daveyjay:You will live long...Self respect and discipline will take you far and enable you to scale many obstacles and dangerous traps. I don’t think the girl has been considerate, respectful and appreciative of your help...maybe because of the relationship between your family...maybe she see you as a brother or one of her siblings and felt entitled. I think this girl acts like this at home and the parents and family might probably be aware of this side of her. Locking her out for days seem a bit too harsh. You’ve sacrificed your comfort to accommodate and make her more relaxed and welcomed...sit her down, talk sense into her...we don’t all reason the same...a simple lack of consideration, responsibility and appreciation on her part had made your relationship with her worse. It might affect the relationship your family has with hers. I’m sure you were trusted so much by her family hence why they felt assured that their daughter is safe with you... Maybe you need to talk to your mum and hers as well. Don’t let the narrative change in her favour. Speak to the girl, allow her access to her stuffs. I’m sure lessons would’ve been learnt and there wouldn’t be a repeat of former behaviours towards you and she’ll think twice before she acts like that towards another person...I might be wrong. The title of this thread should be...: Shekau don jam Bin Laden. |
Bunch of jokers. They posted photo of Ikonso to boost the morale of their men but failed to reveal even the name of the lieutenant that lost his life in the exchange of fire. They forced some youths from south east to dip in muddy waters and swamp, they took photos and videos of military men beating them and rejoicing but they are worried when the about is returned. To hell with the idiots in Nigeria army. Cowards. |
sampete:It’s not easy coming back to the same physical form after leaving a particular physical activity over a long period of time. Your fitness would’ve declined...gains in muscles tone and bone density would’ve gone. Forcing yourself to achieve that physical form within a short period of time isn’t good...you’ll have to start small...I read somewhere that you used to run 5km...welldone you. That’s a lot. I’d advise you to check your running trainers as well as your running surface. Footballers face your problems too...if you play on a grass field, sudden change to Astro turf will affect the joints...hips, knees and ankles. If you can try the gym...check your running shoes, try thread-mill...it has a different surface and different impact on your joints than hitting the tarmac or concrete pavement. Most importantly, build your core strength. Leg extension on a machine can increase your strength of your quadriceps and hamstrings..it’ll ease tension on your knee joints...cycling whether stationary or normal one will help you increase the strength of your thighs. There are various exercises to improve your gastrocnemius and soleus muscles (calf)...those are difficult but if your can do your legs exercises, your ankles and knees will smile when you jog. Good running shoes Build core strength Cycle Leg extension etc Thread mill. Stretches after jogging/yoga I jog so I know what you are going through. |
Daniel058:Stop misbehaving online. It’s very childish. |
Daniel058:You are neither Yoruba nor Igbo rather one of the low lives and scums trolling online and provoking ethnic disharmony. Shame on you. |
Armaggedon:More forceful and more intelligent than?? That voice shouldn’t be representing IPOB or ESN. He has speech impediment and lacks coherence apart from the awkward way he pronounces his words. Nnamdi Kanu should do better and appoint someone else. The secretary of Upper Iweka park or a sales boy at Ladipo would speak better. This man shouldn’t be speaking for any Igbo group. I’d compare this awful interview and his answers to listening to Magu’s answers. |
I see greed here. Family house belonged to the first son who is now deceased. He was also to get a plot and half while the other siblings get a plot each but he refused. The other male siblings are still living in the family house which by inheritance belonged to the first son on the condition that they will move when they’ve built on their lands but first son refused. The machete attack in my opinion was started by the first son. The cut on him might have been reactionary. |
@helinues, Hahaha...that was your opening line?? You are an idiot and a bigot. Shame on you. |
I don’t see him as an alpha male. He preys on vulnerable women in their 40s and above. Dude has got problem. He is foolish and has lost his bearing. For those calling him G boy, the man is an idiot who doesn’t know what he wants...for all his troubles and efforts, he only made £665 from presents and cards... it’s a penny wise, pound foolish scenario...was he not spending or giving these 35 women cards and presents as well? If he wasn’t, he’d be a big failure. No matter how stupid the women were, the man cannot be too poor as not to afford gifts or cards during the women’s birthdays. He’d be the one to lose eventually even if he wasn’t arrested. ...sex, there’s no way he’d cope with 35 women. The man is a loser. |
Monogamy:The cowards here are the federal government, Nigeria police, DSS and Nigeria army. The government is biased, corrupt and evil, the police, DSS and military lack intel, bravery and resources to crack down on the criminals. Why should they be harassing innocent civilians? Cowardly DSS, police and army were at Enugu in 2020 shooting at and killing youths engaging in sports and exercises at St Patrick’s Emene, they have abducted and kidnapped countless number of Igbo youths, some were killed, many disappeared, many inflicted with life changing injuries and people are supporting the government and hailing Buhari!!! |
Mugulseun:This is beautiful. |
olaolaking:The photo is a scam sir. Nigeria has many problems and the person who submitted this photo isn’t helping himself or Lagos state government. Apart from the management of the Helicopter and the expertise of the air ambulance, look at that helipad and tell me how the patient will be transported. That’s an Audio helipad.. Air ambulance need space, helipad to ED/Resus pathway should be clear of obstacles then proximity to ED/Resus... That will save time and energy. |
9jaRealist:Whoever designed this need to do a better job. This is a scam. It won’t work. Is it the lack of land space on the ground that made him to put this there? Helipad on a politician’s or some hotel doesn’t work same way as in hospitals. Do you know what it takes to pick up a patient or accident victim and transport him to a hospital? Do you know how many crews and the logistics of moving such person to the ED department? With the helipad on top of the building, a lift will be needed to transport such patient....you are talking about a patient on a stretcher with the paramedics etc. Why not make it simpler and more feasible.... Ground Helipad.....> Resus/Ed |
What’s with the Helipad sign/logo on the last photo? Who submitted this design? It looks fraudulent. |
robosky02:Iaaac Okoronkwo is standing between Yobo and Kanu. |
Faber:I know you are trolling but this post is very childish, disrespectful and embarrassing. Ahmed Musa has done a lot for football and the local community and people like you should be singing their praises. There are time for banters and this is not one of them. Musa is one the bravest and most humble persons. |
owobokiri:I wish I could agree with the op. Enugu of today isn’t the Enugu of 15 years ago. A lot has changed. I prefer Enugu of 2000. Governors Chimaroke and Chime messed up the landscape and city plan. Yes I said so. Chime might be hailed for some infrastructural developments but in my opinion, the man destroyed Enugu. Road networks and maintenance, but...Old polo park should not have been sold or converted to shopping mall. There were lots of lands spaces outside of the city to benefit from that...Nike, Awkunanaw, Nkanu, Agbani etc. Why destroy Old polo park? GTC...Government Technical College opp shop rite has been invaded with most of their lands sold and converted to residential areas! WTC isn’t spared, the green area opp Rangers Ave was first taken over by Chimaroke and ruined, green areas adjacent Okpara square were not spared, House of Assembly complex has shopping malls beside it, IMT lands have been sold, bought with buildings all over.. Where are the green areas and recreational parks? Achara layout should have a big park, Uwani has Ngwo park and its only a matter of time before an idiot in power sell those to himself. It seems the current governor has got the bug and wants to outdo his predecessors...every available land space s been acquired with an indiscriminate building of houses all over. What happened to the old zoo beside 82 Div Abakpa? It has been sold. Old Phoenix? Iconic secretariat building with the clock could not be preserved. We lack the expertise, vision and skills to preserve and modernise that building. Enugu state and Igbos will suffer for these destructions and greed. We call that development...Presidential hotel is now a dilapidated structure. Soon someone will exploit its ruined state and acquire it for peanuts. Pls posters should stop deceiving people. Enugu is losing its potentials. The master plan is gone. Chime has a lot of questions to answer. The man ruined Enugu. Ugwuanyi followed suit. Under him, lands have been sold and existing city master plan messed up. Town development isn’t just about selling lands and building duplexes with twin columns and fake bricks all around it. Okada and Keke have taken over and it’s hard to drive without the operators of these vehicles not hitting or scratching your car. It’s not too late to stop the greed that’s taking over and ruining the city. I hope the governor or the leadership in Ebonyi state will learn a lot from what’s happening in Enugu and prevent this in Abakaliki. |
SarkinYarki:I doubt he is from Nigeria. His top mtp and trouser didn’t match. Pattern looks different from that of Nigeria military. His physique, head/face and dark curly hair resemble those of northern Uganda or South Sudan. He has got that Nilotic ethnic features. |
Elsueno:Just being blunt...if you act like the above, I wonder how you’ll behave when someone asks you to visit your dentist to get that periodontal issues sorted. |
Elsueno:Bath/bathe/shower.....not birth. |
SouthSouth1914:A true Igbo person should hail EFCC and hope that Okorocha would be made to pay for his crimes. South East need to sanitised. If EFCC can help achieve that, it’ll be a big achievement. |
SouthSouth1914:This is not about northern governors but about a greedy and foolish man trusted by his people to deliver good governance but he betrayed that trust. Okorocha is one of the worst representatives and politicians to come out from the south east. The man is scandalously corrupt. Every sensible Igbo man should not just reject him but spit on him. |
EX6100:Be guided, the person you quoted might be foolish in his reasoning and submission but not the Igbos. I’m Igbo and I have been posting here that Okorocha is greedy and very corrupt and should be made to pay for his crimes. Stop bigotry. |
machy32:What was his winning time sir? |
machy32:Better luck next time. If he threw 16.89, it’s quite low. Chukwuebuka Enekwechi could throw 19m without much effort. Even veteran athlete Chima Ugwu who started at UNEC stadium back in the days can still throw up to 18m. Mr Scorpion need to step up his game. It’s one thing to win an event at the national sports festival, it’s another to impress at least at the African games event. I’ve just read that Ogho Oghene Egwero is still competing and would possibly make the 100m finals...that’s if it hasn’t been completed. Athletics federation of Nigeria has no website and there is no website that track the national games festival. |
TIDDOLL:Sadly lots of people don’t read and when they do, they have problem understanding what they read. Ighalo didn’t say that but was grateful for the opportunity he had at Man United. |
Grandmeister:I was going to say that he appeared quite small for a well established shot put athlete. What was his winning distance? |
KanuSE:Not sure but I wouldn’t knowingly sleep with a widow. There was a girl back in the days that I would’ve married. I spent about four years chasing after her...then she fell for me and I was told that she lost her boyfriend in a car accident. Whatever I felt for her died after that revelation. Just something in me. I can’t sleep with a widow. |
sapphiere:I was humbled by your post. I told myself I wouldn’t engage in drugs...consuming or dispensing....I’ve tasted weed...just once, sold hard drugs. I’m not sure I’d do it again. I am very strict about cheating. I can never cheat someone of his hard earned money...meaning I can not engage in G biz or yahoo yahoo business. I detest and reject that. I hated the idea of people who lust over people’s wives. I have shagged a married woman. It was one of the best sex I’ve had. Things I wouldn’t do no matter what... 1. Yahoo or cheating someone of his money. 2. Sleeping with a widow... as much I have and might sleep with a married woman, I can not sleep with a widow. I’ve resisted the temptations many times successfully without stress. |
