Raising import duty now means increasing the cost of living.

When I did Economics as a subject in secondary school, I was taught import duty is used to control inflow of foreign goods. That is, low import duty attracts more foreign goods while high import duty discourages patronage of foreign goods.

But today in Nigeria, high import duty does not decrease the demand for foreign goods because consumers in Nigeria refuse to give up on foreign goods. But I don't blame the consumers. The government does not control the qualities and the prices of local goods. Using local goods is suicidal in Nigeria. Almost everything is faked at traders' backyards.

Some people may praise BAT for this new import duty. The praisers will claim the new import duty will boost Nigerian economy by promoting local goods. But it is not true. Buhari closed borders with the same logic but life has been getting worse after the border closure.

A government that is sincere in raising import duty to improve its economy will first prepare the ground for it. What empowerment has this regime provided for local manufacturers before increasing the import duty? As a matter of fact, many manufacturers recently left the country. Buhari closed borders without protecting farmers from herdsmen and without increasing grants for farming. How could border closure improve agriculture in this situation? This same way, BAT removed fuel subsidy many months ago but no salary increase for civil servants since then. How are the civil servants expected to survive the subsidy removal? In addition to the inflation caused by the subsidy removal, Dollar rate has been rising and import duty just took the same upward direction. Chai!

So after creating because I do see it online that u can earn money from them due because I don't have a guidance or rather let me say I don't understand these websites then so I left it..

I still have series of website that is ranking on Google that I created also with the perfect SEO setting on a particular keyword..

So today I saw a post when someone is writing his success story on same Fiverr so I was like 😑 this website have been hearing for long ..
So I tried to login today again with these same email have been using for long and to my greatest surprise the idiot recover my account óò and I saw about 10requests that has expired 5years ago 😢

All in the name of I don't really understand those sites so I recover the account successfully Sha .

But now I will want to start all over again since I guess I understand the game better now because of a post I read and comprehend well so I guess this time I wont miss sich opportunity again..


👉 The question now is that are people still earning from this site?
👉 Can I still get a pioneer account for free in Nigeria?
👉 Can I still withdraw any amount I earn from there?

lol again, I could say I'm both from Plateau and Benue cos I have parental roots and have lived in these two states. I'm an architect and I've traveled to even some very dangerous remote zones of some states due to the nature of my job. If you have ever traveled or lived in such places you would know that what you read on the internet has little to no effect about the beauty of several parts of these states. In your mind I'm sure there are no buildings standing in Jos, Benue, or any other state once you read about killings in VILLAGES of such states. No be so e be in real life bro.
