Am that kind of person that always caution myself and watch the kind of music I listen at home, but she did not learn the word at home, am sure she might have heard it somewhere in her mom shop, because my wife shop is located somewhere very rough, a lot of children in the environment. But my wife does not see this as a big deal. She always told me that she can't stop the little girl from playing with other children in the hood and that's true. That day when I heard her say that word, I called her to myself and told her not to say the word again that it's not good saying such word, she nodded in approval.
Two days ago I heard her saying this common words "Eni pe". I felt really bad, because I don't want my daughter to learn those bad words, but my wife feel am overreacting.
Am I overreacting truly? How do I stop my daughter from saying such words?

I have a lady Frnd Dt I met since last year, no sexual stuff btw us. We have just been friends. She stays on the island (ajah) and her rent is expired, though she didn't plan to continue living in That house. Our plan is Dt she is moving out and I will pay but recently she had some financial issues and wunt be able to move out again. So she suggested that we should pay another 1 year rent.
My concerns: 1. She is not really troublesome but sumtyms she is very stubborn. Anyway she is a Good lady sha.
2. Possibility Dt her sis will stay with us. I don't know much abt her sis and I don't want trouble.
3. a. The house is located in a ghetto like area in Ajah where the bathroom has no door and even the next person bathroom and people outside will know u r the one bathing. (bathroom fence not tall and no roof)
3.b. The toilet fence are so short that the next person can see u and u can see him/her while pooing . I love privacy and this kind life is not what I wished for..

We grew up in the same neighborhood, his siblings are my friends, I attended parties at their family home as a kid, he was a neighborhood “role model” as we were growing up, his best friend is one of my big Egbons in Lagos.
I was expected to keep quiet. But i worry. I worry because we have become a society that keeps quiet when crimes are perpetuated by those within our circles.
I have always been a hustler NOT a General contractor. I do my own shit. I do not seek favors from nobody, neither have I in the past, so I legitimately is free to say whatever I think is right.

He got an approval for 15 floors. In July 2020, Lagos State Government sealed off the property based on the report of use of substandard building materials by the structural engineer who pulled out.
Yet he did underhand deals and got it unsealed and added 6 floors on top making it 21floors!
In every single development he has done, in the UK and South Africa, he always added floors to the approvals!
I am in possesion of court papers on every single property he did in England (Hackney, Peckham and Bath Road). He always unscrupulously added floors against local regulations and approval. This is not an incident in isolation!
360 degrees, Ikoyi is his biggest development yet. And he added 6 floors.
On a second note, People are dead and cries are still being heard as at this morning underneath the rubble of that collapse .

I'll go straight to the point. I rented a 2 bedroom flat for my mum last year October, paid agent and lawyer fees, the agent never told me the place has the landlady living in it.
My mum was happy and moved into the apartment, I noticed that after some months she was complaining about the house, I finally went there to see her, guess what? The landlady is a devil in human form, she's an unmarried bitter human who was opportuned to inherit the building from her family. This woman locked the well and told my mum and younger bro to source for water elsewhere, I was mad when I got to hear what she's making my family go through. I came to the house and removed the padlock she locked the well with, she called my mom and told her to pack out when her rent expires next week.
Well, since she thinks the world revolves around her and wants everyone to fear and worship her, I'll show her what real madness is.
I have decided to ask her for a refund of the agent and lawyer fees I paid since it's barely one year, she can't stress my family this way and get away with it.
To everyone reading this, I have one advice, never live in the same building with the landlord or you would have yourself to blame at the end of the day.
