Atheist, freethinkers, agnostic etc...... Don't believe in God but you were a freethinker. And I'm not even sure you've totally left that stage.

They've suspended the plan to do that. Enjoy your enjoy your bountiful data
Pls is this for real? Did the NCC or network providers publish any report of suspension? I'm asking because I only know the senate is the one that suspended the action but we are in a country where the executive does not obey other arm of government. I tell you from the look of things the increment will continue. Even the network providers don't even believe the senate have the powers to stop such acts

The reason for your doubts is not far fetched. You're an atheist and arguements with people like you dont end in a hurry.
First this thread is not about which religion I belong to. If you had asked I would have told you.

You know what I think? I think you have not seen a witch before, you don't even know if they exist. You probably believe they exist because the bible says so and some people you trust also believe in it. In your own interest and your generation, I beg you, do a research on these witchcraft and you will find out its all crap and lies. I'm from Edo state, Benin city, Uhunwonde LGA, Ehor village. This place is one of the least developed place in Edo state and there is the belief in witchcraft and all sort of crap gods. Infact my dad even worshiped one of those gods. Benin city is believed to be the center of witchcraft and I've heard many people say there is no ordinary person from Ehor that they are all witch, so you can imagine if someone like me today is telling you these things are fairy tales.

In the year 2000 or 2001 (I'm not so sure now) around december period, I was among the crowd that burnt a very bony lady in ring road that confessed being a witch. I also watched the "Evbuotubu wonders" on television. If you ask any benin man above 35years he will surely explain that to you. The situation were all similar, the people willingly confessed being a witch.

Now back to my village, its possible to pay and become a witch. They will give you a concoction and you drink and according to them you become a witch. But I can confirm that that concotion had killed someone I know. Another person that drank it was later admitted in UBTH. Bro these things are lies. I'm not a kid. This challenge I'm giving you now, I also gave it to most of my relative to provide. But we are still where we started.

you just contradicted yourself by denying believing the moses and elijah case which you cited and so you mean people just gathered there to listen to the man's confession without witnessing him when he crash landed?
With due respect, are you a kid? You said your Dad interviewed the man and the question I asked is " did your father witness the transformation?" What's the digression all about? You claim this is not "dem say" but you cannot prove that its not "dem say".

I still maintain my earlier statement that "if you know of any REAL witch, send me a PM , I will like to meet the person". No JOKE.

if witnessing an incident is the only basis for its belief, tell me you witnessed the moses and elijah story.
Who told you I believe the Elijah story, but that's not the issue now, the point I'm letting you know is that they claim that people saw these things. In your own story, nobody saw anything except the words of a man who might be crazy or mentally challenged. If you claim something exist, at least someone somewhere should have seen it.

my dad who was a reporter before retirement once covered an incident which occurred in owerri of a young man who transformed to a vulture, flew all the way from jalingo and crash at a Catholic parish and then turned to a human being. My pops interviewed this young man one on one who confessed to have taken off from their coven in jalingo to an assignment but got thirsty and tired on his long flight from jalingo resulting to his fall. This is not dem say, na my papa cover this incident
Please read what you wrote again and tell me this is not dem say. Your Dad interviewed the man, not you.... So you didn't see it.... The man told your dad that.... Which means your Dad himself didn't see it. Please dude... contact me when you have a good story. I've followed many of these sort of stories before and believe me they were bullshit. What did your dad do to find out if the guy was telling a lie or saying the truth or probably if the guy had mental problem. Its not enough for someone to tell you he flew here or he changed to this and that. I'm saying let us see it happen. In the holy bible, Moses changed a rod to a snake and pharaohs magician did likewise. Elijah commanded fire to come down from th sky. These didn't happen in the secret. It was obvious for everyone to see and it wasn't also difficult for the actors to perform

I don't know why we can't embark on Natiowide strike because of this madness.
We do not need to strike. This data increase affects the youth more and most of the youths are in tertiary institutions. If the various SUG's an NANS has not been compromised, this is enough reason to shut down highways all over Nigeria by various Nigeria tertiary institution, demanding a reversal of the price and the sack of whoever is responsible.
Of course you will never hear them do this.

Since you were born in this life, have you seen anybody transform to insects or an animal right in your presence? I'm not talking about "someone told me" here, I'm saying you seeing it with your two physical eyes. In the event that your answer is in the affirmative, I would also like to see it too. How did you arrived at this conclusion? Prove that they don't exist.

Why must everything in this country be like this. Don't I have the right to travel and more because we are conducting election. Where is it written in the Constitution that movement must be restricted any time we are conducting election.

I believe u went to school.
Personally I believe in speaking up at the right time when it matters most. I am not a lawyer so if you were expecting me to start explaining the constitution to you, you might be disappointed. How many elections have you witnessed in Nigeria? If you had been in this country, you would have heard INEC say it repeatedly before any election that movement is usually restricted / limited during elections and that the security operatives would be available to enforce that law. Since you are a lawyer and you know this is an anomaly, the necessary thing to do would have been to take the INEC to court before the election commences. Who knows, maybe you wouldn't have had this experience. But you had to wait till the law affects you negatively before remembering this is an anomaly. Smh.

And for your last sentence. I didn't go to school. I was busy selling akara while my mates went to school

education is very important. you should know this
Pls spare me this. From what we read here https://www.thecable.ng/fg-ASUU-demanding-n284bn-nobody-will-pay-recession
you can see the main issue is here
"He added that the demand for the payment of
earned allowances was the only issue that had
not been resolved."

Everything in ASUU struggle is allowance. No one is saying they don't deserve it but when a struggle is becoming unreasonable they should be told. Now let me ask you a question. Would you school in sambisa forest today if you heard a nice school with up to date equipment is located there? The moral here is that without security no one will be talking about education and the men who are suppose to give this security are they comfortable? Yet I've never heard them going on strike.
TravelRe: Wickedness: Express Way Blocked By Security Officers Because Of Ondo Election. by khadaffi(m): 1:17pm On Nov 26, 2016
Its not everything one complains about. If you are in Nigeria you will know there is usually no movement during election and this is the reason why security operatives are stationed around. How you expected to pass through a state conducting election is surprising. If you have been doing it before then it probably was a mistake on the part of the security operatives. There is an election in the state, YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!

Forget about those fine tuned rubbish they bring to the media. There is usually something more to what we read in the papers about ASUU. The struggle is usually about more money to the members.
PoliticsRe: Why FG Must Grant Assu Its Demands by khadaffi(m): 10:04pm On Nov 25, 2016
ASUU is another corrupt organisation and their demands does not better the life of an average nigerian in anyway. I will even support if the government start working on ways to scrap most of these corrupt unions.

This post stinks of sentiment, bigotry, hate. Everything happening to d Igbos now were caused by d Igbos.

First of all, they think they r too smart.......The first coup was plotted by d Igbos against the Hausas, led by Nzeogu, thts d coup Tht Brot n d second and last igbo head of state Aguyi Ironsi... They killed Northern soldiers, d northern premier, Ahmadu Bello, killed south western politicians... Including Akintola.... Tht act lead to d fracas bw d Igbos and d Hausas

As if tht was not enough, do u know what Ironsi did, he placed his kinsmen n all the juicy positions in d country, even went as far as making Nzeogu who was supposed to be tried and killed for the crimes he committed, he made him d premier of the norther region. How could he have done thathuh.... Did he think tht d northerners would seat down n b dominated by d Igbos. So who started it.... Igbos did, cos u guys think u r too wise n ur wiser than every oda person.

This now led to d counter coup, which was really bloody, n u know wen d Hausas want to do their own, dey over do it.

Until d way Igbos think, the way dey act, we c how u guys react to National matters here on NL.... As far as u still have e this mentality... An igbo man will never be president again
But where are you guys getting all these silly lies from? This just goes to show the level of education in Nigeria. Even if you are lied to, can't you do a research to find out the truth for yourself?

Prior to 1966 Nigeria contained 4 geographical region. The North, The East, The West and The Mid-West. It was a regional system of government so everyone was loyal to his or her various regions. The man who spear headed the coup was from the Mid-west. He was not from the east. And he killed politicians from his region too. I know this might be the first time you are hearing this. Nzeogu Kaduna was never made the premier of Northern Nigeria. I don't know where you heard that from.

The army authority should deploy full strength on these terrorists to end this war quicker. "Waiting" for whatever reason is becoming too expensive for the troops. Had to report him to some Lastma guys there who quickly did the needful.

It's good that there are fines for offenses but the only problem I have with this is why would the

fine for an offence in a state be higher than the minimum wage?

So someone who's probably driving his late dad's car while doing a minimum wage job can't

drive in Lagos and buy a bag of rice in the same month embarassed.
How many people are educated enough to know this is an anomaly? I remembered I asked this same question from an Edo state honorable member and he couldn't even give a sane answer.
