   If you are willing to work hard,be focussed and patient to see results,you can do good business with the N20k you have if you wont look down on some jobs as too menial. Business is about organizing and mobilizing resources(men,materials and money) to provide solutions.
Scan your environment.there are problems that need solution.Business is about solving problems through solutions

One idea to do with N20k in your Igando environ is House Cleaning Services
Many working class  people are too busy to clean their homes and househelps are rare in the present day.
They need part-time cleaners who will help wash their toilets, sweep the compound and wash in-house gutters,cut grass,trim flowers and the like.
Print biz cards.200 copies is about N2500.00. Package yourself as a Professional Cleaning agency. Dress well like a banker and go introducing yourself to them as a Professional  House Cleaner and tell them what you can do. Focus on buildings like flats where the elites live in. However dont rule out 'face-me-i-face-you apartments.
Charge low for a start maybe N3500.00 monthly and agree once weekly cleaning with them. Get about 50 clients in an area.

Then look for unemployed young boys and girls and jobless housewives in the area who have nothing doing. Attach one person to 5 houses to clean. Pay them N2500.00 per house and your own profit is N1000 per house. Use the N20k as working capital to buy brooms and buckets and detergent and the like for cleaning.Dress your staff in overalls. Supervise them to ensure they are at their duty posts on work days.
Earning N1k per house from 50 clients will fetch you N50k monthly. This is much better than retailing recharge cards. The profit on N20k worth of recharge cards is N700.00 and you cannot sell N20k worth daily because the competition is too stiff.
Think about this idea and modify it.

What is the expected payback period of the investment?
Which locations is best suited for this business?
Are the locally fabricated machines suitable?
Are the imported ones better?
What size of ice blocks sells better or what size does the market want?
Find answers to these questions and other related questions before you invest in it.

It is not about jumping into any business because others are doing it. It is not copy catting.

i will suggest to you an idea as follows:
Beans sold in our markets contain stones and chaff and is sold exposed in the open which is not hygienic.
Can a way be found to remove the stones and the other chaff and package it in 1 kg nylon bags?
Then label the bags in a business name and write 'Stone-free beans' on the label
Also state the quantity in grams on the label and seal it.
Package it attractively.
Start with a quarter bag of beans to test the idea.
Test the market acceptability.
This is an example of how to add value to an existing product to make money.

Opinion on recharge card business:
On every N10k worth of cards,the profit is less than N400.00
To sell N10k worth daily is a herculean task.The market is already densely saturated and the competition among the retailers and the printers is too stiff.
To make reasonable gains,you need capital about N500k and an aggressive marketing strategy.
It is a 'monkey dey work,babboon dey chop business' if you are trading with N100k in recharge card business.
There are too many teachers in recharge card business on this forum.
Tthey will only take your money in the name of teaching you or selling an ebook on it but they themselves are not retailing or printing.
All the information you need to know about recharge card printing,i will give you for free if you are bent on doing that.

To generate biz ideas, sit down in a secluded place in the early morning or late evening and think.
Ideas will flow into you. write them down as they come.

What is the minimum to start with?
How will it be transported to me and at what costs?
Is the cost of freight to me included in the purchase cost?

A Computer
2. A Laserjet or Deskjet Printer (LaserJet or DeskJet printers)
3. Software that generates the pin number and have to be installed on your computer
4. Bulk pin
    You have to buy the bulk pin from companies who sell them such as Citiserve, Prepaid Nigeria and Ringo Telecomms.
The companies will train you for free and install the software.

Do not doubt the functionality of this machine. I am not the fabricator's spokesman anyway.
A carton of candle is 65 packets i.e. 520 sticks which can be produced in 6 hours from the machine.
Though i do it for personal consumption,many people are doing it for commercial purposes and have their own market.
The point has been made that a candle production biz can be set up in the present day with N100k.
The OP did not say that he wants a business that can yield a profit of N30k-N40k from an investment of N200k. I am wary of get-rich-quick schemes.
We are discussing the biz ideas that can be set up with N200k and candle production is one of them.
N200k is small capital anyway but also significant.Its not the quantity of money but the idea.
Try Waste Collection and Disposal Business then. It can yield far above your target profit on monthly basis.
Many look down on it but this business is a goldmine and business is about organizing and mobilizing men,materials and money.
You dont have to carry the waste by yourself.

I produce my own candles in my home though for personal use.
The candle machine am talking about is a small one which contains an in-built water tank for cooling the wax.
So,you do not need big drums and pumping machines or generator as you posited.
We are talking about a micro or backyard candle production biz here,not a big factory.

Wax is available at Ojota Chemical market in various brands and prices. there is imported and local wax.
If you are in the business,you know the right one to buy.

This is a one man operation.
Necessity is the mother of invention. Creativity has come to play in the wake of massive unemployment in Nigeria.
You do not need N300k to N500k to set up a candle business as was done in the past.
With N100k, you are in candle business. it is selling big time. Some churches are even producing theirs.
the big companies like PZ produce soap. Many Nigerians are also producing soap in their homes and are competing with giants like PZ.Everyone is selling both PZ and the individual backyard producers.We have to start from scratch with what we have,not waiting for huge capital.In countries like Taiwan,every home is a factory producing something.

You do not need to have huge capital to do candle business.
the usual belief is that you must have N300k-N500k before you can buy a locally fabricated candle machine to produce candles.
You can get a fabricated candle machine for N70k which can produce 100 candle sticks in one cycle.
There are now many individuals producing candles in their backyards . A few are bold to place their own labels while others place china labels on their products to disguise and to sell them. they are selling.The customers who buy the candles do not care who produces it.
Not all the candles in the market are produced by big factories.
One backyard producer produces a superior quality candle which burns for 6 hours whereas some imported candles burn for 2 hours.

There are but it requires having the skills to know how the internet works.
You need to be trained and re trained regularly to know what to do and how to do it.
It requires hardwork and consistency to see results.
It requires great patience too.
It can also be frustrating too.
There are too many scams, so you have to be careful. Dont jump at every offer online. Over 95% are scams.
Information marketing is one of the legitimate and best ways to make money by selling information.
You sell what people want, not what you think they need.
You have to look for the information and make it available to them to make money.

Am working on the idea and need to test the acceptability in the area am targetting.
My knowledge of it was gained through interaction with some guys who are in the biz.
One of these guys dumps the waste at a particular dump within Ogun State very close to Lagos.He pays the operators of the dump an agreed fee to dump the waste. The operators receive the waste from him and do the sorting themselves.

Lagos State operates a different system unlike Ogun State.
In Lagos,you cannot use small vehicles to do the business like in Ogun State.
The Lagos version is advanced.It is a franchise, a PSP(private sector participation) in partnership with LAWMA(lagos state waste mgt authority)
In Lagos, you have to register with the Association of Waste Managers
i learnt that their office is at 4, olayiwola street, Oregun Ikeja.
You have to use special waste collection trucks ,LAWMA type of big trucks to do the job.
I learnt that if one joins the association,he has access to bank credits to purchase the vehicle and repay instalmentally.The vehicle is the collateral.
The future of the biz is great in Lagos & Ogun states because these govts realize that they cannot cope with their waste disposal challenges alone and need private sector assistance to collect and dispose waste more effectively.
If you are intersted in the biz at the Lagos end, you may start from the association of waste managers to get up -to-date details.

It is a peanut business
You need huge amounts of capital to make any reasonable revenue from it.
The profit on a N100.00 card is less than N3.00 and the competition is too great among the retailers.
The market is saturated more or less
