Guy,you took the wrong approach.. Any smart girl knows asking for 10k to shave your hair as a guy is another way of letting her she has been eating your money--- Gold-digger in other words.

You gave her a concrete reason to play the victim card.. . You should have asked the money for something else rather than hair cut, so you could be the victim of her not wanting to help you in time of need.

It means--------- She already knows what you want to say to her, but she's irritated by how you're beating around the bush like she's dumb and doesnt know already..
