AreaFada2: There is something you forgot.
The little matter of money. The current economic situation makes it worse.
The only issue is that she died. But this is VERY common thing these days. Even more in lower economic status situations. Just 10k can make a struggling woman stoop so low. Sad really.
A considerable number of married ladies are doing it: with their boss, co-worker, the rich/generous guy in the neighbourhood, etc.
To imagine that this lady probably voted chanji, only to face more hardship..
RIP to her & strength to her family to shake off that humiliation. when some of us try to avoid the politics section because of this sort of rubbish senseless talks, you then follow us to other sections. So you are implying there wasn't adultery during gej eh? You moroooons just wanna drive sane people out of this site. |

Politics › Re: Why Can't Nigeria And Other African Countries Be Fine Like South Africa? by KevinDein: 10:09am On Jul 19, 2016 |
Rossikki: True. Some Nigerians point to the railway system left by the colonialists as 'evidence' that they tried to develop the country. Meanwhile, the network was a simple north to south line built to evacuate resources from the north to the southern Atlantic coastal ports for onward shipment overseas. By contrast, Nigeria is building a proper rail system today that connects and integrates the various regions of the country. Thanks for the education |

Alcatraz001: The igbos should not be derided, they have been pushed to the wall hence the vices attributed to them. This country needs restructuring so all groups can find their mojo and move on to greatness.
The enemies of a better and workable union are up north, lets face them. excellent point. The northerners are responsible for igbos criminal ways. And here I am thinking I've heard it all. Is one thing to be a criminal, it is another thing entirely to blame someone else for your criminal ways. You igbos have sank so low. *spits* |

I want another coup? WTF are you even talking about? I'm fuuucckkking comfortable in my own skin. I was just setting the record straight. Igbos have a nag for playing the victim but history clearly show they were the first to draw blood. They are not as innocent or the victims they love to portray. As a matter of fact they are the real villains in this movie called Nigeria. They should just swallow whatever ill that comes their way |

So many things are going wrong all over the place and when some of us who genuinely care speak out we are told mind our businesses. When pushed back to wall, they go to the same aunt or uncle, whom they initial told to mind their business, for help.
My point; it sometimes pays to listen to advice here and there as no one knows it all. this whole "mind your business " thing is overused. |

TheNewIbadan: Fine reach Abeokuta? Una wish. Compare am to Onitsha abeg. Yoruba man who never travels. Jos trumps all your smelly South Western towns by a mile. Anyone who has lived in the South west and jos can never chose the former over the latter. But just keep telling yourself what you want to believe |

InvertedHammer: / There is nothing special about Jos.
The so-called "Millionaires' Quarters" is just "one eyed among the blind" establishment.
The weather is very cold around Christmas. The hills have beautiful lowers.
Every other thing looks like a typical Northern city.
The city is stagnant. \ still more livable than whatever town it is you hail from in Nigeria. Won't swap it with any town in Nigeria |
Travel › Re: All About JOS The Sweet And Non Expensive Nigerian City! (exclusive Photos) by KevinDein: 10:09am On Jul 16, 2016 |
I have to be insane to choose any southern city over jos. In fact shoot me if I do that. Southerners just have a way of hyping their cities but most towns there are over crowded and smelly. Lagos is unlivable these days. Everything bad about a city is found in lagos. They usually talk about security issues as if the South is any more secured. Ritual killing, kidnapping, cult killing, armed robbery etc are all very rampant in Southern Nigeria. I will choose jos, Kaduna, Kano, abj, etc over any southern city. Yeah, I have been to most Nigerian cities so I know what I am saying. |

Impressive list. However, their descendants, the IPOBs, the Wailers, are easily some of the dumbest and dullest individuals around considering the utter dumb posts they keep churning out on nairaland on a daily basis. Oh, yeah, the jamb and waec stats might say otherwise, but those only proof that education in the SE these days is more of quantity than quality. Trust me Igbos most of your posts these days on nairaland are vomit-inducing. |

baby124: Look, no man can mistreat me and my children and even find my address when he is desperate ok? Her mother even tried giving him shelter. So after he must have abandoned them for ashawo and the mother did anything to raise her kids, she should now accept the cursed being into her life to keep eating her food and living from her sweat so he can resume carrying ashawo. Such things can never even happen in my home because my husband after messing up knows he cannot come back to tell me any story.
Don't change your ways, continue... The one wey go meet you for front de wait you? Small mistake you say? You call abandoning your family for another woman a small mistake Why did he go back to who he treated badly? Are his girlfriends all dead?
Some of you talk of conscience but do things to other's you cannot take. This man is reaping the fruits of his wickedness and you are talking to me about someone's conscience being dead? Is it not your conscience that is dead? For you to call such a big issue a mistake? Women should fear you! Leave your name, date of birth, photo and address so women can run from you!
E no go beta for the man we go do me or my daughters this kind thing. Thunder, lightening, brimstone! Sangoooo!!! Baby124, trust me I didn't read this shiiiiit. The first line simply showed you were just gonna try and justify treating one's father with disdain since he erred at some point in his life. I will be wasting my time reading cos I ain't buying. Sorry |

Valprof: jezzebel understatement of the century. According to Baby124, treating one's father like trash, is a small thing simply because he erred at some point in his life. Nothing surprises me on nairaland anymore. Any kind of evil, no matter how grave, will have one or two posters trying to justify or rationalize it. I now understand that some people's conscience is dead. Those are the kind of people one needs to stay as far away as possible from. |

baby124: Oh, that small thing and you want to rub. It shows you have the mentality of the father. I am sure if your father probably did what that girl's father did to your mother, you will use drop kick to do good morning for him everyday. Some men are wicked ooo. They spend their money on ashawo and leave their wife and kids to suffer. Then when kasala burst, they will return to that wife and refuse to leave her house. Turn themselves to burden on her neck. When they did not contribute a pin. Some of them even bankrupted their wives to give money to ashawo. The girl in this story is the winner of you leave her. They also need to chase that man away from their house as he is spoiling their image. lol, I see you from afar. Lmao @ "The girl is the winner if he leaves her" Well in that case I don't mind being the loser if I'm the guy. Yeah, I'll leave the unforgiving, daddy hating "winner" for some "lucky" dude as I obviously don't deserve this amazing "luck" . No time I'm still gonna ruuuuuunnnnnn |

Is your 3rd world country Nigeria which is economically sliding into the abyss faster than a race car going to become a 1st world country should they marry? Why can't you live and let live? You are sitting behind your screen trying to burst an artery all because of a stranger's marital status. Marriage is a CHOICE. It is not Rita Dominic's fault that you chose to marry an abusive man that has kept you in a face-me-I-face-you poorly ventilated room. People who are truly happy and fulfilled with their lives don't obsess about other people's marital status. Its the miserable one who are married to abusive husbands/spouses and chronic cheats that are constantly bitter when they see single women. Get off Nairaland and do something productive with your life. Rita and Kate don't know you exist.
Women! Always their own worst enemy. you have a problem with a poster but you just had to use that as an opportunity to insult Nigeria/Nigerians; yet you have the audacity to call someone else hater. First class hypocrisy Hater hating on another hater |

southpole: If you are given a man who has been killed and butchered can you easily raise him to life? that is what GEJ and past leaders did to the economy you are yelling about before they handed it over to buhari, for you to say Buhari is solely responsible for this I think you are wrong, Nigerians as a nation we are all responsible and for any body to think is only one man that can rescue the situation is also wrong. all of us irrespective of where we are coming from must do something to revive the economy. It is very unfortunate we found ourselves in this situation, those of us who are Christians know the story of Joseph in Egypt when he advised Pharaoh to start saving in the 7 years of plenty harvest. There was a time when the crude oil was selling at about $150 per barrel we did not save but squandered everything including the foreign reserve. Today Saudi Arabia an oil exporting country like Nigeria has over $850 billion from crude oil savings and other sources, is just like any employee who will not border to save but blame his employer. leaders that wouldnt mind to share money meant for the purchase of weapons to fight a voracious enemy wouldnt mind to do anything to destroy the economy.some nave arqued that passt Leaders should not be blame but I dont know how you can treat a disease without talking about the course. most people blaming Buhari are just being mischievous. Anyone with little intelligence would have appreciated how the previous governments have completely messed up the country. Unfortunately for Buhari he came at the worst possible time |
Family › Re: People Exchange Kids, Clothes For Food To Survive Hard Times by KevinDein: 4:11pm On Jul 02, 2016 |
There is suffering in the land but it is sheer mischief and/or low intelligence for anyone to rest the blame solely on Buhari. I have no strength to write long posts. BTW, I dare say we would have been worse off with GEJ. |
