I don't even know what to tell you because I know that if my Dad ever even dared I would not even bother addressing him as my father. When you cheat on your wife you cheat on your children. If the children stand solidly behind their mother then the man might buckle up and stop acting like a 15 yr old child. All this talk to him gently and pet him on his head is ridiculous.

If you wont talk to him, at least pray for him if you truly love him. Dont forget there might be influences and evil forces at work. In Nigeria especially.

just make sure its not upsetting your mother

you need to remind him of his responsibilities in the house

remain good and treat him kindly

arrange family getogethers and picnics

go out and take photos and put them everywhere in the hse

take up all his time u are his family have fun together

let him be happy with all of you

family are sposed to spend time together and share stories and jokes

help him with his work, help him out around the hse
dont be too demanding, be understanding
he might be cheating because of the fustrations at home

I make very decent money - at least enough to pay all the bills and still have some savings. And this is my choice since I have always lived beneath my income - even when I made less than 10,000 a month in Lagos. I am not going to live above my means because there is now someone else.

So we do not have just joint saving because it makes sense financially. Even if anything happens, the other party can comfortably pay the bills - that is how we have planned our livelihoods, God helping us.

Like I said earlier, she propably saw what I did when she was out of a job for over 5months - she never felt broke. So I think she simply felt it was the right thing to do when she got her job back - she started putting all her money into my accounts since I already added her anyway.

Nothing in life comes easy, but we can work towards it with God's help.

Btw, I grew up in Nigeria knowing my parents had a joint account.

All our income goes into the same pot and there's where we take it from . .but it has not always been that way. My wife lost her investment banking job and was at home for 5ive months.

What did I do?

I added her to all my acocunts, gave her two credits cards and an atm card so she never lacked anything while trying to get another job. Of course she started putting her money into my account the moment she got a job and our love grew even more for that.

I believe there is an increase in dubious agents on Nairaland because people are patronizing them. One thing for certain is that no agents can do wonders. Anyone apply for visas should sit and read the application procedure. No point in looking for short cut by paying agents (either dubious or genuine).

Can you please start a talk show?

I gave some money to a broker for some shares' purchase thru a freind. Unfortuately, the adress entered for me was wrong and was just recently updated by another employee after almost a year (the original broker had quit the company). I asked about how to get the shares certificate now that my address had been updated but I never got a concrete answer.

So please does anyone know what can be done in this case so I can get the certificate? I want to hope that it had not been sent to the wrong address, but even if so, what do I have to do?
