Its an innovative idea.
It will work very well but you need to serve a niche, a target market
Its not for everyone and not for every area.
You need mode of transportation to run the errands quickly
You need to engage more hands to serve the growing list of clients

HealthThe Triangular Relationship Between The Killers: Stress, Hypertension & Diabetes by knowledge4(op): 9:24am On Mar 05, 2012
Health is wealth and good health is the most important aspect of life. Without good health, it is difficult to enjoy success in career, business, relationships and family. You may have all the money in the world, without health to enjoy it, it is valueless. This is why i am sharing with you what you need know to stay in good health.

It is important to know that Stress is a silent enemy and maintains a dynamic triangular relationship with other dreaded silent killers namely hypertension and diabetes. In order to balance this health triangle, your Blood Pressure measurements must be normal. Your Blood Sugar measurements must be normal and also your Stress sensor must be in the normal range.

The victims of these three silent killers always constitute a great burden to themselves and families. Therefore, there is an urgent need for everyone to adopt effective preventive approaches which guarantee good health for peak performance especially as we are all potential victims of these silent killers.

There is a triangular relationship between Stress, Hypertension and Diabetes
All three are dreaded Silent Killers which men must do all they can to avoid by all means possible to stay in good health and stay alive to live longer.
For more comprehensive details, you may visit www.triangularkillerdiseases.

The Connection:
The Stress response is brought about by the actions of the hormones cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline .Hormone cortisol suppresses your immune system and weakens your ability to resist and fight infections. The Hormone Noradrenaline constricts blood vessels, increases your blood pressure levels and causes clot formation. Blood supply to the heart can suddenly be cut off resulting in a heart attack.

The Hormones Noradrenaline, adrenaline, cortisol and other hormones in the body help mobilize fat and glucose from the body and increases blood glucose and cholesterol levels. The blood becomes thicker and the heart has to work much harder to circulate the thicker blood. Chronic distress will slow down healing process which may lead to prolonged erosion of the stomach wall resulting into ulcer.

Worries about events such as interviews and examinations can lead to menstrual irregularities. Persistent high blood sugar levels can occur during prolonged distress leading to diabetes. Back and neck pain, headache and migraine brought about by prolonged muscle tension are less bearable. Chronic distress can also lead to severe anxiety and depression, disabling mental illness, nervous breakdown and suicide.

Stress is infectious. It is stressful living and working with people who are stressed and suffering from stress.

BusinessRe: Why Are We Afraid To Start With What We Have? by knowledge4(m): 12:39pm On Feb 17, 2012
The issue is that many graduates are not enterprising for business.
If one is creative, you can start a business with N10k in present day Nigeria.
Business is by ideas
Business is done created when it can solve a problem
Business is about providing solutions, solving problems
If i have only 10k as capital as a fresh graduate, how will i start a biz with 10k?
1st, i will not look down on any activity as menial or too low to do
2ndly,i will bury the pride about being a graduate
3rdly,i will scan the environment searching for problems and working out the solutions
Providing the solutions is the business. Think of the problem that you can solve.
Thinking about the money first is a wrong step.
With 10k, i can set up the following:
A cleaning service in a residential estate by looking for residents who need cleaning services and getting people to do the job for them.Very simple to do but many graduates are not looking that way. With time, it will grow to a big cleaning business
2ndly, i will look for restaurants who need someone to supply them with moi-moi.
If i get orders, its simply to prepare it in my kitchen and supply them. With time, it will grow to a big operation.

3rdly, i can start an ironing service, ironing clothes for people. i only need an iron to start with. As it grows, employ more hands from the overswollen ranks of jobless youth.

4thly, i can sell newspapers. Vendors selling newspapers earn N40k plus monthly while many office working graduates earn much less than that. Some graduates earn less than N15k monthly doing ''any job''.Working as a newspaper vendor does not mean selling on the streets running after vehicles. Not that way. This is where creativity comes in. A graduate must make a difference in his approach. Any unsold copies are returnable to the newspaper companies except Punch and Guardian.

5th, i can distribute bread. Set up in a location where there is high human traffic.

6th, walk into any insurance company and seek to be a sales representative. you get free marketing training and off you go marketing life insurance.

7th, set up a fruit stand in a busy place.

8th, set up a snacks stand in a busy, high traffic place or where there are schools and offices.

9th, go round offices & banks, package yourself as a drycleaner and collect suits for laundry.Hand them over to another established launderer to do the drycleaning and you get a commission. Smart guys are doing it and making a living from it.

You can do wonders with N10k if you can be creative by tapping into an existing idea and remodel it

BusinessRe: Starting A Pigry Farming Business by knowledge4(m): 3:51pm On Feb 16, 2012
I am not a pig farmer but have related with pig farmers.
Close to my home is the largest pig farm in Africa set up by Lagos State NDE in the 80s
If you start with four females and one male, you may get up to 30-40 piglets twice a year from the four females.
Each female can produce 6-10 piglets in one delivery and can deliver twice in a year.
In Pig farming, you should have knowledge of the following:
Production system
Pig farm management
Pig farm equipment and housing
Pig feeds
Disease control
Marketing
Weaning
As i said, i am not a pig farmer but from my association with pig farmers in my area, i have an idea about piggery. One thing i know is that there is high demand for the pigs.Buyers come from as far as Cameroon and Togo to buy lorry loads of pigs weekly.
Most of the pig farmers are wealthy guys who made their money in the business starting from scratch. It is a very dirty and stinking business but the money does not smell anyway.
More on this later
BusinessRe: Stanbic Guy Begs Me To Tell A Lie To Save His Job: Should I? by knowledge4(m): 12:35pm On Feb 14, 2012
How can you tell a lie against yourself to protect another?
If you do that, you will be contradicting yourself, having reported to a lawyer who took up your complaint against the bank
The Bank will blast your lawyer and that means that u have embarrassed your lawyer and yourself before the bank and the public.
Tell the manager that it is against your conscience and beliefs to lie and that he should rather pray to God to save his job for him.
You do not know what the manager has written in his defense, in his reply to the query. He now wants you to implicate yourself to strengthen his own defense. He may have denied that the matter took place, that something else happened and you went to report an entirely different issue to a lawyer.
Since your lawyer is involved already, do not take any further step without seeking your lawyer's counsel.
Your life is not at stake and not in any danger. No body can take your life. Have no fear and do not be intimidated to do evil.Have the trust and faith that God will secure and protect you for telling the truth.

BusinessRe: Waste Disposal Business by knowledge4(m): 7:24pm On Feb 10, 2012
@papiij
You have a demanding job and alwayz very busy.
You need to set up a biz because you need more money as responsibilities are growing.
If you are setting up a business, the owner's personal attention at supervision is very important and you dont have the time.
You can put someone in charge but the red flag in it is that in today's Nigeria, it is extremely difficult to get someone who can represent your interest faithfully. You cannot even trust your own blood brother from the same womb to represent your stake in biz.
You would find out later that you just created a business for someone else.
The business you should do is one that you can monitor closely, or that you can pay attention to in your spare time, or that you can do alone on your own at your convenience.
As busy as you are, do you have saturdays free? If you have it free, i can suggest to you a line of biz that you can invest in but you need to invest your saturdays to learn the technigues that make it work. You will need to invest as many as 20 saturdays. it is not a rush-rush training.
It is a biz you can do on your own at your spare time, either full time or part time but you have to first of all learn how it works in order to be able to do it and do it well.
You are not going to learn from me. I am not going to be your instructor but will refer you to the organisation where you will get the best training.
if your saturdays are not free, may i know what days or time that are free to be able to advise appropriately. Before you invest in any business, either online or offline, you have to learn the nitty gritty of the biz systems before you invest in it. You see, knowledge is one of the greatest assets to bring into business.
BusinessRe: Waste Disposal Business by knowledge4(m): 10:12am On Feb 10, 2012
@eacblaze
keep your N500k safe in a bank account. dont make the mistake as many do looking at the money as the solution.to do so is to end up in the wrong business, lose the money and come out with regrets. look at business in terms of providing solutions to problems.then go out to look for problems that need solutions. find the solutions and then set up a business to provide the solution.people pay for solutions to their problems and that is how you make money

Scan an environment
what problems do you see
what are the solutions
do a market survey to test the accaptability of the solution
set up a biz to provide the solutions to the problem

what are your talents and skills?what do you like doing or passionate about?Assess your abilities?what can you do better than others?what can you do and love doing and can do without stress anytime? Locate your gift because you definitely have one as God created and deposited gifts in us which can make a way for us.Praise George did not finish his law studies. He dropped out and focussed on writing. today, he makes N15m yearly from his books. No factory, just writing with the use of a laptop.

Online business is another way to make money.it is real, very real but you have to learn how the internet works before you can make money from it.You can make legitimate money from the internet in so many ways as there are many internet business models but you should focus on one,not jumping from one to the other as many do. Online business requires focus, continuous training, consistent hard work and patience to see results. you have to learn it from those who know how it works and have concrete proof, not fake proof. You cannot learn it from fly-by-night teachers who will only take your money and leave you stranded. do not believe anyone who tells you he has a formular that will make you $100 in the next 24 hrs.
I can advise you where to go to learn it in an organisation which is the forerunner of internet and online biz training in nigeria.you will get the best online business training at the lowest prices. I think you should start from here to learn over the year before you take the decision to quit the job.
Online business mainly requires a laptop, internet connection and your knowledge of what to do and how to do it. Importation business that you mentioned is an online biz too but you need to learn it.

CrimeRe: Nigerian Doctor Arraigned For Rape by knowledge4(m): 3:18pm On Feb 08, 2012
It is unfortunate, too bad, a disgraceful thing to do.
Rather than condemn him, we should reason what could have led to it and learn from it
Maybe he was sexually starved. Maybe his wife was not making it available for him as many of them do anyway.
And you know that in those UK and US societies, women have greater rights than men.
Were it to be here in Nigeria, sex starvation can not push any man to do what this doctor did to destroy his image and career
There are countless other women ready and available to bridge the vacuum the wife at home created.
Here, no body cares a hoot if your wife fumbles and you frollick with another, but over there, i learnt you dare not try it. Your wife will dig your grave if she knows and the law will seal it with concrete and that is it. The legal system in Europe gives the wife greater powers over the husband.
Am only speculating anyway that he was sexually starved at the time.
The doctor must have been pushed to the wall not knowing how to ease off the accumulated intimate tension in him in a less barbaric manner.
The intimate emotion is one of the most powerful in men. It takes more than will power to control it.
Maybe he is a pervert. Some men are perverts.
The inability to contain the intimate urge has ruined the destinies of many men.
The former Israeli President was recently jailed for about 7 yrs on account of sexually violating a woman, an offence he committed at about age 60!
An IMF Boss was recently accused of sexually assaulting a hotel maid in his hotel room.
A former American President too was accused of conducting MouthAction with an office staff many years ago.
A President in one of the Southern African nations sexually violated a woman, a family friend of his, some years ago. The list is endless.
The Biblical directive is that every man should have his own wife. The Bible also encourages unhindered intimate rapport between husbands and wives but the wives breach by always failing to live up to their responsibility. If a man is sexually satisfied by his wife, it will be senseless and needless of him to go sexually harassing other women elsewhere.

Death can come at anytime in any form
After death is judgment (Hebrews 9:27)
No repentance after death and no second chances in the grave
Now that you are alive, live right in line with God's Word.
Start preparing for how and where you will spend eternity

CrimeRe: Us Arraigns Nigerian Nurse For handling Patient by knowledge4(m): 9:25am On Feb 08, 2012
One of our greatest problems in Nigeria is the issue of ethnicity and tribalism.
This is one reason why we are not progressing as a nation.
This issue here has nothing to do with Yoruba, Ibo or Hausa origin
The man committed a crime and he is a Nigerian.
All the Nigerians committing crimes abroad are not limited to Yorubas.
Nigerians of other tribes are also involved in all kinds of crimes abroad
In Italy, 95% of the LovePeddlers are Nigerians and other African nations.
Of that number,90 % come from one Nigerian state outside the Yoruba states.
Let us desist from seeing ourselves as either Yoruba or Hausa or Ibo. It does the nation no good.

If this story is true, then the man who was caught manipulating an unconscious patient is certainly not of a sound mind.
Sometimes, these white people who still have racist blood in their veins cook up stories to blackmail and rubbish Africans.
If it is true, then something is obviously wrong with his head and should be examined.
Manipulating an unconscious woman! 40,000 similar photos on his phone!
I swear,he is under a curse. His enemies from home followed him to the USA to disgrace him there.
what could be his problem?
Is he not married? Or sex starved? Or an occultic conducting rituals? Obviously, he is a pervert.
This is a sign of the end prophesied in the Bible in Matthew 24 that at the time of the end, iniquities will increase.
Everyday for the thief, one day for the owner. His cup is full and it is time to give account.
Which kind of phone can hold 40,000 pictures?

Cement sales is good business anywhere.
It depends on where one sets up the cement biz and the capital at hand

The market for cement is vast everywhere. Everyone is striving to have a house of his own

You do not need to have any knowledge of finance to know that the loan is a suicide mission
You are borrowing N1m and will pay 10% interest monthly i.e. N100k monthly and will repay in 6 months
You are expected to pay back N1.6 million in 6 months time
Which business will yield the return that will cover the loan and interest and profit for you is what you are asking to know?
I am amazed that people have been suggesting various business ideas to you without assessing the viability of the loan first.
Reject the loan. It is not worth it. You will only sink into unmanageable debt.
Most of the biz ideas suggested to you are Ponzi and Pyramid schemes in disguise. Please avoid them.
