Please Read General Shehu YarAdua’s book,'A Life of Service': It detailed how they (Shehu & Buhari) were in Class in Secondary School in Katsina, when Captain Jack Gowon (now Yakubu Gowon) came to their school to recruit them when they both were members of the Katsina Provincial Secondary School Cadet Corps in 1961. And they left school the next Monday to join the Army and were sent straight to Sandhurst a few months later, and were commissioned in 1962 (unlike now).

Ok, I finally snapped today after seeing one more comment starting with 'between'. If I don't address this issue now I might strangle myself next time I see one. 
The commentators have seen, I presume, a comment starting with 'btw' and assumed rather erroneously that it was a short form for the word 'between' and have gone ahead to use it in its long form never minding to query if the comment they saw made complete sense if 'btw' was replaced with 'between'.

The crux of the OP's discussion is what I highlighted in bold. He never said 'btw' cannot imply 'between'. He's only addressing the circumstances of use.

For example,
"Btw, hope you remember tomorrow is my bday" means "by the way, hope you remember..." and not "between, hope you remember..."

But, in a statement like "btw Abuja and Lagos cities, I prefer Abuja" , "btw" means "between" not "by the way".

I think the key thing is to speak the statement to yourself and ask if it makes sense before making it public.

Most people that die of HOCM have been declared fit in previous, recent health checks for example footballers that collapse on the pitch. Most of them have had perfect blood pressure all the while. An Echo could show people with HOCM, but it isn't usually requested when there is no indication for it.

Please visit a medical fitnes specialist before you engage yourself into any aerobics even. You'll do that if your health really means so much to you.

Jogging is good as one of the possible physical activities for BP control. Hypertensives are usuly advised to exercise for at least 30mins a day for 5 days a week. Jogging and brisk walking are good enough. It may be too much for someone with heart failure but highly recommended for hypertension.

The young man most likely had HOCM (Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy). It is one of the greatest causes of sudden collapse and death in previously fit and well, young persons especially sportsmen. Most of the footballers that collapse and die on the pitch had it.

There was increase in enjoyment due to promotion of consumption and free money.

Buhari APC govt 2015 to 2018.

Oil revenue $112billlion dollars.

Debt Increased by $10billion dollars ($63bn to $73bn)

Federal Reserves increased by $12billion dollars ($30bn in 2015 to about $42bn in 2018)

There is relative increase in hardship due to less free money, relatively less focus on consumption despite low revenue and some focus on capital expenditure.

The cry of hardship has not been looked into Objectively.

A drop of oil Revenue from $381bn to $112bn cannot be replaced with magic.

Actually PMB govt has done well with the level of hardship we have today. With the drop in oil revenue shown above, I expected the hardship to be much more than it is today.

One of the reason the hardship is not much relative to drop in revenue is because alot of the money from oil boom during Jonathan era were spent abroad buying houses in dubai, US, Canada etc. Hence the hardship is less compared to the drop in oil revenue because a good portion of the money was not in Nigeria economy.

A drop from $381bn to $112bn is a drop of around $269bn . With our current Fed Govt budget of around $30bn( 9trillion Naira), that drop is equivalent to about 9 years of federal govt Budget.

For those who like comparing with Obj govt.

The govt of IBB, Abacha and Abdusalam from 1990 to 1998 only earn $120bn dollar from oil

Obj/Yar adua from 1999 to 2009 earned $481bn due to higher oil production and increasing price. Nigeria just started deep water oil production during Obj. Hence increased volume of oil export. Currently many of those oil fields( Akpo, Usan, Agbami, Bonga) are producing about 70% or less of thier initial capacity. During Obj, most of the foreign sanction impose on Nigeria by US, UN and EU because of Abacha millitary govt were removed. Higher oil revenue and Sanction relief created the economic improvement under Obj.

And again Nigeria population has almost doubled. From 120million in 1999 to about 200million today with declining resources (oil).

Ngozi Nkonjo Iweala understood how Nigeria economy solely depend on oil price. That was why during Q3 2014 when oil price drop from 100 dollar to 70 dollars, she was already warning us to prepare for recession in 2015. She was already borrowing to pay salary in Q4 2014. During Buhari govt, oil price dropped as much as 28dollars per barrel at its worst though averaged 40 dollars with reduced oil production.

We need aggressive diversification of the economy.

When you compare how much dollar exchanged to Naira under Jonathan and how much it is under Buhari, you will realise Jonathan's government earned just a little more than Buhari in Naira. We spend our earnings in Naira not dollars. Salaries of workers and other recurrent expenditures haven't increased since the time of Jonathan as there is no minimum wage increase so far.
Also, you need to remember how much petrol sold under Jonathan. Do you know how much Buhari would have spent by now to keep petrol at ₦87 per litre? I tell you that petroleum subsidy under Jonathan's government was a major issue that massively depleted our savings. We know how much Buhari still spends on subsidy despite increasing petrol to ₦145 per litre.

Igbos respect other people and that's why they coexist with several people groups in all the nooks and crannies of Nigeria. In many communities where Igbos live, they are so vital to the economy of those areas that without them, those people will find it difficult to cope. There is no local government in Nigeria where you won't see tens or even hundreds of Igbos.
Talking about alliances, because Igbos lost out in 2015, we shouldn't forget they have had strong alliances with the north for several years under PDP. Let's not blow these alliances talk out of proportion. If PDP comes back into power (which is very possible), Igbos will become key drivers of the economy again, just that we haven't been privileged to be president or VP. It's not as if most Igbos care much about those positions anyway.

The last Igbo VP was Ekwueme and Buhari overthrew their government in 1983.
Senate President position was zoned to Igbos between 1999 to 2007, but because we couldn't get our acts right, it revolved between the 5 SE states that's why there were 5 Igbo Senate presidents. David Mark handled the position all alone for 8 years when it got to the NC.
Igbos constitute a whole geopolitical zone and are the third most populous tribe, just a little fewer than Yorubas. I am actually referring to the angle of the geopolitical zones when I mention Igbos, not just as one of the over 250 tribes in Nigeria.
If Yorubas or Hausas won't be happy to be neglected in Nigeria, they shouldn't feel itvs okay for Igbos to be neglected.
