Speechless and deeply sad! I almost shed tears watching the Channels TV Interview. This is so inappropriate. Most Nigerians are so despicable. It's unfortunate, we relish taking out our miseries on seeming helpless fellow human. I hardly see our uniform men and women being guides to civilians. They would rather take advantage of your weakness than serve with honor and respect. In fact, they claim to be the law. It's sad. @NigerianArmy has a lot of education to do to serve its image. |
He should bank on supreme court to find him not guilty. Even Dasuki no send us. Supreme court to his rescue. I no come understand Nigerian supreme modus operandi. Appeal court will deliver judgement based on conspicuous evidences. Supreme will trash the judgement and rule against (I guess, with sentiment). |
Every day, new words and meaning are minted into vocabulary. We could as well incorporated all these words with meaning into dictionary. If you look at those words critically, they are apt to its meaning. Go Slow: Vehicle and human traffic are slowed down in traffic bottleneck. Dis-virgin: From the word 'Virgin'. If you are not a virgin, of course you have been disvirgined. If you are not a man, you are a woman. |
Probably, resisted arrest and force was applied. The guy risked his life over taking official convoy. He could have been mistaken for assassin and shot dead. |
Naij can lie!!! How many people in Benue are even registered and active members of these parties. All these bloggers sef!!! On a 2nd thought!!! Is naij PDP spoke man? |
Where are NL moderators? Are they not supposed to hid the porn image posted by a NLers with no moral decency on this thread? It amazes me how quick the mods are in hiding reasonable comments. |
Demmocrats:You are right, Abia & Akwa Ibom belong to PDP, Lagos and Edo belong to APC. But these States belong to the People. People's mandate will always prevail not parties. Not matter how manipulative the parties are. |
anjigirl:I tell ya. For the fact that the dude named names, places and strategies. It's all too real to be dismissed as mere propaganda. |
Goke7:Absolutely needful for APC to get it right |
This Onovo guy is deeply bittered by PDP lost. His comments should be ignored, he can not be taken seriously unless he put prejudice apart. I noticed, he whined about bloated votes from the north and refused to acknowledge the fraudulent allocation of votes in Akwa Ibom and Rivers States in the last election. I also noticed, instead of focusing on the Federal govt budget, he dug into states budget, which the federal has no control over - all in a bid to criticize unwisely. Nigerians can not rely on PDP as opposition. You can never get any constructive opposition from PDP. They hate, bellicosely bitter, wail, whine. APC needs to prove all their doomsday predictions and opposition wrong. |
I am sure Nigerians started this fake news, just like when it was rumoured that Donald Trump threatened to deport Nigerians when he becomes American President. Trump Never made such comment in any of his campaign commentaries. Whoever carried this News is seeking undue attention. 50% of Eritreans are Christians, therefore Christianity is the major religion in Eritrea. Government will however abuse the majority if it makes such pronouncement. |
gozmok1:Sir, I expected you with sense to think outside the box. You made no meaningful contribution supporting Iran 100%. Don't you understand what the dwindling global oil prices tells Nigeria? It is high time the government invested heavily in other sectors. Nigeria is Eldorado of Africa and the world. There are untapped goldmines in Nigeria. We just need to harness these resources efficiently. Diversifying the economy will assures Nigeria future. Nigeria cannot live on oil forever with little to show for. The impact of oil in Nigeria has never been felt by 90% population. The sector has been held hostage by crooks and privileged few. Oil has become more of a curse to Nigerians than Blessings. It is time to pay little attention to oil. It will dry up. Cutting down production to force prices up is economically flawed. Going the way of Iran, will hurt Nigerians more. Nigeria should ignore Iran's call and focus on workable plans. People are being laid off. Dependencies of these people are suffering. There are no jobs. Nigerian oil is stolen in millions of barrels to other countries everyday. Oil is priced as gold on the streets. Hope seems lost. Yet people are supporting calls for production cut and avoidable skyrocketed prices. Countries with no little or no tangible resources are surviving without oil. Are we coming from a different God, that we cannot think like other developed countries of the world? Ethnic prejudice will not serve us. Let support what is workable |
Tunisians scored but disallowed. It's one of those lucks in football. Nigerian defense is very porous. The disallowed goal is a wake up call to them |
fhaty1986:You probably knows your worth and your value proposition. More often than not, we allow our desperation to undervalue our worth. Never settle for less if you have more to offer |
Op, your opinion is an embarrassing misconception. Phone holds private info and should be locked from unauthorized access. |
ijustdey:Can you imagine. How could such level of classified intelligence be disclosed during a workshop? I don't see intelligence in this report. Rather, I see people who wants nothing but attention to themselves and their sensational reporting |
You'll make a perfect lab specimen for the FBI & CIA |
This drama of DasukiGate is becoming more interesting daily. I hope this drama is sustained to the highest embarrassment of these pseudo-big-men. I pray this present government does not treat corruption with kid-gloves. Corrupt governance and the governed should be hit hard with no second chance. |
Was curious when I saw the topic "...Tinie Tempah poses with armed men". Armed men, by Nigerian journalists are Armed robbers, Assassins, Kidnappers, in fact any unscrupulous elements armed with weapons. |

AltarBoy1:The bold discourse got me cracked up, but made a whole of lot an insight to your person. You are an intelligent dude. This is how an interview should be. You are funny and at the same time sincere, confident and savvy. An HR Mgr who needs people with attitude for success to hire, would never hesitate to consider you. You have attitude. |
tintingz:Are you serious? Trust me the dude would have made more bucks from graphics and 3D animations than the crabby music they are making in Nigeria. All he needed do was to package himself. |

homesteady: azeeza:Whick Mikel are you guys talking about, Nigerian Mikel or another country's Mikel? Either, you guys don't watch football or you just allowed sentiments to shroud your judgement. Even if any Nigerian player was fit for the crown. Mikel didn't come close. For a guy who bored you to death on pitch and warm his club bench throughout a season, you still feel he deserved what he did not deserve, this is sheer prejudice. However, Yaha should let it slide. You win some and lose some |
Mugabe should just call his bluff. Trump is not not politicians, he is a business man, hence he can never win USA presidential. He speaks the truth the way it is - I like him for his bluntness, unfortunately, truth is not the trademark of politicians. A little diplomacy will not hurt Trump in his public outcry |
IPOB - Indigenous People of Biafra |
Does not look to me like a beautiful lady. Heavy makeup to the rescue, yet she's still facially scary |
Faleke's political prostitution has really exposed the worthlessness of some of our political laws. I long expected Ikeja constituency to react to Faleke's abandonment of them and opted to run to Kogi State to contest for governorship without a second thought on the promises he made to the people. It's sheer betrayal and blithe unconcern to the people he vowed to represent during his electioneering. If our political laws are anything to go by, that singular act would have voided Faleke's representation - his action smack of irresponsibility, abandoning of constitutional duties for his personal venture in Kogi. He deserves sanction. It is time we reviewed some of our laws if we are seeking a better governance. |
joncom:Lyrically and instrumentally, these genres of music make a whole lot of sense. You'll find out hard talent from the artistes. I love Jazz, Punk, metal, Electronic, Rock. The current trend of Nigerian music does not require talent. You and I can make music in Nigeria. We just need the connection to shoot us to fame. |
evolg:Life offers us choices. There is no formular for happiness. Nothing guarantees happiness until you choose to be happy. There is nothing like unwanted pregnancy. Pregnancy is a result of conscious and consensual intercourse between man and woman. There is nothing like unwanted teen mother/father. No one condemned or kills a wo/man who becomes a father/mother out of wedlock. Unwanted child? Tell me more. Last I checked, children born out of wedlock still have the same opportunity like every other child. You make it sound like pre-marital sex is a greater sin than a heart without love. There are barren virgins. Married couples abort children they don't want. Sinners (married/single) risk hellfire. Life is what you make of it - married or unmarried. NL is now a junk yard. People copy and paste all sort of subjective opinions just to make front page and garner attention. |
onojaduru:That would be bad move, trust me. These law breakers |
