There is an appointed time for everything, a time to live and a time to die...lol... Besides, it's been ages i contributed my few cents on this platform, but oftentimes I try to go through the comments to see if it's still what it use to be, with the likes of king of meme BAZOO, the Volvo guy and many more, Felicity, Barbiturate and so on.

But I'm thinking of an idea. I don't believe e-hailing biz can be like in the past anymore, we all know the reasons, which ranges from exchange rate, currency devaluation, inflation, price of petrol and many more.

My idea is this, I love when people test the waters... this e-hailing association set up in time past, with the pioneer always on Naija info radio complaining about price fares at all times. How about those who are still active in this hustle, to form a group and approach the chairman of the presidential initiative on CNG, at their warehouse in ibafo Lagos state and have a discussion with him on how he could use his influence, either to give a discount on the cost or proffer a workable plan, that will favour the drivers. The e-hailing apps too are not excluded. I believe most of drivers discussion should be centered around this initiative.

Out of curiosity, have visited Mobil filling station at agidingbi to find out more about this CNG and hoping to visit the ibafo center as well in no distant time.

I'm impressed how a driver narrated how he bought N18,000 worth of CNG and drove from Lagos to Abuja (source AriseTV)

Please, let us start looking for ways to stay afloat in this dire times.

Thank you&God bless

Please, has anyone converted his car from gasoline to CNG? . Out of curiosity, I made enquiry at one of the mobil filling station in Lagos and I was told the least price for conversion is N800k, besides, how true is the information about the FG directing all commercial bus drivers to go and convert their buses free

Since losing its colonies to independence, the UK has no "commonwealth" to subsidize its economy.

They thought Brexit was the answer, but it was only the beginning of their problems.

Now they're blaming migrants and cutting migration, not realizing migrants do the jobs the regular UK citizens won't touch.

Didn't you watch the one that came on Facebook to apologise for wrongly calling a driver a kidnapper just because the had issue during the ride. Most of these riders can accuse you of anything just because of what he stated. I am not saying the driver is innocent though.

Ehn Ehn...ògá ò! I know a larger percentage of our clients are ladies, with òlósho and speedy-runz girls taking appreciable percentile, but with an unreserve apology, a whole lot of them are ..............(I don't really know what to call them). Although, I know the female gender are driven by emotions than reasoning, that's why we could witness a scenerio whereby wives will poison their husbands, and later regret such actions.
How on earth will someone accuse a fellow individual wrongly, not even of the most "prettiest things" (for lack of a better word) but rape. Rape&Murder are top of grave offenses and crime in the world.
We need to sensitize majority of our populace , particularly the youth, about public behavior and utterances, unfortunately the Government agencies saddled with such responsibilities is still sleeping, yet to be awake to their core responsibilities. It is well

Don't believe most of the things you read there. If you get the true story, it might just be because the guy refused to go off route without compensation or he held them down to confirm transfer or even refused to help them buy things in traffic.

i do not believe all these allegations of yours, could have necessitated a passenger to wrongfully or falsely accuse an individual of rape, robbery and attempted killing. The tweep can't be so dumb to make such false accusations, taking into consideration it's impending consequences.

Welcomme:
Express rail service ke? Trust me, you can't spend less than one week if your destination is Kano to Lagos. From one breakdown to another. If it's not mechanical breakdown at mokwa, it will be electrical breakdown at kutiwenji. I used to be an active passenger. The last time I vowed not to take this train again was when I spent over a week from KD to Osogbo. It can be adventurous sometimes but time wasting. I remembered when our train spoilt at Minna, I had a serious coitus play on an abandoned train with one of their staff at Minna...I met more than 5 other people on the train that night doing same thing. Come hear different kind of sound tracks...

I pray they get past these hurdles by the time they commence full operation, because have started dreaming of my trip on the train from Lagos to Minna, then I will go on board a bus to Abuja. I believe this will lower the risk of accident on the road. Please if I may ask, when you had the train trip , what year was that? And what was the train velocity like km/hr? Was there a time the train was seemingly "gliding" on track as we see on movies, I know it will be difficult on the narrow gauge, but if full operation starts, how long will it take to get to Minna? You really enjoyed yourself ó, which tribe be the lady in question...lol

I'm curious to ask, how is the thread dead?

God in his infinite mercy will continue to bless you for this question that you asked - " "how is the thread dead"...

I'm a man of statistics, figures& facts, so oftentimes I sat down to carry out a deep introspection about each policies of Government. I occasionally drive nowadays, infact, ehailing really helped me in so many ways, what do I mean? It further lays credence to the fact that human beings are fickle minded and varies from culture to culture, while maintaining same "morphology "...

Years after years, we've argued about the proverbial "Ant squad" and " non - ants", the Noun "ANT" , which could as well double as a verb or adverb, means - a driver, who believes working round the clock , will fetch him the financial numbers he had imagined.

While the "non ants" , who solely believe in strategy, feels oftentimes that the business of ehailing requires strategic thinking and smartness. The irony of it all is that, both school of thought are right, but one approach is more applicable than the other.

I so much appreciate so many drivers on this platform, individuals like Felicity, Barbiturates, X ghost, the guy that often has meme/pictorial illustration for each conversation instead of words, he is in the State now and the guy that drives Volvo - (i don forget him moniker) , he is a brand ambassador for Volvo, he'll tell you where to source for parts at Daleko and all other intricacies e.t.c

I've not been active on the platform, reasons not Farfetch from me engaging in other side hustles that pays me more than ehailing, but like I said, Ehailing gave me a new disposition to life, ranging from "human behavior", "divergence in race", "Gender issues" and all what not...

But the truth of the matter is, we've been unable to aggregate our individual thoughts online into Reality. I can't remember, there is a particular Moniker, I can't remember again, who is a proponent of having a small get -to-gether among ourselves, perhaps such laudable idea might come to fruition tomorrow, simply because each and everyone keeps chasing the bag, which is justified fair enough.

In closing thought, for the benefit of other neophytes riders, I plead with the oldies, not to quit the platform. I'm guilty of this also, but whenever I'm bored and feel like to spice up my day, I come on board the platform to read previous 10 - 15 pages, to keep myself abreast with the industry.

Finally, I plead without mentioning monikers, èyín àgbágbá to please, do not abscond from the platform, as there's more we could benefit from each other than driving round lasgidi.

Thank you and God bless...

Gracias

I wonder how some people are saying three months for such a big catfish fish. Anyways it's between 2-3 years. I once had such a mature brookstock while I sold some for hatching I also use some for home use and even giveaway for my close pal today the price of feeds is affecting the catfish business.

Hello bro, hope you're good. We all keep complaining about the price of fish feed , which is true, because feeding accounts for %70 of the operating cost in fish farming while management and the rest accounts for the remaining %30.

So what do we do about the feed price?

Solution: we look for alternative plant based crude protein (C.P) that we can substitute in replacement for exorbitant fishmeal...

Substitute for fishmeal are: soybean &bambara nut

But Government at the local&state level need to encourage farmers in the northern part of the country to grow more of this legumes by giving them incentives.

We cannot stem the tide of rising fish feed without backing of the Government and Private sector. Cry from now till tomorrow, the capitalist will want to keep ripping the farmers while at the end the Masses suffer

You have no idea how carnivorous and brutal catfish can be. I own a fish farm and a large one for that matter. I've chased a cobra and it foolishly dived into a pond and that was the end. It didn't last 5 minutes.

Sometimes it's better not to argue about things you have no knowledge about. The snake is amphibious but the fish owns the water

How are you coping with the rising cost of fish feed besides are you producing your feed all by yourself or you're buying ready-made feeds like skrettings, blue crown e.t.c
