Take out time to post this cars, make sure you have the actual prices of this cars... You can add as much as #250k on it... Bring down the negotiations to as low as making #50k if need be just so I can sell. Set your monthly target... I assure you, if you get I client in a month, u make around #100,000k once you start growing, you can get as much as 5-10 client from all over the country and that hits you over #1m for just helping others sell their cars, Note all you invested was your time, energy, phone and data... No big financial capital...
Do not restrict yourself to cars, go for industrial machines as well, caterpillars, mikano gens, any thing, then you look for those big companies that need them and try to call their attention to it or market it to them... You may not sell in 3 months but when you manage to get a client to buy just 1 caterpillars, my brother you will instantly forget that u suffered before...

It's exactly 5 months now since I birthed this business. Exactly November 14th I started a business passion in the BEAUTY market.

On this day my barbershop was birthed... But we have barely operated for upto a month with hitches here and there.

First it starts with the non availability of professional barbers to run the business, all the barbers are either not interested or cannot give it their 100% when they get the job.

Many are frustrated with the poor patronage which is expected of any business or according to an article I read, they are "jealous" of their employer (still trying to figure this out).

My barbershop gulped me a whooping N1m.

All efforts via advertisement and physical search have proved barren as no barber has the patience to work or they are either no longer interested in a skill they learnt (instead have decided to rock the high-way(Yahoo)).

Well all said and done I want persons to know this and learn a lesson off my experience. Never invest in a business you have no skill (training) about.

As the Rent still counts, I continue to be hopeful because I invested premium ideas and hopeful I will get a patient barber to run my business while I attend to other stuffs.
I have good contracts with provision for accomodation for my employees but it's still difficult to get one

Every human will definitely be furious on this issue. However, every problem can never be the same hence, they cannot have the same solution.

This is an issue that has to be handled maturely. Yes, she f-up but, can you just look inwards and see if you can pick something positive in it to make you forgive her.? I believe you should.

It's just a lesson learnt. Don't use it against her if you decide to forgive. Your maturity will make you see steps to take to ensure you don't fall victim of such again.

What I see is, she was ill/badly advised by her greedy father. The man knew the lady was doing very good and in order to keep his architect/builder/contractor job, he had no option that to twist the feeble mind of the young lady.

The man couldn't scold her daughter. He was the cause of the problem.

Brotherly, sit her down, tell her how you feel. Let her correct every step without coercion. Give her a free mind/hand to handle everything. Let her know, whatever she decides should be of her own interest because her happiness is what you desire.

Accept her apology. Call her Dad and also accept the apologies. This is will also give you rest of mind to focus on bigger things ahead.

Babe aborted our pregnancy after forcing me to accept it.

I was living well, I and my cousin rented and apartment in Abuja and were enjoying life of a single guy.
This particular lady was just an accidental encounter. She came to visit her friend who was my neighbour then. Well, one thing led to another, we became an item. She took in and I begged for days for her to abort, she refused. Told her friends who came and pleaded that we keep.

I couldn't keep her in the same house with my cousin, had to get a new apartment to give her privacy and my cousin space. We moved in and I was beginning to have the feelings of a "daddy". She traveled to Kaduna to visit her mom and from what I learnt, her mom convinced her to abort, that I had not done anything "for her head".

Babe aborted there in Kaduna, returned to me without saying a word. Started falling sick and I was spending money. Doctor finally told me we lost the pregnancy, she had ask the doctor to not reveal that it was an abortion.

I took her home, showed her love and took leave from work to take of my "sick" woman. I guess she was wrapped up with guilt and in her attempt for closure, she confessed to have done abortion.

I just acted cool. Told her I had to return to work, then I suggested she goes to her mom and spent some time to recover. Still gave her cash to take her. The moment she left, I sent her a text never to return. I told I would kill her if I ever see her. Changed my locks and all that. I was demoralised. I guess that formed part of my plans to leave Naija. I didn't see her till I travelled out. This was in 2017.
