AIT has deleted its Twitter online poll of PDP presidential aspirants as Peter Obi led the poll by 82%. The official Twitter handle of Africa Independent Television, @AIT_Online, created the online poll wherein it asked people to vote for whom they would love to win the PDP presidential ticket. The poll had four candidates: Atiku Abubakar, Nyesom Wike, Peter Obi, and Aminu Tambuwal. The poll had already received more than 27,000 votes by 10/05/2022, not up to 2 days after it was created, when it was suddenly deleted. But many Twitter users had already taken and posted screenshots of the poll before the deletion. The screenshots showed Peter Obi leading by a whooping margin of 82%; Atiku Abubakar came in a very distant second at 10%, while Nyesom Wike and Aminu Tambuwal brought in the rear at 5% and 3% respectively. @AIT_Online offered no explanation for deleting the poll. https://twitter.com/johncfc_/status/1524143274835030017?t=FAFPtp3Egqzc5nT8q3lDJg&s=19 Screenshots below.

The animation is quite commendable, especially for a Naija startup. I'd suggest better voice-overs though. Will look forward to the (planned) Aug 2022 Ajaka premiere. |

Peace. |
FunnyDude:I'm sorry for you, dude. Are you bitter? Jealous? Or offended that people have empathy for him? I'm just wondering, cos nothing warrants the careless way you have just described your fellow man. If i may paraphrase Wizkid, please carry your bad energy and go very far away. |
UyaiIncomparabl:Aswear. I honestly have no idea why he keeps getting played. Temperamental, poor judgement, and below par football skills. Dude doesn't deserve to be on this Arsenal team. |
UyaiIncomparabl:More is my misery. We should have won this. |
Man City is in excellent form, their lead at the top of the table is no joke. But Arsenal is currently no push-over, and coming in as the underdogs here they have nothing to lose. In the eternal words of Dr. Ishiro Serizawa, i say Let them fight! May the best team win. ...but secretly of course, I'm rooting for my Arsenal. Ramsdale catch every catchable while Smith Rowe and Martinelli do their thing #CYOG! |
Mynd44:Its good that you acknowledged that a danfo driver needs return your money first if he wishes to kick you off his bus. Now please kindly show where this passenger was first refunded before the poorly-trained pilot attempted kick him off. Yes, the pilot is the final authority on a plane. In saner climes, one gets a refund once a service is declined, but we all know how it goes in Naija. So, sorry sir, if you want me off your gaddam plane, fine but my money back first, thank you kindly. |
As far as I'm concerned, the only wrongdoing by the male prostitute was not disclosing his "credentials" to his client. The people assaulting him are actually commiting the real crime. |
More than 3 years later, this problem still persists. MTN Hyflexnet was down some hours in my area, so i activated Airtel. Na so I enter wahala, all because I clicked "Cancel" in the last section where they ask if you want auto renew or not. Some hours later, my usual Hyflexnet was back and i forgot about Airtel. It wasn't until the next day when i got a renewal alert i remembered. For the next 3 days, i get charged. It wasn't the money really - N100 won't break the bank - but the continuous charge with no visible method of stopping it. "STOP" to 140 didn't work. "STOPAUTORENEW" to 440 didn't work. Took me almost 3 days to finally find this solution - dial *141*[amount being charged]*1# Once you ok auto renewals, Airtel Nigeria deliberately makes it EXTREMELY difficult for you to opt out of it. Why not just add the opt out code in the same auto renew message (like every other data service provider does)? @lalasticlala Please push to FP for anybody else that this may help. |
Congrats on your savings. Use it wisely. But.... it's kinda sad to admit that boys and men will never learn. If this your madam was the one with this savings, do you imagine that she would ever tell you about it, let alone invite you when she's opening it? Well, it's none of my business. I wish you the best. |
chival:Chival dear, "he claimed he did" is not a proof of anything. Ask yourself this: why is there no single true picture of MJ showing him with the trademark discolored skin of vitiligo? Not even one. You forget that MJ's image change actually started with his hair - oga started with jerry-curling his hair with the Thriller album, then basically decided to go all in with his skin. Dude was black one day, then showed up a lil over a year later with skin color waaay toned-up, and about 3 years later looking like a white male. Only then did he start giving out the half-baked stories of vitiligo. It's really an insult to true victims of that skin condition. Look, MJ was a great artist - the fccking King of Pop, no contest - his music literally blessed crowds of people. But please let's just stop the vitiligo nonsense. He has passed on now anyway, so God rest his soul. |
chival:Chival, those pics are fake. Vitiligo is progressive; once a part of your skin gets discolored, it never goes back to the original skin color. The discolored patch just keeps growing and widening. Now notice how some parts of MJ's face that are discolored in the first pic are still normal pigmentation in the second pic (eg: parts of the chin), so let's assume this means the second pic is older than the first. But then you can also see some parts of the same face that are already discolored in the second (eg: under the right eye) are suddenly back to normal pigmentation in the first! Busted. |
mariahAngel:I don't. Not even one tiny little bit. As fast as i am concerned, people who require the approval of others to make their decisions don't count as "adults" in my book; they're just overgrown babies. |
@OP, Bro, the fact that you felt the need to ask if what your mother is doing is wrong indicates to me that deep down you already know that it is not right. No need for me to speak further. |
November24:I think you are a good, wise woman. ![]() But permit to give you this little advice: Pigs are happiest when they manage to drag you into the mud with them. Remember, you don't owe anybody any explanation, least of all a faceless stranger on the internet. |
@OP, I don't know the kind of "work" your folks have planned for you in Dubai, but my advice to anyone planning to travel out is to aim for jobs in healthcare/nursing or tech/IT. If you don't have any qualification/experience in those areas, then diligently find schools that offer courses in those two careers and enrol. Best countries to aim for are Canada and Australia; you almost guaranteed a job on completion, and your growth (and stay in the country) is assured. P.S: I just re-read your post again; Canada is loving agric-graduates right now. |
MufasaLion:Bros, you should know better than to be arguing with idiots. It's a waste of time. |
@OP, No, i don't think you are wrong. Kissing on the lips means something special to me, and if my wife starts kissing our baby like that, i would certainly request her to please stop it. I noticed that almost everyone (apart from @LilMissFavvy and a few others) seemed not have a problem with a mother kissing the baby on the mouth/lips. That's ok, everyone to their own i guess - but it is rather distasteful that y'all think the OP must be "having issues" or "delusional" because he thinks differently from you. People are different, and it is wrong to expect each person to act like you do. OP clearly has a problem with his wife kissing their child on the lips and the wisest idea would be to sit with his wife and work out a compromise. If one partner has pet-peeve, unless the other partner acknowledges this and works with him/her to make a compromise, it will always cause problems and quarrels. Just saying "abeg get used to it" is making a mockery of your spouse's problems and asking for friction in your home. |

Ayotemide:What i see, what you see... Irrelevant. You need me to "fault what you highlighted", did you even read my comment? Go back back and re-read the first sentences of both paragraphs. Then come back and answer the poser I gave you. I dare you. |
Amanee:Well, whadyaknow? Someone else also quoted the quote I was quoting. |
