Let me say this with utmost disappointment. I have noticed that whenever any post attacks Islam and I put a reply to explain and not attacking anybody or any religion, the moderator will delete my post leaving those post posts that attack Islam to remain. This negates the principle of fairness and objectivity in reporting. Despite the fact that any post that attacks personalty or religion should be discouraged on this forum, some posts that attack Islam and even the personalty of Holy Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) are not deleted on nairaland. This is PDP Politics. Every Muslim belongs to one Islamic Group or the other like NASFAT, QAREEB, Ansarudeen etc. Aregbesola got a security report that that he was marked for elimination for PDP to capture Osun. Mind you, Omisore is eyeing Osun Governorship seat in 2015. So, Aregbesola does not want Bola Ige treatment to be meted on him when all the security aids went to eat in quote and the assasin came in kill Bola Ige. So he employed private security guard for himself from his Islamic group. I dont see any problem of PDP with that. As for the Anthem, the anthem they are complaining about is Osun State Anthem which is allowed under true federalism.

But yesterday, a Muslim sister was preaching in a bus and to my suprise, a Christian shouted her down that she was disturbing him. This is religious intolerance.

Remember Senator Ajimobi presented the N50 million cash bribe offered them for the third term. Thanks to Senator Ken Nnamani I respect so much for playing a stateman game not the chopchop David Mark we have now. Also most of the governors then especially from the North mobilised their lawmakers to vote against the satanic third term.
So, it is not the matter of If I wanted it, I would have gotten it.

The bill for tenure enlogation was an executive bill not a legislative bill as he claimed. That one by the way. Go and ask Former Rasheed Ladoja of Oyo State, he said his impeachment was not from Adedibu as people believed, Adedibu was just used by Obasanjo to deal with him for turning down the third term proposal. He said in 2005, OBJ called him and other SouthWest Governors excluding Lagos that was under AD that he wanted to amend the constitution for him to do third term and tat he wanted his SW PDP Governors to reach out to other governors on it. Ladoja said that he told Obasanjo plainly there in Otta that it was not possible and he would not be part of the agenda to amend the constitution for any personal gain. Because of this, OBJ marked him and he then sided Adedibu to make sure they got him out office by all means, legally or illegally.
Even Fayose said it that OBJ can tell others that he did not want third term but he cannot say it to his face, Fayose. He said he wrote the minute of the meeting they held in Aso Villa with Akala representing Oyo State where he introduced Akala as the new Oyo Governor when Ladoja was still in power. He said when Oyinlola sked why Akala, OBJ replied that Ladoja would be removed for stiffneckedness. He told them Ladoja dared him and as a result, his days are numbered as the governor.

The functional part of the airport is the airside. What our government does is to do a cosmetic renovation of the outside where passenger will see and clap for them but airside is terrible because they know you cannot see unless you work in the airport. What the Murtala Munammed International Airport needs ia expansion in terms of creating terminals. Other airports in other countries have terminals 1, 2, 3 or more but where is terminal 2 for MMIA talkless of terminal 3 or more. And this airport is getting busy every year as more airlines are coming into Lagos. But corruption will not allow. In a country where what is budgetted for just runway extension in Abuja is the same amount Ghana used to build a whole airport. So if Nigeria wants to build a airport, that means the whole of our budget will go in for it.
