eina:Hear yourself speak, is there any wisdom in that statement? some people sef. 2 firemen died fighting the inferno. 1 untrained sympathizer who joined in fighting the fire died too. as for the Igboman that ran into the fire trying to salvage 2million, it was actually 13million he had in the shop. money he kept in the shop the night before the fire. at least 6 bigtime traders are said to have died from heart attack following surge in their BP occasioned by the scale of personal loses. some of these traders are ruined. if you know how far reaching the scale of this fire is you will not come here and poke some asinine broadside about an Igbo man and his cigaret bullsht. in fighting the fire, there was no question of tribe, race, clan or creed. lebanese, hausa, yoruba, chinese, indians, nigerienes, everybody all fought a common enemy.Fire, does not know race. you can pls keep quiet if you cannot show sympathy |
snowdrops:I Cant agree any less. let the Mods moderate this one now. |
Just got confirmation from PH that it is an Air force aircraft that was involved. tragic. |
The Kwari International textile market in the heart of Kano is burning. The fire started at about 1 AM and still rages till now. Fire fighters have been battling the fire all night and all day long. Even helicopters are all over the place dropping water from the air. The loss is unimaginable, just unbelievable; humungous to say the least. One merchant was said to have left 60Million in his shop. It is all gone. Details will emerge later. Don’t ask for a source or link. This is community life reportage. |
The first rule in communication is keeping it simple. This dummkopf is just being an obscurantist, an obfuscator who is high wheeling in sophism seeking to electrify his befuddled audience but ending up emasculating and eviscerating them. I have taken time to dissect, trisect, multisect and even inspect the man`s English. My nitpicking efforts show that he uses non-English words as though they were. Charlatans like this should be sent to Al Keddah to write memos for them. But give it to him, he has passion. He speaks with fervor, vim and vibrancy. |
so, who heads ARSEHOLE ROCK now? |
I have nothing against PROSPERITY judging them. you know Prosperity is not about having truckloads of money. it is about total well being. the judgment of Prosperity is akin to the kind JOB suffered in the Bible. (loss of organ, children, impotence, sicknesses, impertinence etc) i wish them that kind of judgment. |
says who? ask Dele Udoh and several accidental discharge victims and you will know better. when money is at stake, our policemen are death certs. abi you want lend yourself as target practice? |

Brother, packaging is the key, both here and outside. learn from the best. as for me being a jobless monkey, well i take it in the stride. by the by, fix that Ac and modify your post again. i care about you. peace |
be wise now that you still the chance. but if you want something well enuf, you can forgo some other things for it. that is called opportunity cost. if you want the Murano dat badly, postpone the marriage or even cancel it entirely and stayed married to your Murano. simple and uncommon sense. |
given your spelling problems, i am certain that the car is a problematic one. prove me wrong |
@adexfem i am a clearing agent myself, but i don't do cars because of importers who regardless of whatever you do for them to get their job done will be convinced in their heart of heart that they have been cheated. but really, the machine-outside-guys have not helped issues. if you do your documentation prim and fit, and mark up your profit margin, which they the importer will enjoy doing gleefully, you are a cheat. if they scheme to evade correct duty and get singed in the process, definitely, the agent must have colluded with the customs. if they give you a BOL stating a 2006 car only to see a gleaming 2009 car in front of you, loaded to the brim with OKIRIKA, and customs raise their usual query, aahahhaha they MF NIGGLING agent caused it. i must change him. he is a nitwit. gosh. some of these car buyers suck. when my core Clients have cars to clear, i do only those based on the need to protect relationship. the day you introduce another agent to your core client to help him clear a miserable car, that day you have invited WAHALA in to your business relationship with that client. |
sick. sick and sickening. these are unusual times with unusual mad men and women in control. what will the MFkers do with the money. spending 3m per day, the idiots can never in their shortened lifetime finish the money. so, what the heck!! when values collapse, this is what you get. |
absolute balderdash. Christians in the North by far outstrip your illiterate figure, not by the slightest stretch of the imagination. Holy Moses, do you know how many Northern Christians populate even Kano which is regarded as core North? abeg, stop this uneducated guess in broad daylight. besides, who needs who ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ? |
"anywhere belle face" clearances.

;Dna wah owhere did you get that from, man? |
@dragnet yeah. it is under warranty and that is why i am waiting to return it to the seller. i understand that if the phone is opened by any roadside repairer, the warranty becomes invalid. but i am hurting without the phone now. |

it is a pity. may his soul repose in sweet eternal rest. truly, town driving is a different ball game from long distance travelling. i dont do long distance travelling driving myself. i have years of driving experience but i`d rather let someone better qualified than do the driving/. lagos - ibadan is no small distance with the sorry state of our roads muck less lagos to PH/KANO |
Moyola:ta! get out of here. yeye person. |
I will go with the LS400 any day. the difference is mind boggling. i have a 1998 model and it still purrs. apart from the fuel pump that i compplained of, which incidentally is as a result of dishonest mechanics, i have not had any real issues with it. the drive is superb and the feel is good. if you worry about what people will say or consider what people will think of you driving a car that is `out of fashion` then buy the Avalon. |
========$650,000===== is my mind playing tricks on me? |
I beat you all to this privy information. Yar`dua sneaked into the country last night and handed over to Jonathan. he took off from Nigeria same yesterday and had since gone to Kenya in preparation for London Olympics where he will be representing that country in the Marathon! Nigeria`s loss is Kenya`s gain. |
all my essence say THANK YOU JESUS . I've received your help in many ways and i cannot but say NAGODE |

Hey all I am old an guy who thought he knew about cars until he stumbled on this site. With the benefit of hindsight, regardless of my about 20years driving experience, I now have come to know there are new levels about car appreciation. I do not know where you`re coming from, but let us aggregate from here. Let me spare you the details, my question is: what really trips, freaks, edges, motivates you in your car choice regardless of whether used or brand new? Let me let you into parameters people have in mind when thinking about car purchase: 1. Resale value 2. Fuel economy 3. Brand name for social standing 4. Spare parts availability/maintenance cost 5. Big Body design 6. History of past users experience (this is why I think we still have Volvo 363 till date) 7. Dashboard design 8. Engine/speed ability 9. Cost. The costlier, the better ![]() ![]() Let us collectively think on these things as make our buying choices |
i have 3.2m hibernating in the vaults of Zenith bank. can i exchange the whole lot for this car? |
