seunmsg:The thing tire me. I don't know what is difficult here to understand that these people keep on mentioning basic salary. It is BOLDLY written in the circular that the addition is to the consolidated salary. |
It is written in plain and clear terms that the addition will be an increment to your consolidated salary. i.e CONPSS, CONMESS, CONRAISS e.t.c What is consolidated salary (in Nigeria)? It is your basic salary + other allowances (meal, transport, hazard e.t.c) compressed into one. I hope this clears the air https://www.google.com/amp/s/guardian.ng/news/relief-as-fg-labour-seal-pact-on-minimum-wage/amp Read the link above and get informed. |
Oluwabusobomi:Una don come again with misinformation. The increment in on the consolidated salary structure not basic salary. CONTISS, COMESSS, CONRISE e.t.c https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.premiumtimesng.com/news/358222-just-in-minimum-wage-fg-labour-reach-agreement.html/amp/ Read and stop spreading misinformation |

oluemmakay:With this administration, expect the unexpected especially when it comes to negative news. |
rePub:No, it's not. I was also scammed by this DsTV with their upgrade scam. I just don't have any to be dragging Dstv up and down on social media. @OP those Twitter handles will not respond to your queries as long as it is not in their favour |
For those asking how the ranking was calculated, they should check the link below:" https://www.clubworldranking.com/how-are-the-football-world-rankings-calculated

longitudemedia:There are also some risks for conceiving early (the fourth month) and carrying the child to term. The couple is in a huge dilemma as it stands! I don't envy them! |
AntiBrutus:Aunty, take your feminist issue elsewhere. Everything with una is always fight against men. LAM's rule and effectiveness is a research that was borne out of years of study and peer-reviewed by reputable organizations like WHO (World Health Organisation). Take your anti-male frustration to World Health Organisation! Rajman45:First of all, thanks for this. Rajman45:Like I have said before in my previous posts, they probably didn't follow the rules to the letter and failed. It's quoted below: 1. Your baby is less than six months oldIt looks quite easy but very hard to follow, not with hubby breathing on their neck for sex barely two weeks after giving birth, the irregularity of the menstrual cycle after giving birth and the ability to breastfeed on cue especially at night when the nursing mother needs to rest. Just one day of not breastfeeding the baby is enough to render LAM useless. LAM rules states that a woman who is separated from her baby for more than six hours regularly should not expect LAM to be effective. How many present-day women can achieve with the stress of having to return to work as early as two to three months. I won't blame the women that much. It's not that easy on the women at all. Rajman45:Well, there was nowhere in any of my posts I stated LAM to be 100%. Its effectiveness reduces till the sixth month when it becomes useless. It's quite obvious why LAM will no longer be effective by the six month as the baby keeps growing and can no longer be sustained on breastmilk alone, this means less sucking and ovulation will therefore no longer be suppressed. |
FloraEC:I am talking out of experience. One of the rules of following with LAM is if your period has not returned which you have mentioned. Trust me people don't follow it bumper to bumper that's why they always fail. It's quite hard to feed a baby on cue which is one of the rules of LAM to be effective. I know many women are quick to substitute breastmilk for other alternatives right from month one, due to the stress of feeding the baby almost every hour at night. If you miss breastfeeding your child for just one day, and you say you want to do LAM then you are deceiving yourself. On a lighter note, I have seen a woman feeding her baby Peak milk right from month one (not even Peak 1-2-3) due to ignorance. Child is about 4 years now and obese. ![]() |
AntiBrutus:Says who? You? I will take stats from reputable source and my personal experience more serious than your assertions. LAM is quite effective for the first 5 to 6 months and there are certain rules that be followed as quoted below 1. Your baby is less than six months oldIf I take a sample of 50 Nigerians from the so called many that claimed to have done this and have failed, you will see that none of them kept to the rules. Is it not the same Nigerian Nursing women I see on Nairaland giving suggestions to others to give 1 to 3 weeks old babies unripe paw paw water to treat jaundice. Abeg talk another thing Jare! |
Adebowhales:I am quite sure, you and your wife did not practice exclusive breastfeeding as that is a form of contraceptive for nursing mother. It's called LAM and 98% effective. Secondly, abortion is the least of your problem as your wife is barely 4 months before taking in. She has hardly healed. IF YOU PLAN TO KEEP THE CHILD YOUR WIFE NEEDS TO BE MONITORED CLOSELY as this pregnancy is not like the first and could cause her her life. Hopefully this will never happen. You need to consult with real life. Doctors instead not online doctors on Nairaland. Finally, there's a saying among married people, if you never born by mistake you never close the chapter of child birth. if you were planning on having two kids, just lock up and take this pregnancy to be the last one and not abort it. School fees no be joke ooo! Think every thing true before taking your decision. |
Realhommie:Thanks for this because all of a sudden some people want to make it look like he had a bad career just because he quit. Realhommie:I don't see anything bad in quiting for only club career when the ovation is loudest. It's called being smart. He has had a good time at super eagles, I think posterity will judge him kindly on that. We all know Nigerian/African footballers' age and their real age don't tally, as some are already in their late thirties but will be claiming mid-twenties. So let's not even go there. |
Fragility6:Someone says he wants to quit International football and focus on his club career because he's no longer sure he might be a first team favorite and you still want to force him and call it a bad thing? Is his absence not a blessing to us as we discovered fresher legs? What I have problem with is you downplaying his hey days as a Super Eagles player and him now having a bad time in his career which are all false? |
Fragility6:Bros Victor Moses had a good career and a good time playing for both Nigeria and Chelsea. Let's not down play these please. It's time for him to take a leave as younger players are a available. Left to people like you, you would want Kanu and JJ Okocha to still be playing for super eagles at their age. As for Tammy Abraham, Nigerians should give the young man a break and wish him well. Many are already praying he has a bad international outing and saying he will regret! Na wetin na! Just be happy for the young man whether he plays for Nigeria or not. |
OP, your parents already told you that the church you pay tithe to isn't using it judiciously. Instruments are not being bought, the surrounding is not taken care off, the poor and needy in the church are being neglected. If these are not big clues that the Head Pastor or those in charge of financial transactions in that church are embezzling the money, I don't know what else the clue will be again. It's quite apparent that you will feel super happy and satisfied if that money/tithe goes to take care of the needy in your church. It's easy to see where your heart is from your posts here. Don't fight it, do what makes you happy! Don't let anyone confuse you or GUILT you into not helping those poor people, if that's what will make you happy. |
Awon blogger blogger don come again. How do we confirm that that is a Royal Air Maroc aircraft? How does snapping an opened compartment with no sign of forced entry proof that it was attacked? Just a picture and two to three lines of text added to it and some people are already believing this incomplete story! |
Isoduwa:You still ran to the Bush for safety! In other words, the walls |
Wall that could not keep off the British from invading Benin Kingdom in 1897, abeg talk another story! https://afrolegends.com/2012/08/16/benin-city-the-majestic-city-the-british-burnt-to-the-ground/ |

princemillla:They are chanting Talon! Demissione! Demissione is french word for resign! |
myjourneysofar:Hi, please could you recommend the guy and/or the platform you outsource the writing and formatting of your manuscript to?. I registered on KDP since 2016 but have never bothered to write a single book since I'm not a good writer. I'm involved in other online stuff though. Thanks in advance. |
Throne001:It's not better to be self-employed if the people that will be patronizing your products and services do not have the financial power to do so. You would be fooling yourself if you think the minimum wage issue does not affect you because you are self-employed. You people will just be shouting self-employed and entrepreneurship as if the last 20 businesses of people I know that closed down due to hostile business environment did not belong to self-employed people. I don't want to even go into how a government policy can ruin or cripple your business once implemented. |
Acidosis:I swear, the thing irks me a lot. They keep on screaming 240 million votes multiplied by N30, when the majority of those votes are online free votes. An individual with 10 SIM cards can make 1000 votes within 15 minutes without sweating! I wonder why Freeze thinks it's hard for one person to vote a thousand times, when one person with 50 SIMs can do vote 5000 times in one week. I even doubt if voting is the major source of profit for BBN and DStv. There are sponsors, adverts, DStv monthly subscriptions e.t.c these are more than enough to bring in profits for BBN. |
Thanks. I finally got my TIN and yes, I'm a taxpayer. Very helpful post. |
J111333:That term "Simple Life" no longer exists in Nigeria. PHCN monthly bill alone will zap out a third of the 30k. What you term simple life is actually surviving to exist! |
MadeInTokyo: GloShare: Maxcollins042: engrkaz: DonMarkuzi: YorubaNinja:It's 2019. Get over it already. Everyone knows . Top grossing movies like Avatar and Avengers (Endgame and Infinity Wars) are also SCRIPTED and fake, thanks to CGI. Yet people paid money to go and see them at the cinemas. No one cares, fans of such just want to enjoy themselves. Emphasis on fans just want to enjoy themselves. It's not about you but the fans. |
DesChyko:Same here. |
DesChyko:That's basically MI stealing punchline na? Meanwhile, I wonder why some people are saying VECTOR sounds like Jay-Z when basically that's how his voice sounds when he's speaking. Even when he speaks Yoruba he sounds that way Why would anyone want to sound like Jay-Z when speaking Yoruba? ![]() |
Leo588:I doubt if you understand what freestyle is. Not many rappers can freestyle.. The vast majority of them just regurgitate punchlines from pre-written bars or songs and/or rap straight from their mobile phones. Go listen to Snoop Dogg and Jamie Foxx on DJ Sway's The Wake Up Show to truly understand what freestyle is. I laughed in the last part of the article posted by OP where M.I said the last Hennessy cypher with Boogey and co was trash. Bros, go and look for this track Ridiculous , it has Boogey and M.I and one other guy on the track. Listen to it unbiasedly and tell me if M.I was better than Boogey in that track. |
Smartlife:I didn't. I used this 0105333165. The last digit looked like 5 and not 3 if you don't zoom in. The stamp creates an illusion of 5 as the last digit if you don't zoom in. I guess that's why most are getting account not existing. |
