I be rejected for the vacation visa bearing in mind I'm married with two kids and not taking my family along for vacation? I really need your advice. More questions will follow please. Thanks

Please advice house.

VisaOfficer:
Technically, yes. It's a strange hybrid...

K applicants who need a waiver to travel actually need TWO waivers, one on the immigrant side and one on the non-immigrant side. (Again, strange hybrid.) From the applicant's point of view, though, there's no practical difference. First they file for the waiver on their own, as for any other immigrant visa. Then, if that waiver is approved, the officer submits a request for a waiver on the non-immigrant side. In practice we recommend all waivers for K visas once they've been granted on the immigrant side. I'm trying to imagine a case in which the officer would refuse to recommend the waiver, and in all the examples I can think of, I can't imagine that the waiver would be granted on the immigrant side in the first place. (For instance, not to depress anyone, but the most glaring example I can think of is a guy who'd been in the U.S. as a priest and 'assaulted' a woman and pushed her child down the stairs.... he did not get a waiver. If he had, THAT one I would have opposed.) Most cases of material misrepresentation do NOT rise to the level where we would want to stop someone who has a bona fide path to immigration from joining his or her family. I mean, we don't condone the use of false identities, obviously, but if a K applicant manages to get a waiver for having used one, we're not going to recommend against the same waiver on the non-immigrant side.

You could go ahead and prepare to submit the application. You find it and the instructions at http://www.uscis.gov/i-601 . It does need to be filed in the U.S.

Nairaland is one of my favorite things! My tour in Nigeria is actually getting close to its end sad and I'm trying not to think about it because I'm really, really, really going to miss Nairaland and all things Naija.
