He is a joke

nagoma: I can Learn from anybody ( i had my basic qualification at home in nigeria) but I can't serve just anybody. My home is Nigeria. Deal with it slave boy.
It bugs me a lot when some little muppets like you feel that they got every right to study anywhere and at the same time have the gut to insult people who decided to live anywhere.
Travel › Re: Top 10 Countries In The World To Migrate To by justwise(mod): 3:55pm On Nov 23, 2013
nagoma: You have no understanding of what we are talking about. I have nothing against those countries , their education and their hard work and development. What I will not do is to migrate there in what I described as neo-slavery.
I have a very good understanding of what i'm talking about, you have the same slave mentality because you preferred your slave masters quality of education to that of Nigeria, there are many people who studied in Nigeria from primary to Phd and still do very well, you did not see a single university in Nigeria to study in as somebody who love Nigeria so much and will never travel outside for slavery. you invested millions to get educated from your slave masters but you are here calling people who preferred living outside Nigeria all sorts of names, aren't you a 2faced hypocrite?
Travel › Re: Top 10 Countries In The World To Migrate To by justwise(mod): 1:35pm On Nov 23, 2013
nagoma: This is a real slave , i pity your life.May you have your destiny fulfilled, migrate and work as a slave. As for my education. I've the best you can dream of and you will be surprised , much of it in the universities in the countries worship, but I'm a committed Nigerian. If I'm destined to live 80 years, Those years will have Nigeria as my strong base and sure I will add value as a citizen. It's you who is a deluded illiterate wannabe slave.
Why did you not study in Nigeria? Why did you spend millions in those slavery countries rather than paying it to Nigerian universities?
OK thank you so much and I am grateful Justwise. Got to think of going somewhere else that seems cheaper for the M.Sc program. Thanks so much. Just that this country is bleeped and really want to move out of here you know.
Yes i understand that feeling and many fee the same way but don't be a victim, going to the UK for a education is a massive investment and the UK is tighter than ever now, don't waste the little money you have for nothing.

ochukoccna: Wow, so much fire been spat out at the Brits for been racist undecided undecided
Though Brits are ultra reserved compared to Nigerians and Americans who are naturally vibrant, on this I believe we all agree cheesy cheesy
My original intention of the post was just to point out that life is not so rosy for would be immigrants ,that living here without having reasonable money in your pocket when you arrive is almost suicidal sad sad
That been said most people who come in as immigrants/would be immigrants ARE NOT foreign criminals and scroungers as Justwise infers but lack relevant skill sets and entrepreneurial abilities
Many are just looking for a better life in a country [UK] which unfortunately has fallen on hard economic times yet still has to take in EEC/EU citizens without rigorous scrutiny which has stirred up resentment with many British people
Non the less, its really crazy that I'll be shunted out of the UK after spending between 5-7 mill minimum on an MSc program when with that around that same amount, I'll LEGALLY become a citizen [in 3 years], pay LESS TAX and get better opportunities if I'm in a country as Canada.
My apologies if I did not expatiate my initial post well enough
Its always good to learn from experience, the UK never promised you employment after graduation, you paid for education and that is what you are getting. I'm sure you did your research before coming to the UK so you don't have much to complain about.

Yes many Eastern EU members flooding into the UK are foreign criminals and scroungers who only come in to rip-off the benefit system and never bothered to work even as they have right to work without restriction. Planting devices in cash machines to steal people's bank details then clear the account, human-trafficking young girls for prostitution and sham marriages the list go on and go.
Thanks @ Justwise and Worry 359. actually was thinking of getting money into the account as '9ja way na' for embassy use after paying the first installment of the 3000Pounds for my CAS. That wouldn't have been any problem though money not mine you know and thinking upon arrival there, I could squeeze out to deposit like 1000Pounds out of the 2300Pounds they are asking me to pay them upon arrival then the other would be on installment so, do you mean the school would surely report me to UKBA and send me back home even if I take up monthly payment plans to meet this up?
Your plan will come back to hurt you, getting money into your account '9ja way' is illegal and will earn you 10yrs ban if caught.

You don't have any excuse whatsoever not to pay your school when you get to the UK because you have 'proved' to BHC that you have all the money available and was given a visa based on that. Yes they will report you because you have used deception to get a visa and can not be seen as a genuine student.
Hello Nlanders, I recently got admission into a UK university to resume in Jan 2014. Total tuition is 9100 Pounds. Was asked to make a deposit of 3000 Pounds for CAS which I would be needing for VISA application but was still stated on the offer letter that, I would have to make another 2300 Pounds on/b4 that Jan 2014 and then the balance 3800 Pounds payment date not yet disclosed. Now, my question is this, if I am able to make the payment of the initial 3000 Pounds payment and then arrive the UK and not been able to make the 2nd payment of 2300 Pounds immediately as they have scheduled it for that 21st Jan latest,(maybe able to pay like 1000pounds and deciding to pay the balance on other installment before the entire program ends) would my admission be withdrawn and then asked to return back to Nigeria by that Jan when I arrive there? Please, I need candid advice from experts. Thanks Y'all
Firstly you will not be given a visa if you can not prove that you have the fees ready in your bank account plus 7200 or 9000 maintenance money. If by any chance you managed to get into the UK and failed to meet up with the first installment then your school has every right to withdraw your admission and report you to UKBA.

dideoluayantund: Dear all please i like to know:Will the UKBA sends an e -mail after decision is made on an application for settlement visa?
You will either receive an email or your package will be delivered by a postman depending on where you made the application (Nigeria or the UK)

chrisw29: HEllo everybody, I need some advices, I want to apply for a tier 4 visa for a postgraduate in kingston university. I am waiting for my CAS. my wife will pay for all my expenses, but on the online application you have the option of an official sponsor and parent or guardian, how can I say that it's my wife who is going to pay? I have her approval letter, our marriage certificate and her bank letter confirming that she has the required amount (20000 £). my second question is that I took my toefl test last october 25th 2013 and I haven't yet received the certificate, I just received the online results, If I apply for the visa with a print out of these online results will that be a bad point for me?
Is that the only 3 options available?

yams79: Tanx justwise, what I don't understand is that why my solicitor said it could be three possibilities why they withdrawn..

1. that they might call me to submit my passport or
2. they might uphold their decision or
3. find another reason why they should stick with their original decision....

Am really confused at the same time nervous that they might come up with something..
I'm afraid your solicitor is wrong, if they are to uphold the initial decision then the case will go down to tribunal where they will defend their decision. They can't look for another reason to stick to their original decision while the case hasn't been heard.

They will call you to submit your passport.
