I don’t think this evidence of fund really matter, it is just a formality. They want to see that you have fund available to continue your journey to your final destination. Include a statement of account.

The most important documents when applying for transit visa is your visa to your final destination, flight tickets to your final destination and photos. All other documents are secondary.

The success rate for transit visa is very high.

You can apply for transit visa through France or any of the Schengen countries.

You need the following if you apply through France
- Passport plus 1 photocopy
- Flight reservation
- visa to your final destination plus 1 photocopy
- Cover letter
- Evidence of fund
- Passport photos (2)

The amount to be paid is : 80 euros (€), or about 35k NAIRA.

If your application is straightforward, the processing time frame takes between 1 and 10 business days.

Was at their office this morning, they said they are currently printing September and October that I should be patient they will soon enter November. Honestly I don tire...Benin Office don turn something else. 5 months going 6 months yet no passport in sight.

Please go on twitter and complain to NIS. Make sure you tag Rauf Aregbesola and Joe Abah. State your enrollment ID and passport office. You'd be shocked to find out that your passport has been printed a long time ago.

Hello Kris, u need to go to the immigration office and ask that. I also know that you don't just acquire passport easily these days, unless u bribe someone there. That's how I got my brother's own.

I am considering going for an MSc International Accounting and Finance in the UK.
My first degree was in Accounting (2.1) and I'm already ICAN-certified with a few years of experience.

The challenge now is that the funding isn't available (both from friends and relations) and this has left me with the only option of sourcing loan from one of the international study loan finance companies. The finance company would usually expect repayment to start 6 months after graduation. This is to give room for one to have possibly secured a job with the degree.

1. Is this venture really worthwhile?
2. How easy is it to transit from studies to job opportunities in the Scotland, UK with the current 2 years of PSW visa regime?

Please your contributions would help shape my decision and as such are welcome and appreciated.

From what I heard, there are jobs. Try and do a two year course so that by the time you're done you would understand the workings of the area.
