EdCure:
The poster you're arguing with is right in his assertions.

With so much savagery, hostility, unprovoked violence, barbarism and extreme, atavistic bigotry perpetrated by northerners, it is so hard for anyone to believe that the core north is inhabited by fully evolved humans.

I have lived in Kano, Katsina, Zaria and Kaita in my adult life and their savagery and antagonistic behaviour to anyone and anything unislamic has not been able to prove me wrong for believing such stereotype before going to the north.

The South is a hundred years ahead of the North in all indices and it will remain so. The lag is most likely to widen with the myriad of problems that have currently bedeviled the north-no matter the efforts of mediocre bureaucrats in trying to even things up through the fraudulent quotasystem and other nepotistic measures.

And, the pics with which you've spammed this thread is of little relevance. I'm sure you'll find better pictures even from Somalia and Afghanistan.
The thread is about perception on social life/civilization and livability in the north.
grin

So let's get this straight, you believe the pics posted by the earlier poster is of little relevance and should probably be ignored but the WORDS being typed by your fingers hold more water and should be taken seriously because you are who again? undecided

If so, then I guess it's because you can't stand all the "harams" going on. And since it's the south, you can't behead.

@ DecemberIV, seems your photos have driven the bigots out of the thread. That isn't what they want to see. They want to hold on to their skewed and bias perception of the north fed down their throats by their media. It probably helps them sleep better at night grin

We will just have to keep doing our bid by telling the world what the true north really is. Some objective mind out there might appreciate it.

Good job BTW

Hahaha. See twisting o.
So the enjoyment in the south is cos of the Muslim and northerners.

Cmon we all know the south is heaven to you lots.

At least there is no fear of getting beheaded because of one fake prophet.

PS I didn't mention any prophets name, but if you feel your prophet is fake, you're welcome.
south is heaven to northerners? Then you definitely don't know anything about northerners or you are suffering from grandiose delusion.
I presently live in one of the southern cities and I'm hoping that my transfer application to the north goes through. Can't really wait to leave.

AF Cameroon Ligue 1 2016/2017 France
Cameroon in disarray after 7 stars pull out of AFCON

by Samm Audu

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon are in total disarray ahead of next year’s AFCON in Gabon after as many as seven players on their 35-man provisional squad including Premier League stars Joel Matip and Allan Nyom opted out.

Cameroon coach Hugo Bros raised alarm over the availability of the country’s top stars for Gabon 2017.

Liverpool defender Matip, Nyom from West Bromwich Albion, Ajax Amsterdam goalkeeper Andre Onana, Guy Roland Ndy Assembe of Nancy and Andre Zambo Anguissa from Olympique Marseille have withdrawn from the four-time African champions squad to Gabon 2017.

Others who have opted out are Maxime Poundje of Bordeaux and Ibrahim Amadou from Lille.

Matip has insisted on continuing his self-imposed exile from international football after his bad experience with the previous Indomitable Lions coaches, while Onana, Assembe, Nyom have put club before country so as to maintain first-team places at their various clubs.

Poundje has opted to try his luck with France instead of Cameroon.
However, Cameroon could still get these top stars to feature at the AFCON should they report them to world football governing body FIFA.

For the 2017 AFCON, Cameroon are drawn in Group A alongside hosts Gabon, Burkina Faso and debutants Guinea Bissau.

They are also pitched against Nigeria, Zambia and Algeria in the qualifying tournament for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The Indomitable Lions are second in the group with two points from as many matches, four points behind leaders Nigeria and both teams clash in a double-header from August 2017.

AFCON should happen every other four years. As it is now the competition is losing its prestige and in all honesty is seen as a burden by most African footballers and their European clubs.

On the contrary, you should go and get yourself an education before you start dropping disjointed conspiracy theories online. As for what the north wants oil for, that is a commonsensical issue; what does the South South need 13% derivation or resource control for?.... what does your dad need his salary for?... and finally, what does a country in recession need more revenue for?... These are fairly commonsensical questions.

Clever. In your bit to do "art" you subtly try to provoke the next man. Brilliant. While at it just know you won't be so lucky if you try that with the other man's faith.
