1. But where is it written that you should bring 10% of your profit/salary every month in a calender month? 2. What about pensioners, do they pay tithe on their pensions also, mind you these pensions are removed before the salaries are paid, and therefore are not part of the salary? |

Ennyluv: Don't get me wrong pls, I never lied about my job or income bcoz I have no reason to. I have been working for more than 7years, though my salary when I applied for UK was just 50+ cos I was a junior officer then. So we never thought we would go our separate ways. Plz is there anything bad in traveling without spouse? |

1. ASSESS YOURSELF HONESTLY, IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR HUSBANDS FINANCES AND JOB STATUS, SHOULD YOU REALLY BE EMBARKING ON THIS TRIP? IF YOURS IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SUPPORT YOU. 2. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO AHEAD, FILL IN YOUR FORM HONESTLY AND ACCURATELY. 3. THE WESTERN NATIONS SHARE DATA, SO THEY WILL KNOW ABOUT YOUR REJECTIONS AND THE REASONS FOR IT. 4. DO NOT THINK YOU CAN HIDE IT, BE HONEST WHEN THE VO ASKS YOU. 5. Ennyluv: Good day all, plz I will like the guru in the house to put me through. I'm a married woman with a 12years old child but not for my husband, it was when I was still young. I have applied for UK twice in 2012 as married but refused that I didn't have enough, but of a truth I wasn't married then I only used my boyfriend's account details and also did my passport with his name which expired this year. I got married last year May to somebody else, I have done a change of name and renewed my passport to my hubby's name. Now I'm planning to apply for US tourist visa alone but someone was telling that it can only be granted if I apply with my husband. We would have love to apply together but he doesn't have a stable source of income since he lost his job early last year (he is just doing photography business) but I'm working with one of the federal secury agency and my salary is 120+k, I'm also into some online business. What I have in my account at present is just 1m+, more reason we decided I should just go since the money won't be enough for both of us. My question are these: 1, Do I have a chance if I should apply alone? 2, Do I really need to indicate that I ve applied for UK visa and been rejected before? 3, Do I really need to fill that I was married to another person before since I'm bearing my husband's name now and the passport is carrying his name? I will really appreciate ur kind response pls |

Lool. You were right, if you play Shiloh 2016 and 2017 messages, its the same, just with a different theme for the year. Better to go with a heart to meet with God on a personal basis, to avoid over-familiarity, his message is not different at all. oruma19: I rather stay at home. I am a member of LFC but right now I am home because I know I won't hear anything new than material achievements of the preacher and all that sow a seed stuff. If they remove all such requests and allow people have connection with God by personally commiting themselves to God and making genuine sacrifices the better. U cannot cajole one to make a sacrifice that's not from his heart and expect result. Hannah wasn't cajoled to promise God at Shiloh, these days they cajole us to pledge a "Shiloh sacrifice". Why would there be change in their lifestyles, are they being challenged about their sinful lifestyles in order for them to repent and live a holy life or are they not being solely told about "kingdom prosperity"? Everyone knows what they ought to teach, but for the sake of only God knows what, such messages are not preached. frankwyte: Wonderful preaching last night, what beat me is crowed listen to God's words but no effective change of lifestyle even in the life of some of these members. Illegal immigrants can enrol in schools, upon arrival in sanctuary cities regardless of their previous education, I am not saying she's an illegal immigrant boluwagin: She's still in school here in Nig, does that not qualify as STRONG TIES to guarantee applicant returning to her home country? Bullets flying everywhere! Well let me drop this nugget. 1. Why you want to travel to the US is important. - Going for vacation during the winter? 2. Where you want to go to, in the US is important. - An adult going to disney-land, all alone? 3. Your finances do matter. - Cost of the journey is not feasible with your income. 4. Punitive measures. - For example, your family has a record of going to the US and not coming back. |

You were asked how having studied A in school, you are now doing B, how did you learn how to do B...and you just reply you have a professional certificate in B, does that answer the question 2. Sorry, I am not an accountant but to be an accountant: - don't you need to have taken your ICAN and/or ACCA exams, which makes you a chartered accountant. - studied accounting in undergraduate school - and what is a PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE IN ACCOUNTING?! 3. He or she can reapply but explain how she learnt how to do B, having studied A in school. The answers you give to their questions also matter. But wait are you a VO Supervisor, to know that he or she acted on impulse ladylco: ....and he explained that he has a professional certificate in accounting!
Why didn't a VO wonder why someone who read Food and nutrition is working in the bank? Na food she wan dey serve for back?
I think the VO just acted on impulse.

But why is it only tithing you see in the old testament, what about Sabbath keeping, stoning of stubborn kids, killing of adulterous people and false prophets? archipelago: Those of you supporting Daddy Freeze that Christians should not pay tithe because to them tithe is not in the New Testament but in Old Testament. Is Daddy Freeze and his co travellers saying Old Testament is no longer part of the Bible. Is Daddy Freeze and his co travellers are only reading New Testaments and have nothing to do with the Old Testaments because the words in the Old are no longer God's words. Anyway the end is very near so many prophets are coming up with wrong interpretations of God's words just to suit their own heart desire. Do you know the greatest and best blessing you can ever have as a Christian, is YOUR SALVATION? When the disciples came rejoicing to Jesus that they had cast out demons, he told them not to rejoice at that but to be happy that their names are written in the BOOK OF LIFE. You were saved by grace not of works, lest any of you boast, just like you are boasting of being blessed because you think its because of tithe and not God's promise through Jesus Christ. All the blessings you run to the old testament to read and claim, are all packaged in Jesus Christ, enjoy your liberation from the law and rest in God's grace. Shekina. |

We have reduced God to a mafia don and not a loving father. The mafia don demands his monthly cut, after all he gives you freedom to run your business in peace and if you don't pay up, bad things a gonna happen, and if you pay on time, he is gonna recommend you to some new clients. Do we really believe that God is limited to what we give to Him? God would rather bless you, without any input from you, so that you will know he is the one that blesses you. But this tithe ish blows that out of the water, there is no one who pays tithe that will not say it is because of the tithe, that God blessed me. So who gets the glory, not God but you who pays the tithe. After all, God is responding to your monthly payment, so basically if you didn't pay, he wont bless. Don't be restricted to 10% be ultra-generous and don't ever think its because you give God 10%, that he blesses you. All blessings you enjoy are as a result of the new covenant in Jesus Christ, God blesses you completely, and that drives you to be so lavish in your giving, not feeling afraid that because you missed your tithe this month, that the devil will eat your blessings. Give but do so out of love, any other reason defeats the purpose of giving. Congrats on tithing, but how far have you gone, with the 10 commandments the necessity for holiness, without which no man shall see God? |

If you wish to do the right thing, apply for a US VISA AND FILL IN THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, in the space provided for letting them know you have lied, fill in the truth. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET A VISA, IT JUST AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW THAT YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LYING TO THEM AND WISH TO RESTORE YOUR CREDIBILITY. 5.
