No it doesn't work that way. You can not just multiply ... Everything depends on a consolidated salary scheme as proposed by the govt agency. That is why a level 8 can earn 120k in govt agency A while another level 8 can earn as low as 50k in agency B but are both recognised as Level 8 officers in the civil service.

Point 2: Not everyone celebrates christmas and gives a f*ck about the character christmas was about. Everyone is more concerned about the end of year bonus, 13th month, hamper gifts, end of year parties, free days to spend with familiy away from work e.t.c
that comes with the Holiday.

Point 3: Santa is rapidly becoming the face of Christmas and not some white baby in a manger. Santa can be easily commercialised and accepted by most religions. Check around, go to parks the theme is 90% about Santa and his reindeers.And No, they are not wasting their time,they are making huge sales from Santa theme.

Don't twist my stance on the issue! Read, re-read and then digest the two paragraphs very well before you conclude about my opinion.

Most times just being positive kick-starts/fires the brain to send the right signals to the immune system that will start the healing process of a sick person. That is why placebos work most time on people.

Prayers can be categorised as a form of placebo too. There's nothing supernatural about it. It just builds up a certain degree of positivity, what religious people call faith/hope, and possibly increases the chance of a healing process from 30% to 50%. With just the right amount of immunity the person might get healed or not as the case may be.
