Boko haram wouldn't have been avoided even if they did that. See, few days after september 11, 2001. The US did a threat assessment and discovered that Nigeria was a perfect breeding ground for terrorist. The states in Nigeria they mentioned then was where Boko haram later terrorised and emerged from. When they said this, as usual our government thought they were still suffering from the euphoria of the attack and ignored their warning. The major cause of Boko haram is our government. 70% state government fault, 20% federal government fault and 10% local government.

Sorry you didn't look at the part where I said "there is a reason for this". Do you even know what the job of a legislator entails. I'll explain in simple terms why BSc will never be a prerequisite. As a legislator, you are chosen by your people to represent them. That means majority of your people want you. You can't tell the people who to like. The reason why the SSCE is required is because it is assumed that with that level of education, you should be able to communicate effectively with Nigerians. That is why even with the SSCE your grades are irrelevant. The legislators discuses issues with their people, and they and their people collectively take a decision and he presents that decision on the floor of the house. What is tactical here that a graduate should be called in? Its like you don't know the function and reason for tertiary education. I believe you are still a student, don't worry in some years time you will laugh at yourself for what you believe today. Good leadership is based on experience not some paper certificate. Moreover if this kind of law is even allowed to stand it will further destroy the educational system.

You can assume whatever you like. The fact is that its the school that determine who graduate and who don't. It doesn't matter if you wrote the exams or not. Once the school says you've graduated, your name is submitted to the senate. And that's final. Its not every graduate that passed the normal process in graduating and the worst part is that its impossible to investigate them out even if you were both course mates.
I've seen a situation where someone graduated with third class, he pleaded with the course adviser to lift him to second class, but the course adviser refused, only for the grade to be changed when it got to the senate and he was placed under the category of those with second class lower. Until this happened, I never believed it was possible.

Honestly, i qish to believe he actually graduated but there are so many questions begging for answers, the VC said he graduated in 2000, but earlier on Dino posted an NYSC picture of his mates and said that was 1999. How can you reconcile that?

Pls just forget about your doubts. I've seen crazy things happen in our institution. Its the academic staff that can determine if a student graduates or not and the head of the academic staff (VC) has come out to say Dino graduated and you are still hoping they will prove the VC wrong. Do you think the VC is stupid? Even if Dino did not graduate, do you think the VC cannot cover the traces? I think you guys here are underestimating the powers and influence of the VC.

It depends on what you are using it for and how you are using it. For example: Having a running stomach reduces the erection of any man, so if you are having a running stomach and still uses it, you might not get any result. Also if you are in the habit of drinking soft drinks like coke, fanta, etc, while you are using it, you might not get the desired result. There are some other factors that can reduce it efficiency. The constitution is not as faulty as you might be thinking, rather its the president. When you vote for an idiot as a president this is what you get. Positions like that of heads of security apparatus are quickly sent on time to the legislators immediately even before the president settles down so that the legislators do not become too familiar with the person before confirmation. The only person they (senators) should be familiar with is the president and he should be the one doing the lobbying. Not what we have now.
