ANTONINEUTRON:Which of the itel phones do you use? |
Wont mind getting one |
Some days ago, I was at Digital Square, Ikeja to see a friend who works in Carlcare. Our conversation was going smoothly when one his colleague came in holding a fashionable phone I have not seen before. Upon asking about the phone, he told me it is an itel smartphone and this particular model it1551 he is using is yet to be released into the Nigeria marker but he is using it as a staff. Being a phone fanatics, I decided to look at the features and see what the phone is all about. For a phone that would be priced just over 17,000 naira when it finally get into the Nigeria market, I was pretty impressed with the features. The itel it1551 is among the offerings you should definitely consider if you are in the market for a fashionable smartphone that has a big screen that can perform but your money is limited. Discussing further with him, he informed me that the device will be unveiled in a month time. I would definitely wait till then and get one for my small cousin who has been bothering me for a smartphone. Being a rather careless person, my cousin should enjoy the metallic body of the it1551 which makes the phone durable. Aside the impressive 5.5" IPS screen, I was wowed with the phone’s fast Charge function. I thought the fast charging ability was just advertising trick but was pleasantly surprised when we charged the phone from 4% to 65% in 30 minutes. With the situation of electricity supply in the country at the moment, the coming of a fast charging phone is a welcome development. ![]() Least I forget, the handset is powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, which is just cool. For a phone that would be selling between 15,000 to 17,000 naira depending on your location in Nigeria, one should expect a performance level that will make him/her feel they have spent their money rightly.

I am certain the Army provided transport to them on to Nasarawa and now we hear they have struck at Enugu. If there is no superior pressure from the very demonic and wicked powers that be, what reason would there be for the Police and Army to be telling this rubbish story |
I hope the stubborn UNILAG students who are insisting on fighting the school management would learn from this |
Chaii. Truly, APC and LIES are like bread and butter. |
Kudos to LMC. More turn up will bring out the best in our league. |

Igbo traders are different from Fulani herdsmen that carry guns about. The OP should not compare both |
For me, he is doing a good job now that Olisa Metuh and most PDP officials have successfully be silenced |
Ayodele Fayose, the Ekiti State Governor; has been trending in the news for about a week now. He has voiced-out against almost every move by the APC-led administration of President Muhammadu Buhari. Besides so many others, Fayose has accused Buhari's appointed officials of fraud; urged President to withdraw the 'unrealistic' and 'fraudulent' 2016 budget; and lately, written to China to cancel the $2bn loan-deal with Nigeria. He infact purportedly traveled to China in a seemingly photoshoped picture. While some analysts have argued that Fayose is providing the strong opposition needed for democracy to be successful, some others have said that the Governor is just a distraction and is on the road to self destruction. How do you perceive the Ekiti State Governor? |
Charlescobi:9k is the most expensive plan. From the info i have, there would be 1k for 3.5gb bundle which would make it the best offer in the market |
stormm:You sure |
Hello fellow Nairalanders, Who else has reserved his Ntel number? I just reserved mine 08040007161 . ntel is preparing to launch a new 4G/LTE advanced mobile network in 3 of Nigeria’s largest cities: Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Further cities will be added over time with ntel projecting to cover 85% of Mobile Broadband spending with its LTE advanced services within three years and some 95% within 5 years. Number reservation has begun on the ntel website, leaving ntel pioneering users with two options: Generate a random number through the click of a button or reserve up to 5 numbers by choosing the numbers and checking for their availability. |

The People Perish For Lack Of Knowledge |
stalyf:You have a point there |
Local banks are trying to compete with businesses they’re supposed to be financing. And now MTN’s eCommerce platform (themarketplace.ng) joins the bandwagon of established industry players set to hustle it out with smaller businesses. I find it head-scratching that MTN, which has invested significantly in eCommerce giant Jumia, courtesy of its alignment with the Africa Internet Group, would be venturing into eCommerce on its own. While I state my opinions clearly, I wouldn’t undermine the potential MTN’s Marketplace brings to the eCommerce turf. The company’s huge war chest would be handy in supporting budding eCommerce entrepreneurs, as opposed to positioning it as a competitor just in same way I feel about Nigerian banks. Unless eCommerce has suddenly become the new and much coveted Oil and Gas, all thanks to the current fuel crisis rocking the country, MTN’s move couldn’t be less hazardous to the eCommerce space. Regardless, a further investment in young eCommerce platforms wouldn’t be an herculean task to ask of this company, as it could prove instrumental in spreading adoption. The eCommerce space is big enough to accommodate many but then what do you think of MTN’s move? Is MTN set to compete with Jumia? And if so, does it in anyway suggest an impending break in relationship with AIG? Share your thoughts on this
