Let me help you sir, that is why I said you should check Proverbs 28.13, to understand the bible in our natural mind is not possible, we need the Spirit of God in us before we can actually get meaning out of it. There is nothing in this word that God does not see or hear. When a sinner prays to God, God hears but God will not respect such prayer because Satan is the father of all sinners whether they know it or not. But when we pray to God for mercy or forgiveness, it means we no longer want to have Satan as our father, but we want God. That is when God will see the readiness to denounce the devil and come to him. He will then receive us and forgive our mistakes, errors, crimes and sins because He made us and does not want us to perish with Satan when it is time for judgement.

Of what use is his plan when we can make the choice of participating in his party or not?

I think there's no plan and everything happens randomly. If all this goes according to a certain plan, then the planner has to be the worst planner ever, and there's no assurance for people like you, that this confused planner has designed the best plan for you and your family.

1st God doesn't answer a sinner
2nd a sinner should pray and ask God for forgiveness and he'll be forgiven.

I need someone to explain this context

A sinner who has not repented of his sins but prays to God or any god is committing more abomination. But once a person acknowledges that he is a sinner and he repents or feel sorry for his sins, and then he prays to God for forgiveness and accepts Jesus Christ the son of God, as his Lord and Savior, God is very willing to hear such prayers and forgive the sinner. (Check Proverbs 28.13 in the Bible) God will forget all the sins of such person and make the person becomes child of God, but the person must consciously make effort not to go back into the sin, that is why it is important for new believers to look for a genuine church to attend so that he can be trained in the right way so that he wont fall back into his old way, because devil will be trying his best to make the person fall back into sin and deny Jesus. It is also very important for new believers to be studying the Bible everyday so that he can grow in faith.

There is no individual without a purpose to fulfill in this world, but the love of money has made a lot of people blind to discover their talents especially among the youths. They want to do something that will bring huge amount of money without much stress irrespective of consequence their actions may have on them later or on others so that they can live the kind of lifestyles of the so-called celebrities they see on TV. Many of the youths go to school only to graduate and become musicians/rappers, drawing their models from someone like Naira Marley or Baddoo etc. In worst cases, we have youths who have it at the back of their mind right from school that once they graduate, they are going into online scams and fraudulent activities on the internet (yahoo yahoo) in the name of entrepreneurship since they (people) said that job is scarce.
This current generation has totally lost confidence in anything technocrats and are stereotyped to the mentality of get rich or die trying. They are not even ready to see any purpose for themselves other than to make money, buy cars, live in beautiful houses, go to clubs, party, wear designers and spend lavishly. This is what most of them believe is the main purpose or fulfillment or achievement in life. Whereas, purpose of life is to live a worthy life that will glorify the Creator, impact on other people's lives positively, dispense all the resources/gifts/talents deposited in you by God or acquired through learning to make humanity better and go to the grave empty as an expended life that has left the world better than it met it.

Any government is as good as its people. It is from the entire people that few people emerge as government. Besides, it is the people that vote for the other people to lead them. In Nigeria, those in power give bribe to electoral officers to manipulate results, and also give token in cash or foodstuff to people to vote them, and the people that give bribe to get to power cannot be better than the people that receive bribe to put them in power. So govt believes that they have paid their dues and when they get to power they feel they are not accountable to anybody again. It is only in rare cases in Nigeria that you have honest people getting to power and leading uprightly without embezzling or diverting public fund.
in Nigeria, politicians are thieves that emerge from the total number of thieves in the country. An average Nigerian would tell you when he gets to power he would enrich himself, is that not a vicious circle?
