Bolssos: Am not@justwise but they not saying we don't have the funds...Read there words... I accept that you provided evidence to show that your sponsor have savings of 23.131.27 however you have not provided satisfactory evidence to show that the entire amount has been held in her account continuously for the past 6months prior to your application That why they refused me not the 18600, Bro that is the 2rd point of the refusal, that was not the only reason for the refusal, so even if you met that requirement you still have to meet the other one. |

Bolssos: Hello house i went to pick up my passport but it was a sad new because the refused me on what i don't really understand,
Firstly...Suitability-entry Clearance requirement------Met Relationship requirement------Met Other requirement like English and TB...Met
Refused reason......Your sponsor is not exempt from the financial requirement as defined as paragraph E-ECP 3.3.I am not able to take into account any potential employment you have available to you in the uk or any offers of financial support from third parties. In order to meet the financial requirement of the rules your sponsors need a groos income at least 18,600 Pounds per annum. from the evidence provided your sponsor's has 16,544.62 from her employer per annum. In order to qualify or to meet the financial requirement you and your spouse requires the shortfall between the income threshold and your salary(i.e 2077.38*2.5*1600)=21.193 in savings in order to meet the financial and your salary. I accept that you provided evidence to show that your sponsor have savings of 23.131.27, however you have not provided satisfactory evidence to show that the entire amount has been held in her account continuously for the past 6months prior to your application. i therefore refused your application under paragraph EC-P1.1(d) of Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules EECP.3.1)
Please house i need your advice because I just can't believe if the UKBA look at all the dates on the accounts we provided to them. we have had my savings from 13 April 2012 and the loyalty saving account was open on the 14 February, 2014 and the application was logged in November 2014, that's a 9 months gap that I have the money in my recent account and we submitted a 6months bank teller..Please help me because i need to appeal You are forgetting that section in bold which is the basic financial requirement |

Bolssos: Nope she does not and that why we have a savings up to 23.131.27 pounds more then the 21.193pounds they requesting! and we submitted a 6 months payalips That does not meet the financial requirement, it says the sponsor needs to be earning at least £18600, they are not relying on your savings but on your yearly earning. |

Nogen: @Justwise, pls allow FavouredB to share the name of the hospital and their prices here. This thread will die a natural death when people have to resort to pm. The forum is about sharing as long as it's not seen as an advert.
Some hospitals are now charging 100 dollars and increasing their prices because they are just the few shared here If people get to know more affordable hospitals , I'm sure it will benefit a lot of people. Thanks The affordable once increased their prices because their details were shared here and many people contacted them. If we stopped doing ad for them they will reduce their prices when people stopped going to them. Use Google to search for hospital in US or read this thread for already shared info, you can email whoever you want to get more details. |

midmenconsult: All the supporting evidence from the spondor I, e payslips, bank statements, tenancy agreements, empoyer's letter etc have to be submitted in the UK. You only need your passport, 2 passport photos, print oit of your payment confirmation and appointment letter at the VAC. They will not take "ANYTHING ELSE" from you. I had to lost my marriage certificate, English language test certificate and the TB test(done here in Nigeria) back to my Wife in the UK for submission. I submitted mine in December and still waiting. I wish you best of luck. @Benuromi you got your answer here ^^^ |

favouredB: @ justwise please can I share this info here? Am getting tired of sending all these individual emails with the same info If the hospital is in high demand like that then let them pay Nairaland owner to advertise here. The more we mention and share info about these hospitals and their agents the more they increase their prices because of high demand from members here. How about they paying for the ad? Some are now charging $100 just to give a letter because we have given them free coverage here. |

opite: hello house sorry for my question. I just don"t want to make any mistakes in my application. Please does the total money from my savings and investment monthly mean the income (salary)minus the money spent on living expenses and money given to dependents and family? Income means income....money coming in as salary or business earnings. Your investment is not an income, profit you made from it its an income. |

Check your school noticeboard for accommodation adverts, students looking for who to share room with, use gumtree and search for rooms in your city, simply type student room in(your city) you will see a lot in gumtree, contact the person for view before making any payment. |

MrsBee: Yes we are. I have been working in my present place of work for over 3 yrs and my husband for over 7 years. Our total net income per month is over 600k Your chances are good if you correct previous refusal points raised by the ECO, draw your spending budget for the trip and attach it to your visa application, avoid budging more than 2months of your monthly salary. Make a list of things/places you tend to do while in the UK. |

MrsBee: Hello Justwise and Vicjustice. Please help here. My husband and i wish to reapply for the UK visa. I was denied the first time in 2013 cos my hubby didn't apply with me and i also didn't present a letter of consent from him. After that we both applied together and we were refused again because my husband had some money lodgement in his statement and we also didn't have much travel experience. We took a break and went to Dubai in 2013. In 2014, we were both issued 2 years to the US and subsequently had our son there. Right now we have about N2m in fixed deposit/placement with very little in our bank accounts. Please advise how to go about this. Thanks Are you both working? |

3.What is the best class of visa to travell to Aussie?
Thanks If its legit then why do you need to change your name so as to get it? And why do you need to change your name again after getting to Australia? You really don't know what you are getting yourself into. |
