im afraid i have been misunderstood. i dindt say clubbing is solely about getting hitched. i said socializin in the form of meeting people is one of the main reasons people go to clubs and as a married person if this is your motive for going to a club then u r in the wrong. i did say if you are going purely to enjoy the atmosphere(which i do) then there is nothing wrong with this and i dont see any reason why you cant go with your partner. having a girls night out is okay but is a club the only place you would want to visit? i mean you might not really have any negative intentions but by the time the music takes over your body you become someone else o , i can testify . you might think u r mentally and emotionally strong but wearin a teflon vest does not mean you would still want to expose yourself to gunfire.

Pigmentation by itself doesn't tell me much. It may be benign, or it may indicate some other medical condition.

The common infections don't normally present as pigmentations. Do you have any other health concerns? Are you currently on any medication? When was the last time you had a general check up?

Depending on your age, a general physical checkup may help to reveal any other abnormalities, and if there is none, then the pigmentation may be nothing to worry about.

depends on a lot of things. why do people go to clubs? and i presume we are not talkin about jazz clubs or any thing like that we are talking about correct do me i do you night clubs abi? why do people go to night clubs? its either to socialize or too get laid or dance to cool music. now as a married man/woman if ur going to a nightclub to get laid you have already fallen foul of the law, i you are going to socialize then u r in the process of running foul of the law. everyone knows that club socializin is done with one purpose and one aim which is to get hitched. finally if u r just going to enjoy cool music i see no reason why you cannot go with your husband/ wife.

shittu is tough no nonsense defender and while he might lack some level of control, he is still a great player. defenders can be expected to start the attack with a pass only in certain situations when the other players (teammates and opponents alike) are further up field or The midfielders are not available. a typical situation where your defenders could be expected to take the lead is from a goal kick or offside, as all the other players push back up field in anticipation of a long kick, the defenders open up into space. the goal keeper then has the option of kicking it long or passing it wide to one of the defenders. now if you watch nigeria very closely, whenever we have a dead ball situation deep in our own half enyeama will just hump the ball upfield. the fact is the most basic rule of defending is safety first and if you use nemanja vidic for example you will observe that he concedes a lot of throw ins. he doesnt necessarily lump the ball upfield but he passes it out or just generally plays first for safety. the only reason why shittu appears to lump the ball every other second is because nigeria are always under pressure! the porous play from our midfield means that people like shittu have to step in and do what they can. shittu also clears the ball with exceptional force which might be part of the reason people think thats all he does. in any case a defensive partnershipmust haveone rough guy like shittu/apam and one calm guy like yobo/adeleye. vidc-ferdinand, terry-carvalho, pique-puyol, samuels-lucio etc

as far as i'm concerned carrick, berbatov and anderson should all be used in swap deals. anderson fordi maria does not sound bad, carrick for modric and berbatov for someone like scheinstiger who is ready to leave bayern or another strker. i heardd we've put in a 15 mil bid for rodwell though
