keppyy: Thank you so much...
I love good food and obviously I'm not the best cook in the world and I don't believe I'll ever be...what I'm saying is if I can afford a 3star chef to prepare my meals, why won't I??
Why don't we say it's a crime to get a blender, a washer, a cleaner, a nanny, a driver etc...
I see nothing with surrogates anyway...
Njokusboy made mention of emotions and all that, I totally get him...I totally understand... Change the "my" to "our" and "I" to "We" Once you have both willingly" agreed, by all means go ahead. Just that it's rare to find men like that but not like they don't exist at all. |

pickabeau1: For every woman there is a kind of man
For every bey a jayz For every toke a maje
So keppy don't mind the old school mamis
If you want to work to get money so you can outsource the cooking..good for you
Be patient and don't feet while you wait
It shall surely come
In short why stop at cooking? You can hire a surrogate to have your kids so you don't spoil your figure
You can hire a porn star to give ur hubby sex so your punny is not affected
Carry goooooo nasty you!! @ keppy , you have to learn how to balance these two worlds, the same set of rules don't apply. The office environment is very different from the home environment. One is very competitive while the other is so complementary You are encouraged to outsource and delegate as much as possible in one but there is so much you can delegate in the other, not that you shouldnt delegate/outsource at all o It might help to get a real life mentor who is managing both worlds successfully Personally, that helped me a lot All the best! |

zeb04: what is the question again?
how to be submissive, even when you have been given different smack down, upper cut and supper punch?
the award submissive wife" you are trying to win might only be given to you when you go into coma and not return
. then the angels in heaven will give you a standing ovation.
welcome the most dutiful, vitreous, honourable submissive wife ever to grace the world of mankind.
how do you like that? Even I had to ask the same question after reading her post. She was offered all the help possible, rejected them all but she came online to ask us what to do ~ The neighbors called the police to assist her, she covered up the abuser and was smiling to them in pain. ~ Her aunt offered to take her in, she said no. Pls what does she want to hear again that she has not already heard from real life people who know and love her or is she just trolling?? |

SAMBARRY: Of course I still prefer the convenientional African shopping where you can choose what you wan gan gan and you can price, move around till you see a seller that is ready to sell for you at your terms. I don't dig the online shopping o jare except when I'm in a grocery store and I'm cash trapped i can use pos.and because of this longer throat sales girls that will say there's no change so that you can be forced to leave your change with them
as for the stone grinding, since I was younger I've not used it again. It's either blender or nothing and how much is blender, with 5k you can get binatone blender Kulyie, is there any item you don't know its price?? person wey go cheat you for market go sweat o People have difference choices when it comes to food and its preparation and there is little or no basis for judging them. I once lived in an ibibio community and visited a lot of modern families/kitchen while learning their native soups. Most of them hardly use blenders for their pepper, instead they use this "mini mortar and pestle" and before you say j-a-c-k, they had blended their pepper with this stuff and cook their delicious soups. Not for one second did I think these people like "suffer head" just because they preferred to use mortars even when they had blenders. That's what they grew up with and I dare say they had perfected the art of using it. Infact, by the time I was leaving them, I had grown to fall in love with it too, just that I never remembered to use it when I got back to Lagos |

Ariyke: I used available foodstuffs at my disposal and it was a quick dinner soup if u look closely u'd notice no meat or anything in it buh I late it with gladness and gratefulness in my heart Pls don't mind him jor, I have never seen a soup that looks more inviting. Melon has got its own distinct natural taste and you only need to put in enough onions to bring that wonderful taste in a soup. Like Fanny said, I wish I could make pounded yam with ur melon soup. Yummy!! |

omaa4: Thanks everyone for your comments, @Kimoni, thanks for the candid advise, @TV01 will love to share notes with your wife. Honestly, my hubby is not as bad at it sounds, maybe it's just me trying to be overly worried about the issue. because he ends up bathing and washing away his spittle from the bath. And he's really not so careless in a lot of other things, except this particular bathroom habit of his. On the contrary, he's quite a decent and well-trained young man from a good family. And he's also of good general hygiene like hand-washing and wardrobe cleanliness. Infact it was him who introduced the footmat in front of the bath. I even threw away two of his bathroom slippers which works better that than the new one I bought, without his consent. Maybe i'll have to buy a more absorbent footmat. I guess I will just handle the situation more gently and with love and I believe with time he will get over the habit. And he does not do this everyday, just sometimes. *lso he does not pee on the bathroom floor as I said, just some pee on the toilet seat but this too he wipes with a tissue. He's also not a bad influence on our daughter, rather he's a caring and doting dad who enjoys spending quality time with his family. Infact he was there in the delivery room with me in the US when we traveled to have our daughter. Maybe I need to appreciate more what I have. see all these good qualities from one person only?? @bolded - pls appreciate him more. God bless your home. |

ChiChi0296: Thanks all for your contributions. But I don't even ve much work to do in my house. She just fetches water, wash plate, take care of my kids when am not around though for now I still stays at home. Am not even a lazy woman I like taking care of my home. Am not d type dat leaves everything for maid to do. Most times my husband ll lyk go and rest let her assist you My problem is dat she's hash to my kid. She's not friendly at all. Am still a young mum. She make me talks too much which I don't like. Whatever it is, pls don't allow any unhappy person to take care of your kids. Maybe she doesn't want to be separated from her own parents. The first thing I ask anybody coming to help me is if they are happy coming or they were forced to come. They only stay if they came of their own freewill and I tell them to let me know immediately, if they wish to leave. I also watch them to ensure they are truly happy. That's why it's good to take adults who can take decisions for themselves, asides the fact that it's child abuse when you use an underage girl as a domestic help. ***Have you read stories of young girls who were forced to marry people they didn't like? you know what these girls did?? Pls read these stories if you missed them. |

Hernyolar: I put my five months plus old baby on her executive chair potty first thing in the morning and at night before her bath.. and I have discovered that she hasn't soiled her diaper with poo for 3 whole weeks.. so I think the earlier the better I sing, giggle for her just to make her happy and distracted.. Chop knuckles... It's also very effective to establish a pattern for their body system. Keeping her happy while at it will make her want to sit on it again. |
