No to Nuclear station in Ekiti. Thank God the Minister (Grace Ekwire, ) served under Yar' adua. |
http://saharareporters.com/news-page/sss-reveals-names-suspected-mastermind-inec-office-bombing-suleija Consequently, on 4th August, 2011, a suspect who is a Nigerienne national, was apprehended in connection with the bombing incident in Suleja. He confessed to his involvement in the bombings as well as his membership of the Boko Haram sect. His confession led to the arrest of a thirty-one (31) year old indigene of Imo State who converted to Islam in 2003. The second suspect, who is born of a Nigerienne mother, was brought up in Niger Republic, where he had his early education. He also admitted to being a member of the Boko Haram sect as well as having worked in concert with a third suspect from Kano State to carry out attacks in Suleja. Their confessions led to further arrest of two accomplices from Borno State. " I dey laugh " |
" I dey laugh ". When did OBJ become the albatross of the SE? A critical look at the names of people in the so called committee speaks volume of the dearth in Leadership in the SE and most places in Nigeria. Chimaroke (killer) Nnamani. Are u guys for real? Orji Uzor Kalu (Eunice & Orji Enterprises). The solution is not in Fighting the PDP. The Political class would always take us for a ride until we rise up against them, |
I'll give it to Akure. Serene and beautiful city. I have visited Ibadan in recent times, and I'll confess there is more to Ibadan than what we see along the express. Ibadan fine ohh! |
@Opus-deii your profile pix got me drooling, |
Obasanjo is a terrible Man, but is misdemeanor is nothing compared to Abacha's demonic regime. Only an idiot like Genbuhari would compare Abacha to any Nigerian leader past and present. @Ibime, Obj couldn't have killed Marshal Harry. Harry was a politician in Rivers state. Odili had to silence him to muzzle opposition. I'll advise u do your homework b4 making comments on sensitive issues. |
True or False, I'll run for my life. Nobody, I mean not even my GF is worth dying for. |
Please does anyone know where one can take lessons in swimming in Lagos? |
Toto Dike, Wizkid's ex. |
OANDO - an Enterprise that rose from the ashes of the dying unipetrol. INDORAMA - this coy took over the capital sucking Eleme Petrochemicals. It will interest you to know that prior to privatisation Eleme Petrochemicals never made profit for once. The other companies could have done well, but our Business Men/Women are just to greedy. They are only intereted in how much they can make today. |
High Chief. That dude is just an aassssh****** |
Na wa oh! Baby Jowo was a popular song in 50s and 60s. It was produced by the High life Maestro Sir Victor Olaiya, the Owner of Stadium hotel in Surulere. The Old Man is in his 80s, and still waxing strong. OGD all Stars only did copy and paste. |
re- Alpha Beta's track record was prior to 1999? @ Djustice, where was OANDO prior to 1999? Where was Capital Oil? Where was coscharis? Are u saying People cannot grow there businesses. Or do you have a problem with Fashola becoming the next President of Nigeria? Even Rochas with is numerous special advisers cannot match the vision and intelect of this Leader of Leaders. And if ur still not ok, kindly high tension wire, |
Please dont bring tribalism into this thread, rather lets talk about these corrupt politicians. Its heartbreaking that Fashola that some people are even trying to project for 2015 can engage in such financial misappropriation. Tinubu is nothing but a thief. See links below It is obvisious this post is all about 2015. Folks from greedy sectionof the country who are noted for the lust for ill gotten wealth wants to damage the reputation of this visionary Leader. May God help you in this destructive quest. |
I think her Father is from Umuahia. Ilived in PH for six yrs, and I can tell a lot about their culture. Okrika culture allows women to claimChildren born out of wedlock, or if the Man fails to perform the necessary traditional rites. |
Bros, Why would you leave ur job to study in that crumbling economy. Try getting an oil job, even if it is in an oil servicing company service if you want to pursue a career in the oil industry. Or you seek admission in a school that is better regarded, Herriott-Watt etc. Otherwise PLEASE boda mi, do not LEAVE ya job to that back yard school. |
@ ekt_bear. Are you sure Fayemi is doing ok? Am really concerned about events @ home. I think people are getting frustrated or is it a case of too much expectation? |
@Ournaija, I feel very sad when I think about the situation of things in this country. Inspite of all these problems, some young people come to this good forum talking like people without sense. One would ask if God if Yoruba or Ibo. True, we have our differences, but this hatred is unbelievable. |
Am amazed with the responses I have seen so far, We cannot continue to insult our Elders and expect it to be well with us. We would all become Elders one day; it is not a choice!!!!!!!! Talking about Bankole. True; Bankole stole money. But, lets face it. What happened to the corruption case against PDP chairman Haliru Bello. What about Nddudi Elumelu (power probe - power scam fame). All these corruption trials are annoyingly selective(not which hunting). Please where is Dr Peter "donatus" Odili. The Wife was appointed a Judge Court of Appeal sometime in 2006. She has used her position to block corruption trial of her hubby. Now Uncle Jonathan has appointed her Justice of the Supreme court. Is this not a reward for a job well done. Please let us not put sentiments into the issue @ hand. Ezeuche et al, let us look beyond ethnic affiliation. Let us all join hands to rid our country of this monster call corruption. Corruption has no ethnic affiliation. Where is Chimaroke Nnamani? DimejI Bankole cannot be worse than that Killer. |
@babe will you marry? |
Which Nigerian city is most known for it's natural beauty and is most scenic? Which city has the best topography and with some nice ultra tropical plants? Which city would you think is the most photOgenic in Nigeria? I thought the poster is asking about the most beautiful city in Nigeria. I give it to Calabar and Akure. I know a lot of guys here will say Aku what? But hey, I grew in that city (used to be my state capital before the creation of Ekiti). I schooled in Port Harcourt, I have lived in Abeokuta, but now live in Lagos. I have also been to Jos, Kaduna, Warri, Owerri, Aba, and I have seen a bit of Enugu. Calabar is way ahead of others in terms of neatness, but I don't think it can match Akure in terms of beauty. Pls this is my own opinion. In case ur planning to go on vacation, I think Obudu is the most developed and attractive destination. I can also recommend Ikogosi warm spring in Ekiti State. There you see the beauty of nature - warm and cold spring water flowing side by side without mixing. The major set back is the fact that you won’t get a good hotel around there, I’ll advise you go to Ado-Ekiti for this. There are good hotels there, though not in the mould of Four point by Sheraton or Radison blu. As for Aba, it is the most horrible place on earth. I don't mean to provoke Ezeuche et al, but come on guys, that place is a big disappointment to the SE. |

@ bk.babe97y,yeswecan, EzeUche, Beaf!, koastar & co, I wonder how much you guys were paid to damage Mr Tinubu. Tinubu has fought to establish true democracy in our country. Where was GEJ during OBJ's third term agenda? Where was GEJ during Abacha's tyranic goverment. Come on guys don't be unreasonable |
Am sometimes amazed at the way some pple contribute to issues on this site. Most people argue along ethnic lines. This is really sad. Mama gee is probably Igbo, and this is why she called Prince Jide Kosoko aloud mouth. I wish to remind you all that we are AL GOD'S CREATION. God is neither white nor black. He is neither Igbo nor Yoruba, He is father to all. Let us live together as one trully indivisible people(Nigerians). God bless Nigeria |
"How about "My fellow widows" Or "My childrens" "GEJ and Sambo is good peoples" I dey laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
I wonder why fellow nairalanders are castigating GEJ. Building airports across the country is one cheap way of getting money to buy more "umbreras" for all my "fellow widows". And for you eku and Ileke. Who told we don't need airport in Ekiti. I need an airport in Igbara -Odo to convey isu aro(a specie of yam), to markets in Ado and Ikere Ekiti. LOL Visionless, hopeless, foolish, eda-ish, and unserious President. Didirin oko Patience. |
@.@fstranger: Tinubu is not perfect, but is necessary at this point in time. We have enemies in this Nigeria, and Tinubu seems to be the only one interested in fighting them.] I agree with u Eku. Where was @fstranger and co, when Tinubu fought Obasanjo to a standstill. I will never support any form of corruption, but if not for Tinubu's doggedness our country would have turned to Mondern day Monarchy. |
