After many years of following famous writers[b] on nairaland with lots of unfinished stories. I lot interest totally. Saw the first episode of the story in my following thread and am hooked not by the title but by the first paragraph. Reading through I saw you capturing the life of an average Nigerian girl in her mid thirties. Not a life of make believe.

So we have an association What have they done for us before now I know their executives are school owners whose only source of income is from school fees paid by children to sponsor their extravagant lifestyle. People will think they are concerned about the private school teachers. I wish them good luck. |

Divoc: Op before I say anything, have you investigated if your wife is seeing another man? He said from day one till date, his wife is anything but a good housewife. Dat doesn't mean she is seeing someone else. So if a wife is misbehaving she is seeing someone nawa OP, hope you ain't expecting too much from your wife.which didn't allow you to see the good in her. This story is one sided |

I agree to all the OP posted except for the nail part. Nail ,baking soda is not adviceable. I use alot of onions for my beans, fresh ginger, garlic to help soften and for taste.
I would advice you invest in kitchen appliances like a pressure pot even rice cooker can do the magic. It saves time alot. In my area where they sell hard and soft beans together. Within 5 minutes all is soft using my pressure pot. |

Food › Re: Please Who Knows How To Make Akara (bean Cake) by kinah(f): 9:30pm On Jun 04, 2020 |
Key things to note when making akara
1. Mixing - mix the paste till it is fluffy this helps to make it airy or when blending with Blender let it spin well. 2. Oil - ensure there is enough oil for frying.
3.like it is said earlier it didn't stay longer if it did the colour will be darker.
4. Remove to put in a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
5. Some people add egg to give it volume I love to add diced onions |

pocohantas: For soups, I still think crayfish and all sorts of dry fishes remains the best seasoning. Use really tasty ones and when it is time to add salt/seasoning cubes- you won’t have need for plenty of it.
For stew, garlic, ginger and well fried tomatoes would go a long way. I hope this helps as I don’t know anything about that seasoning. Thanks madam you are right about the fishes. I appreciate. I no Igbo people have different kinds of fishes. I see it at their stalls. |

Dyt: Do people still use salt?
Ok I use but just a pinch
MSG is common is a few parts and some are allergic to it cos of its high sensitive taste Not sure tho But if you use MSG seasoning then you don't need salt cos it's got high percentage of sodium
Oh well I really dunno Salt I use is a little For people who love salt will say my food has no salt. But I love my food even without it. What I use salt mostly for is to wash meat, veggies. Thanks for your input |

I just bought this Adobo seasoning with pepper. Trying to reduce salt and any kind of msg seasoning. Even If I want to use them a cube occasionally. Can't get the hang of it. Review online is great. Tasted the thing kind of salty but with a kind of twist.
Pls your tot on it and usage?
Which seasoning do you use that doesn't have plenty msg?
