12go:You queries are not too clear but are you saying you made a transcript request in your school and someone who's no more a staff sent the transcript? How did the person get hold of your transcript if s/he is no more a staff? Can you confirm the courier used, if you can get the tracking number, you should be able to query the intended address. That would confirm if the transcript is headed in the right direction or not. You can edit your address on WES portal, so there's really no need to cancel the express courier. |

belushi7:It's two ways - indicate both and state ECA for only MSc or Indicate just the MSc. I would rather go with the first option as that might relate to when one started working. There's a question as though when did Belushi7 became authorized to practice this profession. Spouse's work experience gained outside Canada will not add any point regardless of number of years. I assumed the work experience is outside Canada. cc: mrsJustveryOkay 1 Like 1 Share |

mrsJustveryOkay:Sorry, I skipped to respond to this yesterday. If you add BSc, select no when asked if you have ECA for it. Alternatively, you may leave out the BSc and just state MSc. Whichever is fine. Your reference letter is fine. For your spouse's work experience, if the experience is outside Canada. It's best you edit your EE profile now, select No when asked if he has work history. Answering no will take out the part where you have to fill his work details. If you leave it the way you have it now, you may need to provide reference letter for him. I hope it's clear now? 2 Likes 2 Shares |

holubukola:1.) What degree(s) did you evaluate? 2.) What's the summary on your ECA? 3.) What class of education did you select in your EE profile? 4.) Which evaluating body did you use? Those evaluating or wanting to evaluate Unilag (or other schools) diploma may take note of this. 2 Likes |

Hi People, Please when filling EE Profile, what does one with Environmental Science Degree (Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying etc) select in Field of Study under Education. Talking about where Engineers selects Applied Science. Anyone in the know please. |

mrsJustveryOkay:1.) BSc and MSc should be in order. 2.) Yes you can. You may also add a consent letter from you spouse stating he's authorizing the use of the account/funds. 3.) Since you are the PA, please save yourself stress of adding his employment history. Just simply leave it in his personal history. You wouldn't even need to state the department there. 4.) If the letter is from a past employer, yes. If not, simply request a new one. For the address, use; Central Intake Office (CIO) Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. Modified: The #3 up there applies post ITA. Simply select No when asked if he has work history in your EE Profile. 5 Likes 1 Share |

einsteino:Hi Einsteino, Surely, you'd pass your test with the desired scores. My 1st speaking is what I'd term a disaster, I didn't speak for 2 minutes during the part 2. I was tensed for a better part of the whole speaking test. Result came and I scored 7.5 2nd test, I was too confident. Examiner had a couple of short laughs with clear smiles here and there, she stopped me in part 2 plus a few other questions. Result came and I scored 7! I will not accept the argument that I used a wider range of vocabulary or I spoke more fluently in my first attempt. I couldn't have been tensed and be using high end vocab not to even mention the me all of a sudden stuttering and saying thank you where not needed. I remember well I was worried about my speaking in the 1st attempt and listening in the 2nd. Both components came out with desired scores. How I got 8 in listening remains a mystery. If they did the adjustment as discussed here, God bless them, if it was solely my effort, all thanks to God. In all, relax, breathe and prepare for Saturday's bout. You will triumph. 7 Likes |

daniella04:The CRS tool should not show if you're eligible or not. It's just meant to calculate your projected CRS score. Use this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp You may however reconsider the amount you stated and your IELTS score. |

Seyitorl:Hi, 1.) Evaluate your Bsc degree using any of the preferred organizations. You simply defend your work experience by providing reference letter(s) from your employer(s) stating IRCC’s requirements. Your education and work history does not necessarily need to match. 2.) Yes, spouse ECA alone can be used to gain more points. In case of OND and HND, it is accessed as 2 or more certificates which gives 9 points out of 10 points claimable by spouse under education. So, your spouse can gun for ECA and not write IELTS, but IELTS has potential of adding 20 points if aced. |

wholesomegrace:Allow me share little experience. I felt almost same way you feel when I saw my first result, in the anger I registered myself and my wife. Though without her writing ielts, we stand a chance of hitting 452, I wasn't thinking straight as clearly there was no need for her writing. When I was claim, I realized we'd be spending 151k (the two exams + remark). 151k to dash BC when POF never complete, and that was even discounting the earlier 68k. We later decided to go for just the remark as chances were high we'd get the boost. Eventually went with option of writing the second time just as a back-up. Think about your result but don't dwell too much on it. Pick yourself up and forge ahead. If you didn't leave too many questions unanswered, I think you should explore remarking. 4 Likes |

Cochtrane, GlitteringStar, Perks, and Osemigho are a few I can pick off heart. Skim through their posts to look for the specific tips and you'd be well empowered. Ekinado: Hi, Let me respond to just your query on the remark. His result as spouse is perfect, if you remark and he gets even the highest band, what a 9 (from 6.5) would add is just 2 points, same if it is upgraded to 7! About 10 weeks to wait for the remark for 2 points is a no for me. 3 Likes |

I am literally shaking with teary eyes! Went for lunch break, came back to see Pampem and others post about the results now accessible. I hit BC's page but site was down, had same error on my phone. Checked several times, had same error all the times. Eventually site loaded... L 8 R 8.5 W 7.5 S 7 I actually screamed and throw my two hands up in the air. Your support, prayers, encouragement and good wishes are all appreciated. Thank you all. 49 Likes 1 Share |

ajiifixing:Enugu test center has its BC office in Port Harcourt, the EOR request will have to be made at Port Harcourt. Concern I have is that the result might be shipped any moment from today I think, hence him waiting to receive the TRF before he can proceed with the EOR. cc: Obinwannechukwu Modified: Obinwannechukwu, I just read your post on you travelling. In that case, let the TRF be delivered to address you used, once delivered a proxy can request the EOR for you. You might however consider writing an authorization letter asking your result be given to a designated person just in case the TRF isn't delivered but that's very unlikely. |

Toshine2: 407 seems low for recent draws. Have you checked with you being the PA? Another option is to max out score from language test but that puts you at the mercy of BC. Last resort might be to aim for PNP, that way you get 600 additional points if nominated but its an expensive and time consuming route. |

Kyaggy:You need to raise a bank draft of N15,000 in favour of British Council. Go to British Council's office of your test center, speak to any representative that you want to request a remark, you'd be guided to the appropriate personnel where you'd be given a form to fill then asked to hand over the result and the bank draft. So, go along with your TRF and Bank Draft. Please note you can only request for remark if the test date is not up to six weeks. |

Elixir123:Using the 5 digit exam number is fine. You can as well use 6 starting with 0 then the 5 digit. But as matter be now that you couldn't view with just 5 digits (assuming all other required details are correct), i'm almost certain it will be same using 6 digits. Looks more like yours is part of those to be released much later. 1 Like |
