Any woman who suffers with a man is a woman the man most likely doesn't even love, to begin with. He may have the idea that since he possesses her, she is the one he loves at that moment, but that is not the same as loving a woman.

A man who loves a woman will want to give her the best of him, not put her through the worst with him. A man who wishes to possess a woman even when he has nothing to offer her is not a man in love but a man obsessed with the idea of having someone. And he will likely abandon any woman he sticks with in suffering — or find himself a better woman outside of the relationship, since he can hold on to the former for free labor —once he can escape the suffering. So, it does not benefit a woman to suffer with any man.

Please take that job immediately and get yourself far, far away from that person. If he ever shows up again in your vicinity, do not hesitate to call the police and arrest him on stalking charges.

As for the one you call your boyfriend, I think you need to take a break from all of that so you can gather yourself and all your attention on getting yourself and your career established before any of that.
