Hebrews 4:16

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

This privilege is reserved for the sons and daughters of the Most High, who  are born, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever`1st Peter 1:23.

the privilege of Praise therefore is not for the outcast, it is the sole preserve of His children.

did you marvel when the Psalmist asked ``24:3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

24:4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

therefore, let the mockers mock, let the slanderers slander, but in all, let those WHO LIVE A LIFE STYLE OF PRAISE CONTINUE TO PRAISE HIM.
